My last insurance company told me they were doing the best for me they could.I had been with them for 12 years, had no (zero) claims, a faultless driving record and my home owners insurance was tied in as well but my auto insurance was crazy high. Paula went above and beyond helping us with our bundled auto/homeowners policy when corporate headquarters (I believe) increased the premium on our car significantly.Paula got us a mileage credit, and I agreed to slightly reduced coverage to bring the premium more in line with where it was.She also prevented the higher premium from being accessed through auto pay by manually billing us in the first month.Yay! Ive been a customer for over 6 years now. Thankfully I have not had a claim, but they have always been easy to work with whenever I needed somerhing.

I never tried State Farm before until one of my friends joined their team recently. Once I got there for my appointment, everyone was friendly and very welcoming to new people. Agent Ashley let me know all the facts about life insurance and told me all the fees and how its all going to work before diving into it. She gave me info and what I needed to know through email. Theyre not the cheapest but when it comes to quality of service, State Farm would be my top 1 choice.

My initial trip to the office was great. The staff was courteous and professional. However, I wouldnt recommend the phone as for me its produced nothing but frustration. Theres forms promised but not received, address changes not recorded, refunds I never saw. When calling and talking with staff and computers malfunction and after five minutes on hold the person Im forwarded to is not there .
