I had my microwave serviced using Capritta recently and they did an excellent job! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make the experience great. Very fair on pricing as well. This was my first experience with Capritta and felt great about supporting a local family owned business who has been here as long as they have. They certainly have my business in the future.
We were the last call on Friday afternoon. Joe D. took his time to check out everything before replacing the ice maker. As he was ready to leave, I told him my digital display on my microwave had gone out that morning. He quickly checked for a loose wire and fixed that too. He told us he only had been working on appliances for a few months…his training is HVAC. It was obvious he likes what he does and he’s a quick learner.It’s difficult to find good technical help these days but Joe is a keeper.Hope you appreciate him, Capritta!We’ll call you again.
Joe D came into our home with polite professionalism both when he was there to diagnose the issue and when he returned with parts. He called ahead of time and was in-time and very efficient. Mason and Art came today for the second part of our install for our appliances. They were efficient, arrived on time and communicated with me through every step. What I appreciate the most is that they do absolutely everything - whatever the have to move, they put back. I offered multiple times to move things out of their way, they refused my help. I also appreciate that they take such great care of ensuring my floors are taken care of. Lastly, with a new appliance install they made sure I was able to use both of my appliances before I left.Highly recommend Capritta from a customer service perspective!

My experience in the showroom was great when I ordered new appliances. I knew it would take several months for them to come in. It’s been 3 months which is ok. What is not ok is their apparent inability to return a phone call asking for a status. I’ve called 3 times. Twice I was told someone would call me back the next day. It’s been over a week since my first call and still no call back. Update: I drove to the showroom to get an update. The salesperson was very helpful and has since emailed me updates on my order.
Responded quickly, AC tech knew what he was doing, got the problem fixed. Friendly as they come. Would give 8 stars if I was allowed. If you hate Capritta, I hate you. They rock. Hands down only company I will let touch anything in my house.
We bought a washing machine. Now, I need to say that I am the pickiest facility engineer you could imagine. The two guys (Thomas A. and Art H.) who delivered and installed the washer, were simply amazing! This one star rating is given due to Caprittas complete lack of responsiveness to a request that I made online, through their website, on May 23rd. I was provided with a Request ID number and a message stating that someone would follow up with me. Apparently not in a timely manner. I then followed up with a phone call and left a voice message for Capritta on May 31st. Still have yet to receive a response. They have stellar customer service when one visits them at their location in Melbourne and this is extremely disappointing.
Jordan came out same day and fixed my refrigerator/freezer. He called before he arrived, arrived on time and communicated with me the entire time. He had the part needed on the truck and was able to fix my problem in under an hour. Very near, organized, and professional. Highly recommend.
Jordan was just here to replace a broken wire harness in my refrigerator. He was fast and professional. I highly recommend this company and their technicians. The cost was also low. Absolutely wonderful company! They came on a moments notice when my subzero refrigerator went out! They were able to get it cooling right away and order the part needed. Terrible everything with this company. Took 3 months to get to my home to “try” and fix my ice maker which was a recalled part and under warranty. I had to follow up with them on getting the part and coming out to my home, they cancelled two appts. on the day of, they sent someone very rude and unprofessional twice to install the part and the ice maker still did not work. Do not use this company. It was such a waste of time and very stressful for me. We found a company who got it done in 10 minutes the 1st time.
I ordered an Alfresco grill from Capritta and it was delivered and installed today. I cannot say enough about how good this company is. Mason and Art delivered the grill and did an excellent job. I strongly recommend this company.

Bought a beverage center from Capritta, Tom and Glenn came out to install it. They were very professional, and installed it quickly, making sure it was level and that everything worked and then ran me through the operation. Very impressed with both of them and the service they provided.

They installed what they could, the cabinets need tweaking and said they would come back when everything else was ready. Weve been buying our appliances from Capritta for nearly a decade. Our most recent was a new range. While the products and repair service I receive are always top notch, this review is specifically in regards to the range installation I just had completed. Thomas and Glenn were on time, courteous, professional, and upon removal of the old range, quickly pointed out and repaired an existing fire hazard left over from kitchen reno guys. They offered to clean up area before installing new range and installed the anti-tip brackets that were missing as well, post-reno. Very careful of my walls and furniture to boot. I try hard to keep my money local, companies like Capritta make that easy.
Joe O was thorough and very knowledgeable about my gas range. He was able to make repairs and advice on maintenance issues needed. He was courteous and very professional and observed covid restrictions during his entire stay. Thank you Capritta and Joe O.

My Samsung refrigerator went on the fritz, purchased it elsewhere, only 3 years old and out of warranty. Had seen great reviews for this business so I called them Monday morning, by that afternoon they had someone at my house. Jordan was professional & friendly, was able to figure out what was wrong with my fridge. Unfortunately, its something that is expensive to repair but is covered by Samsung. I did not know that until they called me and informed me of the extended warranty. That was very awesome of them. Samsung only deals with warranty services from a call center out of South Florida so I wont be able to use Capritta for this issue. But in the future, I highly recommend them for your repair needs. Ill definitely keep them in mind for any future appliance purchases too!
We received delivery of our new Bosch dishwasher today from Capritta Appliance. This is the second appliance weve purchased from Capritta, the first one being a Bosch range/oven.We enjoy doing business with Capritta because they are a locally owned company with great service and friendly, knowledgeable employees. The three men who installed our dishwasher today were no exception. Geterrius C., Mason D., and Dominick L. were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They made the adjustments necessary to install it perfectly, demonstrated how to use all of its features, and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Capritta for anyones appliance needs.
Joe D came to our house because our air conditioner just quit this afternoon. Only 5 months old. He looked at the air handler and found the previous owner must have put a scent strip in there and it blocked drip cap. (I think I said that correctly) any how Joe very professional and kind, and explained all that he did. I would definitely recommend Capritta to anyone needing air conditioner repair!!

This was my first experience with Capritta appliances installation and I couldnt be more pleased. Mason D and Geterrius C could not have been more professional, experienced and just all around pleasant to work with.. Every installation is different and they encountered a new situation to them but their training enabled them to trouble shoot and get the installation finished even though it took some time. The whole experience was great and it has reaffirmed to me that Capritta Appliances was the right choice.

We visited Capritta Appliance to discuss an issue we were having with our dishwasher. We met with Brian and Pat. Both, gentlemen, were knowledgeable, informative and helpful. They listened to us describe our problem and offered possible solutions. In the event, we weren’t able to solve our problem, we asked for information on a replacement dishwasher. Pat provided excellent information and recommendations. But, what was MOST IMPRESSIVE and APPRECIATED was his recommendation and encouragement to attempt the remedies he suggested, before discarding a perfectly good dishwasher. We followed his advice. Amazingly, and much to our satisfaction, Pat’s recommendations worked!! We can keep our dishwasher and, for the time being, don’t have to invest in a replacement. We are so appreciative to Brian and to Pat, for their time, knowledge, kindness and concern to assist us. We will DEFINITELY will go to Capritta Appliances for all of our future appliance needs. Incredible service from Capritta! I was having issues with my refrigerator not cooling properly. Austin arrived and within minutes was able to identify the issue and had the part available in his van. No waiting on parts being shipped. Within an hour my fridge was back up and running. After having a technician replace my icemaker, I noticed the paint bubbling on the adjacent wall. The technician was called back after the new ice maker did not work properly and asked to see if there was a water leak. He said the water line to the ice maker was leaking and he repaired it. After having to come back a third time to replace the new ice maker for a second time, I asked what they were going to do about the damage to my wall and the damaged hard wood floors, that had water bubbles under the finish. The technician said it had nothing to do with him and even though the water line to the ice maker was moved to install the new one, he didnt cause the leak. I waited from September to December to receive a response, only after following up. I was told because I couldnt determine when the water leak began, Capritta was not doing anything. How is it possible to determine when a waterline begins leaking? How would you prove this? Does it make more sense that the technician might have caused the leak when repairing the ice maker. Apparently not according to Capritta. Tried to explain this to Caprittas rep who did nothing but evade questions and not allow me to speak by speaking over me. I will never give this company another nickel. Horrible customer service. For a high end, expensive appliance center their lack of professionalism and rudeness is astounding.
I had a Bosch unit put in and the people at Capritta are always pleasant and responsive. Ive had some minor issues over the years and they back up what they sell and install. Never an issue and always satisfied. They need to be your go to place for quality products and great service. Their prices are also very competitive.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Capritta Appliance and Air Conditioning. I have used them for several appliance problems in the past several years and have always been happy with their work. This week, I requested a service call for my refrigerator and stove. Two service repair persons arrived, Austin and Joe, and they quickly and expertly assessed the problems and made the necessary repairs. They were knowledgeable, competent, very personable, and completed the repairs for much less than I expected they would cost. This company gets my highest recommendation.

I called Friday afternoon with a Whirlpool refrigerator that wouldnt cool the contents. The rep. who answered the phone was courteous and helpful, placed me on hold for a minute, she returned to say that she would have a tech at my home before the end of the day. I went in to Capritta’s today to purchase a Speed Queen washer and dryer set! I had been all over Brevard county and everyone was out of stock. I took the pricing I had from others dealers and Vince & John matched the price. They were awesome to work with and got me out of there quick!
For over a year, I was in an endless search for a washer and dryer. I narrowed it down to Speed Queen and decided to give local business Capritta appliances a try. I am now a very happy customer from the beginning with the excellent service from Lydell and Brian, true customer service and totally guided me through the purchasing process. Within a week, delivery was scheduled and the crew, Dominick, Geterrius and Mason arrived on time and patiently installed my appliances. After a minor issue with the washer, Capritta service Chad quickly followed up and sent out another crew with a washer replacement. The crew Glenn and Thomas made sure I had a total understanding of the appliances and assured me that the appliances were in perfect working condition. The entire Capritta team were professional and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. The entire Capritta’s team lead by example, every company should communicate and conduct business in this manner. This was a very positive experience, easy breezy and I’m now a customer for life.

The worst customer service ever. We purchase appliances for our new home from Capritta in January. They will not address any issues including sending wrong item. We have tried making contact with multiple times Kevin since February and he hasn’t returned one call. He is by far the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. The only time we got anything close to a response was after I went to the store to complain. Some one came out two days later and agreed with my complaints. I haven’t heard anything from the company in two weeks. I called office again today, let’s see how long it takes to get a response. I was told Kevin would call I already know the answer!!
Geterrius, Mason, and Art from Capritta replaced our built-in Thermador refrigerator/freezer. They showed up on time and were very courteous and professional while removing the defective unit and installing a new one.

Matt Kaczmarczyk is very pleasant, professional and attentive. He took time to explain the difference in features of the dish washers we were considering. When he didnt know something he looked it up - much better than making up an answer, as many sales people do. Matt was cautious in his delivery estimate and our dishwasher arrived sooner.
These people are bad news, stay away!My AC wasn’t cooling, so I called Capritta. The tech Joe came in and removed all the ice from the unit and also unclogged the drain. The unit was low on gas, so he refilled it, but he couldn’t find the leak, which I understand and here is where the problems begin. Afterward the AC condenser (unit outside) wouldn’t start. At this point the tech Joe said “your compresor is bad” and I go how come? I mean it was find until you got here. The tech suggested the only solution was to buy a new AC unit. He was hard press on that, as the only solution. He even gave quotes for new AC on the spot.Long story short, I called another company and our tech Joe had put so much gas on the unit that the pressure was through the roof and the unit was shutting off in order to prevent further damage. Either he did it on purpose to push me to buy a new AC or Capritta’s techs have no clue on how to fix ACs. You will be the judge if you make the mistake of calling them.Ohh and he still charged me $150! For literally breaking the unit! Shameful service!
After 16 years our built in microwave died. Matt was extremely reliable, professional and followed through with locating a similar microwave product that would accommodate this space. In the past 10 years, we have been satisfied with the sales force and service group in this company.
Pat Capritta helped us select the perfect built-in refrigerator and dishwasher for our needs. Tim, Vincent and Mason were the installers and they were great: Polite, friendly, careful and professional, they took out the old and put in the new under challenging access areas. They worked well together, I never heard a complaint or cursing and they were nonsmokers. I would highly recommend Capritta Appliance.

Great customer service. Had a minor issue with my refrigerator. They sent a repairman out within a day. It was a very reasonable price to get the part replace. It took a week for the new part, no big deal i was expecting that. Capritta updated me as to when the repair guys would be there and when they were enroute. Would definitely call them again.

A few weeks ago, my A/C unit was running more than usual. I called Capritta Appliance & Air Conditioning and scheduled a service call.Jeff came out in a day and found the leak recharged the unit and said he would be back in a few days to put new part. All fixed and since I purchased the 12 year part and labor, there was no charge. I am completely satisfied with the service I received from Capritta. I recommend them highly.

Came in on a Saturday and was helped by a friendly and knowledgeable young gentleman named Matt. We discussed SubZero Wolf appliance at length and when the conversation was finished I felt confident in him and his company’s ability to preform appliance installation to the highest standard. My place in Lansing island has two kitchens and I will certainly be using Capritta Appliance when I renovate both of them, my personal chef is very particular but the level of detail and personal attention given to us by the staff at Capritta, not to mention their products, sealed the deal for both her and I.

I cleared the drain in my Samsung refrigerator, but when it froze over again in less than a month I cleared it and called Capritta to have someone look at it. Jason was sent to my house to service my Samsung fridge. He arrived on time, was courteous, fair and knowledge. He checked the drain and confirmed that it was clear and not froze. We were able to clean behind and under the fridge. It was certainly worth the peace of mind to have Jason service my fridge!...
Our water line stopped working. We called and couldn’t get a repair man out for a week which was ok. They had a cancellation and came out in just a few days. Jason was a great technician and very knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and ordered the part. We were told it would be about a week for the part to come in. It’s been a little over a week and we are still waiting to hear from them
1/14/20 We arrived after being away 9 months & our refrigerator was not working called Capritta around 4pm & they sent a service tech (Jordan) right out. He got us running temporarily, ordered part & today 1/23/20 installed new part. Your service i GREAT. THANK YOU! Ron Granger

Just had a horrible experience with Capritta Appliance. First they showed up at the wrong address and were unable to locate my house (which was literally next door to where they parked). A technician and his assistant entered my home without PPE or offering to wear a mask. The technician asked if I had a step ladder, so I dug through my garage and brought him one to which he stated he hoped I had ‘good liability insurance’- not really a great joke to make to a homeowner. After taking less than 15 minutes to fix my fridge he charged me $290+. I was shocked at the price and asked what their hourly rate was, he told me they get paid by the job. Pretty pricey for a 15 min fix. Next his assistant attempted to bill me through an electronic system, which he was unable to do after 30 minutes of trying while standing in my kitchen (still not wearing any PPE). The technician walked to his van and came back in to see what the problem was, proceeded to wash his hands in my sink and dry them with my dish rag - at this point I had enough and asked them to leave so they could call their corporate office to figure out billing. I asked why they didn’t bring a ladder, to which the technician replied he did have one and was just ‘asking’ me if I had one. He also threatened to uninstall the part he put in my fridge if he had to leave my house without payment. This threat was so confusing since I tried to pay them for the past 30 minutes and they were not able to figure out their own payment system. Never again!!!
I called Capritta because of a trouble code on our fairly expensive Samsung dishwasher.I met Michael at his truck (we live in a condo) and described the symptoms and code to him as we took the elevator. By the time we got to the dishwasher, he had already determined the problem.Great experience, great knowledge of the product, great service !!Thank you
