I called around noon for a quote and Becky took some info and said that she was going to lunch in a little while and would get back with me. I called after 4:00 pm and she still had not had anything for me and said she would make a couple of calls. I had to go with another company who took the time and put there customer first ahead of lunch and had the quote within 20 minutes earlier that day. They were a little higher but more Professional. Something i could rely on if I needed to make a claim and not have to wait on the Rep to finish lunch.

My home insurance policy was evidently filed incorrectly. The ins. co. said to call Shoff who filed it. I wasnt notified at all, and by blind luck I found out only a couple weeks before the policy would have been cancelled after talking with my mortgage co.Switching agents (and provider).Shoff is probably fine most of the time but my policy slipped through the cracks.Would have been tremendously unhappy if something happened.
