Took my truck to get serviced by Jacob. During the service it was found that a previous shop cross threaded the oil drain plug and obviously rushed the service (fuel filters, oil change) Jacob replaced the oil pan, finished the service, and did not rush to get the job done. very knowledgeable about diesels, only person I’ll trust to work on my truck.
