I had scheduled for 3 rooms to be cleaned, protected and deodorized. My living room is quite large so it counts as 2 rooms. The time window was set for 9a-1p. At 8:40 a I received a text that the technicians were on their way. They arrived at 9a and were out and gone by 9:35a. They did a super job and were very courteous. Used them before, will use them again.

We asked for upholstery cleaning, informed Stanley Steamer when we made the appointment that the couch had animal odor, they said they have a special cleaner for that, The two employees get to my house I talk to one of them on the phone told them I was on my way from work to bring them payment, there were two capable adults in the house at the time as well but they refused to get started until I paid them up front, I asked if this was customary to charge your customers for services you have not provided yet and he said yes because we’ve had people run out on us before, When I got home from work the couch was dry, it stunk real bad still and the stains reappeared, I called the company, they refused to come back out saying I refused the special cleaner, why would I refuse the special cleaner, that was the exact reason I called was to get it specialized cleaned. The manager Mathew was extremely rude and unwilling to fix the problem. Please don’t use Stanley Steamer, you’ll be so disappointed like I am

Cleaned my carpet really good just wished you all could of gotten all my paint specks out of the carpet too seams like a well known capet cleaning service would have some kind of way to get those out of carpet (small paint specks) i had to get on my own hands and knees to get them 95 %out. But the carpet did come out very very clean what you all did plus the workers were great too thanks for helping me out

They were on time ..text me when on the way.came in did a great job and out in no time. My rug is 25 yrs old.. it looks like a new rug today..fantastic job...to rent machine drag it home do the work and drive it back is 75 dollars. They cost 90 dollars and did what the rental machine would not do..I will never rent a cleaner again. So much easier and so much cleaner..the rental doesnt have the power Stanley steamer brings to the job...like I said. My 25 yr old rug looks new...amazing...

This is the second time I have used Stanley Steamer in Brevard (Melbourne). The first time they came and picked up my rugs and they came back awesome. The second time I gave them a 17 x 14 wool rug and they did a fantastic job as well. I am very impressed with their service and the care the gentlemen had when delivering my oriental rug! I would definitely use them again.

Mark Srewart and Morgan did an awesome job. My husband and I are very happy with both the area rug and upholstery cleaning. My sofas look like new. We are looking forward to having Mark Stewart and Morgan come back to do the rugs in ALL the bedrooms.

I had three dirty, stained bedroom carpets cleaned, deodorized, and protected. I was given a 2 hour window and they arrived within the first hour. The office called to let me know that the technicians were on their way and answered any questions I had. When the guys arrived they asked me to point out any problem areas and went right to work. It took less than an hour and the carpets came out beautifully. I was a little concerned about the deodorizer due to my allergies to perfumes but the smell is pleasant and not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend them to others!

We just bought a townhouse in Satellite Beach. The previous owners had pets and there were numerous stains on the carpet. We werent sure if the carpet was even salvageable. Guys did an awesome job cleaning rugs. While they were here I asked about having my kitchen tile floor done. Even though I didnt have an appointment for that they showed me a sample of how it would clean and cleaned it on the spot. Floor came out great! The guys were great and so was their work. Cleaned my Carpet and my tile floors both are 13 years old looks brand new. Do outstanding job on tile. Have used them for many, many years. Always cleaned cut employees, friendly and attempts to do the best job possible. Make sure you look for coupons in mail want take from internet. Needs to accept internet coupons from Stanley Steamer was told different franchise and they wouldn’t take. Had A 30 percent off coupon code from internet and they wouldn’t honor. Beside that the work was outstanding.

Fern and Mark were the technicians that came to clean our tile and grout. They showed up within the time frame requested and were courteous and professional. We did the initial walk through and they were very knowledgeable and pointed a few things out. My expectations were a bit high due to the textured tile we had, so they offered to test a spot or two so we could see if we wanted to go through with it or not. We could tell right away that it was going to look much better. We relaxed on the balcony while they went to work. They kept us apprised of their status throughout as they worked, which was great. I would certainly use Stanley Steemer again and would ask for Fern and Mark by name.

They are the best! The two young gentlemen’s who arrived to my home was welled mannered, polite, and had great customer service. I have seven kids running up and down my home. So someone can only imagine what my carpet was looking like. I thought I would’ve need to ripped the whole thing up and replace the carpet. Everything you can think of that children( boys at that) could do to a carpet was done. Stanley Steemer did there thing and brought that bad boy(carpet) back to life... lol! We used Stanley Steemer for our business building. There were printer ink stains, coffee stains, tool grease stains, and a lot of dust from renovations.I really wish we had taken before photos because the after is such an amazing difference!The women who I spoke with over the phone to coordinate the cleaning (Sarah and Gigi, were their names I believe!) were so incredibly helpful and sweet! They were so patient with me as I had to go back and forth a couple of times during our communications and they really tried to work with us and our time restrictions. They were also able to look up our business and found measurements they had from a previous cleaning many years ago and were able to give me a quote right then which was great.We were able to schedule a cleaning for the same week, the guys came when they said they would, worked fast, were careful with our furniture, and we couldnt be happier with the results!We will definitely use them again! And after the positive experience I had scheduling them at work, Id want to use them in my home in the future whenever we need our carpets cleaned!

The manager Sarah is not customer friendly, I had a discrepancy with the online order and what was intended, the difference between a chair and a couch, I received two emails from Stanley Steamer one listed chair for the order confirmation and one listed a recliner for the schedule confirmation, I was and am sure I selected couch when I placed the order but shame on me for not checking. While the difference is only about 40 dollars, it was the principal of the situation and I would have expected Sarah to be a little more customer service oriented and worked with me on the price but there was no compromise and in fact told me I selected the chair and not the couch, as their system, because it is the same cost does interchange chair and recliner and the price is higher for a couch. I showed Cris and Mike the two emails and they noticed the differences and the different confirmation numbers as well. If the system can interchange item types and then issue different confirmation number is it not possible that an error between a chair/recliner and couch could have happened? Sarah made no attempt to handle the situation and work with me, she was too hard lined and therefore earned a no star rating, I gave 2 stars due to cris and mike being more customer service oriented and all around great technicians if I do recommend this company it will only be because of them.

From cleaning the light colored couch that I shouldn’t have purchased with having kids, to rugs, and to the light colored grout that only a man who has never cleaned a day in his life would have installed in a remodeled house. Stanley Steemer has always done an excellent job cleaning our carpets. This past time was the best! Cody and Chris did a phenomenal job getting out a red wine stain (you can barely notice it). The most thorough cleaning, stains removed, and you can rest easy knowing it is allergy and asthma friendly certified.
