The staff here is amazing and so willing to help you. You can tell each dog is important and not just a number. Any questions you are able to ask them with ease! Very friendly. The store is a very peaceful place full of joy! The puppies they have are beyond adorable and playful. I’m definitely coming here again!!! Fingers crossed it be soon! Will never purchase a puppy here again I spent $3,000 on a puppy they told me he was very healthy I’ve only had him for 1 week exact and already need to take him to a vet he’s seems extremely in pain I love my puppy but the money they charged for him was not right if he was not in good health because a vet is not cheap very disappointed. This place is AMAZING!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions to the fullest. You can tell they care for the puppies perfectly. Each den was clean and the puppies were happy. In the short amount of time i was there they were feeding the pups and checking on each one. They also care for their safety. They make sure to let you know to sanitze before and in between interaction with each pup.Also if you buy a puppy here there is advertising for free vet for life, and micro chip and fix.really can not beat that. All the puppies were so happy and playful. And best yet, you cant even tell you are in store with little poop machines. I love going here even if just to bring a smile to your face.

I love coming here. I think it’s great that they let us hold the pups. It’s a wonderful way to socialize the puppies to be used to people. This is hands down my favorite store.

Our familys experience at The Puppy Store, located in West Jordan, UT was a very positive one. One of the first things we noticed it wasnt the biggest store out there, but we were impressed at how clean it was, and how well it smelled. The employees were very helpful and informative in answering all our questions. We thought it was great that they have multiple fenced off areas for you to have some one on one interaction with the puppy you are looking to bring in as a life long family member. One thing that made them stand out from other places we have been to, is that they have a hands on, open bins, and not all closed off in crates. Which in our opinion helps the puppies become more socialized to people. If you are in the market for a puppy we would definitely recommend looking into The Puppy Store. We loved our experience at the puppy store! We ended up finding our perfect emotional support puppy. The employees new their stuff and kept the store clean. My only complaint is how much they cost. They did offer payment options which is what we ended up using.

I recently bought a puppy from the puppy store, and she has been so amazing! The staff was nice and let us spend as much time with her as we wanted before buying. They have a great selection, only negative is that the pups are about 3x value of buying from a private party.

They people there are super sweet and helpful. We got this adorable little girl, she is a beagle mix.

Went in here one time, not knowing entirely how this place runs. Quickly found out their puppies are about $3000, way more than a breeder would ask for. They offer a payment plan which at first sounds great but really felt more like you’re renting your dog. I walked right out. A week later I found my ideal puppy, from a rescue organization. I am so glad I didn’t get a dog from this place that views their dogs as a dollar sign instead of a companion. Shame on them for what they do.

Places like this do NOT care about the puppies or their health. ❗️💯 The cages are way too small, the amount and kind of dog food is incorrect for puppies to be consuming. Not just that the puppies have low energy so instead of people just noticing how cute they are realize those puppies are not okay in places like this. Most of the puppies end up testing positive for worms and on top of the that the store lies to the customers about these health conditions. If the prices of the puppies doesn’t show how much they truly care about money more than the well being of the puppies. They keep information about the breeding or where any of the puppies came from. If you are truly an animal lover than please chose to not be blinded to the truth behind this place and every place like it.The store LITERALLY has to give discounts for customers to write a good review. Shady and not a trust worthy place to purchase a puppy❗️

The dogs were so cute & all looked very happy. the beds/play pens were nice & clean. I’m glad they’re well taken care of and the employees were great to ask us for any assistance we needed.

Me and my partner purchased a baby husky from this location a few days ago. The day after we purchased her we decided it was not a good fit for the home environment we are in. As we both work about 4-5 hours a day and have to do errands afterwords so we tried to return her to the puppy store, even stating that our home environment is not the best fit for the puppy and our financial state might not allow us to take care of her like food, water etc. Yet they still insisted that they can not take her back. We didnt even recieve the papers or the four generational chart that we were supposed to receive with the purchase of the puppy. We love her and we just want whats best for the puppy but it seems the puppy store does not care about their dogs. On their website they consistently talk about how the puppys come first and yet they wont bring her back for her on safety. This place is unprofessional and I would more likely compare it to a car dealership than a puppy store. This is so ridiculous even with an easy to solve problem and they chose against the better need of the puppy. I will never get a puppy from here again nor will I recommend to anyone else. Please do more research into this place before you purchase.

Please dont go here. Got my dog here before I knew it was a puppy mill. He had no socialization with humans or dogs and is extremely anxious. Literally terrified by my neighbor who he has never met. Was shaking when my neighbor tried to pet him. Adopt. Please dont buy.

There is a whole variety of puppies with some you could look at and some that you could pet. And the environment was friendly and fun. I loved the fun names the staff gave the puppies!

Got the best Yorkie Poo! His name is Bambi and I couldnt be more happier. The price is pretty comparable if you look at ksl or places like that for the same kind of dog. Spent more than had planned which I was able to finance with them but well worth the money. Cant wait to spend the rest of this little dudes life with him!

Super friendly staff! You can pet any of the dogs between sanitizing your hands, and can play with one puppy in a play pen during your visit. It was super fun and I even put my name down to request a certain breed and they called me when they got that exact breed and gender! They have a good payment plan that I think would work for a lot of people. When I asked about the breeder the workers showed me papers with the breeders name and other information. They also had the puppy’s entire family history all the way back to great great grandparents which I thought was super awesome! The dogs are not cheap but they are definitely worth it if you end up getting one from them, I don’t have the money right now but will definitely be back to give one of these pups a forever home one day :)

One of the staff members was quite rude to us about wanting to see the dogs, and play with them a bit before making the big decision to take them home. We looked at a total of 3 dogs, and on the 3rd she got very snappy, and rude with us and demanded we buy one if we were going to be looking at them. another staff member was very helpful and let us look at the dogs, however due to this women being rude to us, we do not want to support this buisness, and the way they choose to treat there customers especially when were just trying to find a dog that fits rather then just buy the first one we saw. They obviously dont have the best interest of the dogs nor there customers in mind, and it really shows. The fact that they dont seem to care about if there dogs would be comfortable in the new home the go to is appallin, and was quite disappointing.

WORST PET BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! Although we absolutely love our puppy, the unprofessionalism, lack of communication and deceit we experienced was beyond comprehensible.We paid a very large amount for our puppy, so one would think that with that sort of purchase you would at least receive some communication from the store. Not so. After we purchased our pup there was no more communication. All I was told was that they would contact me in a couple days about shipping. They never did. The following week, I had to contact them to find out what was going on and was told they couldn’t ship him yet cause the vet was backed up so they couldn’t get him in until later that week to clear him to fly. Well that week came and went and we still didn’t hear anything. I again had to call and this time I was told he couldn’t ship due to the heat.Another week went by and I get a call from a guy.. I have no idea who he was or who he worked for but he told me he was hired to drive my puppy to me. I still never heard from the Puppy Store. Fast forward a week, we have our puppy and he goes to the vet and we find out he only has one testicle and this has been known for weeks cause it was in the paperwork they sent.I tried calling the store to inquire why I was not told about this prior to his delivery and I was told a manager would call me back within the hour.. I never received a call.THIS STORE IS VERY SHADY ABOUT HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!I will not give up inquiring why I was not notified of our pup having one testicle, especially being it will now cost a great deal more to have him neutered as they have to open up his abdomen to locate the testicle.

This place is the definition of cuteness! The dogs there are so cute and friendly, I literally did not want to leave. The dogs are so gentle with babies, and toddlers, which is such a bonus! This place makes me so happy. It has the best workers there that would tell you everything about the dog you want, which is so good, because not a lot of pet stores tell about the dogs, so I’m very happy they did! I’m also VERY happy the dogs come with everything you need. It’s definitely worth getting a dog! When I came into the puppy store, my eyes just went like 🤩 ! I was literally about to cry, the puppy’s are so precious. I love the fact the puppy store isn’t to big, too small, the perfect size! Some of the dogs are super calm, and I love that! Went in to just to check to see what they have cause we were next store. I have to admit, at least you get something when you buy a pricy puppy. They back up the health for a few years to cover the vet. It can be one you use. I like the fact they do not use puppy mills. Got a cute little teddy bear. I bought my sweet boy from this place almost 2 years ago. They are very pricey, we financed through another party which definitely is not the best but that is the finance companies fault. the staff here is so friendly and really made us feel so special. I did need to take him to the vet shortly after we got him since he had kennel cough. overall our experience was wonderful here and am so blessed to have him! (:

We came here to look for a puppy that we would want and we found one! It was so fun to see all the puppies and definitely lifted our spirits being with them. They are so cute and the staff was so friendly and helpful! So fun to be able to look at all the puppies and play with them. You can take one puppy in a pen and play with it, so fun to meet and get to know their personality and see if this puppy is right for you. Definitely would come here for future puppies.

So me and my daughter were so excited to come here right away I was very very annoyed & aggravated by the unprofessional girls that answered the phone. I asked what the exact address is they said “We don’t know” I said put some one on the phone who knows, they said “no one here knows the address we get asked every day” (and you never stop to figure it out?!?) this was incredibly frustrating I said ok are You off redwood road ??? They said yes but no not at all. Your located on the West Jordan shopping district!! If you are going to be answering phones you should be trained on how to actually answer a phone with correct address and customer service skills because they were rude and had zero skills at all ! I had to figure it out all on my own. We came in and we’re very surprised how small the store was very crowded and we didn’t like how the puppies are in the wall behind plastic was not like any thing we expected to see at all they need a much much bigger store and space for animals. We felt very bad for the puppies in such small spaces. This seems to be a new business that has a lot of growing to do and higher actual secretaries not just random girls to answer the phone that are rude and beyond unhelpful.

We called this store to get there address cause me and my mom are looking for a tiny puppy as a emotional support animal for my brother (15) who’s friend just passed away. When we called, the girl who answered the phone couldn’t even explain to us where their store is, very unprofessional. We eventually found it on our own and when we got in the store I got a really bad feeling. The puppies were in glass cages that were tiny and hardly had any space to play. It broke my heart.
