My wife, 2 young daughters, & I drove from Orlando to Audi of Melbourne one afternoon for the sole purpose of looking at a specific vehicle in their inventory. Theresa, Audi’s Internet Salesperson, was extremely helpful prior to our arrival. She provided details about the vehicle and started working on the numbers via text/email while we’re were on the way. Once we arrived, Theresa came right to us and asked if we needed any refreshments then introduced us to Tony Power, who would be taking providing further assistance for the remainder of time spent at their showroom. Tony was very helpful, patient, and understanding. Keep in mind that we had our kids with us who, at the time, were 2 & 4. Because of this, we were each allowed a test drive in the vehicle (while the other made sure the kids didn’t break the new Audis). During the test drive, I had mentioned that my wife started the year battling cancer and so I had spent months searching for the perfect vehicle for her; one that delivered on everything she wanted. Once the test drives were finished, it was deal-time. Tony and his Sales Manager, Zach, both showed compassion throughout the numbers game and we were able to close the deal. As anyone might imagine, our kids were bored and looking for trouble during all of this. Even though they made messes and got a little rowdy, the entire staff showed patience (which meant a great deal). Once all the papers were signed, we stepped into the near area where the sold vehicles awaited their owners and saw that they’d even put one of those huge red bows on the hood (like in the commercials). Audi of Melbourne truly provides top-notch customer care all around. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership!

I willingly drive an hour and 45 minutes just to have my service work done here. Mike is such an amazing Advisor and always make sure everything is taken care of. My husband and I have been looking everywhere for a new vehicle. Most nights my husband would look up all the cars he wanted to test drive so when it came to going to a dealer I was nervous he was going to drive the sales team crazy, trying to test drive every car on the lot.Yet, when we got to the dealership Dani (Danielle Soto) was eager to help out and test drive them all! She was so relaxed and gave us a ton of information that made the whole experience very easy. The first day we test drove 3 cars before the dealer closed. Then during the evening she still was doing work by looking up what else could suit us along with trying to look into all the options we had.The next day she gave us some more ideas and we ended up loving the first car we drove. Even after all the test driving and going back to the first pick she was happy for us.The process after choosing the car went so fast. We settled on our trade in and signed the papers within an hour.From there we spent time with GG (Gabrielle Gabriel) to talk about warranty options. He had a nice tablet that let us play around the set monthly payments and the options we wanted to add to the warranty. Writing this review on behalf of my dad, that recently purchased a Mercedes AMG S 63 from Melbourne Audi.Our salesman Joel could not have been more professional, accommodating and friendly. We had flown in from Rhode Island to purchase the car, and Joel literally woke up at 5:30 AM to pick us up at the airport! After some friendly banter on the way to the dealership, Joel took us for a test drive in the car. He was attentive to the finer details and was able to explain the features to my dad in a way he understood. Joel had done all the hard work before we had gotten to the dealership too, so purchasing the car was a breeze.After Joel, we worked with a man named Josh to hammer out the contract and paperwork. Josh took his time to explain things to us and was extremely friendly and accommodating too! We had expected this portion of the car buying experience to be much more stressful, but it was the opposite. Josh was fantastic!Overall, our car purchasing experience at Audi Melbourne was awesome. Buying a car can be nerve-racking on its own. Couple that with buying a used car from out-of-state and it can be a recipe for disaster. But the team at Audi Melbourne made it seamless and easy. I love Audio of Melbourne’s Service Department! Needed a quick fluid service, and it was quick, was done within 45 minutes. The video overview from my service tech, answered all my questions before the car pulled up after a good wash!

Service department is first class and worth the Audi cost. When I first started using this Audi service center they were awful. Over the past several months they have really gotten their act together. The recent service visits have been awesome. Service writers are all part of the new Audi experience and are all great with maintenance information and follow up. The videos sent by the technicians on repairs and inspections are very informative. When your car needs attention from an Audi service department I would now say that this is the place to go! We were in the market for a new luxury vehicle. First we test drove the new Genesis SUV at Hyundai then (3) Audis then the X3 at BMW. We test drove the Q5, the Q3, and the Allroad with JAY at Melbourne Audi. JAY was a kind, professional, patient, no-pressure, eager to please salesman. We spent half the day test driving cars (both of us took turns driving each car) with no complaints or hesitations from JAY. Just recently leased an Audi A4 at the Audi of Melbourne dealership. First time attending at this dealership. Previously was an owner of a Toyota Camry. When comparing dealerships, Audi has more phenomenal interior decor and excellent customer service. Jay along with Dani were my initial sales representatives. Both were excellent at showing me the different model Audis such as the A5 and the A4 models. All of my questions along with demonstration of the features and specifications for the cars were answered with great detail. Later on, another sales representative named Ryan came along to assist with helping me find the right car for me. With these sales representatives, I was given chance for test driving the A5 and A4 models. These test drives were a great way to tell difference between the two car types and to help me close in on my decision on which car suited me best. I did find the live explanations during the test drive to be very useful as it helped me understand the feel and how the car would work on the road. At first, I wasnt sure if I could afford buying one of the models that I had test driven with Jay and Dani. But I am grateful for Ryan in finding one last model that was right within my price range that I was looking for. I definitely appreciate all the assistance I was given by these three sales representatives. Their managers were also great at explaining the terms and conditions along with finalizing payments on the lease. I look forward to visiting the Audi of Melbourne and meeting with the same Audi representatives in the near future.

In June I had a problem on I 95 with my Q5 that needed immediate attention. I called Audi Melbourne and was told to bring it in. When I arrived 30 minutes later, my car was promptly taken back and put on a lift and checked over. To continue driving to NY, the technician made the necessary repairs and told me what needed to happen at my destination. The dealer was courteous, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks to their help what started as a stressful situation was resolved quickly and smoothly. I recommend this dealership very highly. The service was truly 5 STARS.

I decided to purchase a new car last month. Looking at a nice sedan but when we walked into the showroom, my wife really liked the Q8. Compared it to the BMX X5 and the Porsche Cayenne. After driving the Cayenne and walking away feeling underwhelmed, the Q8 ranked head and shoulders above. Visited Audi Melbourne and met Tony Power. I had an excellent experience in buying my Audi Q5 from Audi of Melbourne. Ryan aorta was my salesperson. He was great. Explained the different functions of the Q5 to me so when he finished I felt very comfortable with what he had said. He answered a couple questions I had and when he finished I was sold on the Q5. If the other sales Reps are as good as Ryan, then Audi of Melbourne is well represented.

I had an issue with shield/splash guard coming off in the car wash yesterday, after my 40K mile check-up at a dealership in St. Louis Mo. two weeks ago. So I stopped off at Audi Melbourne and they charged me $150 to see why it came off? REALLY!!I have been to 4 different Audi dealerships in the past 12 months of owning this Q5 (Im a traveling nurse) and have NEVER been charged for anything they have just looked at. I wasnt told I would be billed for them to see what was happening until they finished. I should have been told there would be a fee!I know I have an Audi and it is a car that cost $$ to own. I just spent over 1K for the 40K check. But, this was at another dealership and I expected it to be taken care of being an AUDI owner. After all customer service right?Dealerships are independently owned. This one showed me poor customer service! Im a very unhappy customer. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the Audi vehicles.GG the finance guy was also awesome! He was real and sincere and not shady like most of the car finance guys are. He made me feel comfortable and offered me what I needed did not try and pressure me to add on things that I did not really need. That made me feel really good. Because I had just came from the Cadillac dealership that tried to slip dermadent into my loan ($1000) and they told me that all cars there was purchased with it! I told them I needed a day to think about it. Needless to say I did not wind up buying a car from there ! Just bought a pre-owned GMC Yukon from Evan and Dani at Audi Melbourne. One of the things that I appreciated the most was that the difference between their online price and my final total was primarily tax and tag - none of the vague hidden dealer fees that would normally make me prefer a private sale. Bait and Switch; you decide. Its been several years since shopping for a vehicle but we thought we would give it a shot. We visited the dealership on this pass Sunday, it was almost closing time and we were with a salesman so we schedule an appointment to come back the next day for a test drive. We returned on Monday, the car had been washed and set aside. Our salesman was very nice and polite. We took the car for a test drive and both myself and my wife took turns driving. We liked the car so we sat down with our salesman ... you know the drill our salesman, then his manager. We went back and forth a few times before the manager asked whats it gonna take for you to stop shopping and drive this car home. We made an offer he made a counter offer and left us alone to discuss his offer. We accepted the out the door offer the second manager made. We were ready to sign the paperwork when the manager went to talk to his manager I assume, however when he returned the out the door offer we accepted had increased by $2K...we left, nothing has changed over the years working with dealerships!

I got there and they had sold the car despite emailing me 15 mins before arriving to come see it. They basically just shrugged their shoulders. I will never consider buying a car from them.
