An old boss of mine brought all his service vehicles here. Since then Ive been bringing my personal vehicle. Quick and easy and they dont try to upsale you on everything like Jiffy Lube. Also seems like they have real car guys working in the bay, again unlike Jiffy Lube.

Had my oil changed in January, since then I have had a oil leak. Never had one before, just got my vehicle serviced and they told me the drain plug was loose ( finger tight) I really thought they did better work. Don’t think I will go back

I have been trusting Batemans with my cars for 15 years. I will not go anywhere else because they always have given me the customer service that is lacking with the speedy oilchange chains....AND THEY USE MOBIL OIL AND ARE LOCAL!!!

!!!!!! DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND MONEY YOU DONT NEED TO ILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN EVEN IF I DRIVE ACCROSS THE VALLEY!!!!!!!! I went here for a safety inspection the dmv told me I needed to get, after my car was rear ended and we had it fix, to get a rebuilt title for it through the dmv. After they did the inspection they told me I had some lights out on the rear of the car that I didnt notice. They also told me that both my passenger doors had been replaced. that was a shock since my wife has owned the car since 2001. the car by the way is a 2001 Buick. When she bought the it had 4000 miles on it and the doors have never been replaced. They also told me that the upper motor mounts where blown out. Ive been a mechanic for over 20 years Ive worked on everything from cars and trucks to heavy equipment. So i looked at my motor mounts and wile they are used. I mean the car does have over 150k miles on it, they are not blown out. but since I know arguing with them about it wont get me any ware. I replaced my motor mounts at the cost of $135. So today i spent $135 that didnt need to be spent because they dont know anything. And after I took it back and had it rechecked after I fixed everything. And after it passed I asked the guy that did the inspection where he gets that the doors had been replaced, and how he can say the motor mounts are blown out. He told me thats what the other guy told him. I asked him what other guy? He said the one that showed me how to do my job. So if you go here be careful they will probably cost you more money that needed and make you do things not needed. I recommend finding another place to go if at all possible the extra drive for somewhere that rip you off or cost you money.Old Motor mount picture with post definitely not blown out. use and normal wear yes but not Blown out.

I love going here to get my oil changed, I recently moved farther away from them but I will still drive across town to go to them. I would highly recommend going to them if you have a k&n air filter, they will clean it for you! (You have to buy a paper one from them so you have one while it dries)

Always been fair and fast. Propane always cheaper than everywhere else.

I have been gong here for years. They are the only place I will take my car to for oil changes. They are always so quick and effecient. Even when they are busy I never have to wait long. I love that I get a free carwash too. The techs work great as a team to get you in and out as soon as possible. I highly reccomend them.

Service was quick, but they showed me an air filter that wasnt even from my car (wrong size) and tried to use it to get me to pay them to put a new one in. Quick service does not make up for dishonest ploys to try and make extra money. I will not return.

Ive gone here now for a few years and Ive never had any problems. Theyre friendly, fast, and professional. They arent pushy and dont try to force upsells on you. I appreciate their honesty! Its hard to find a good place who wont try to rip a woman off. Definitely recommend!

I have been going here for over 10 years. I run a business that has multiple vehicles that get seviced regularly by them. They are the only people I trust to do the job right the first time. And they do it quickly. Keep up the good work.

They always do a great job, and in my experience are done quicker then they say.

The cashiers are really snippy. The garage service is speedy & good (at least when there’s not a flood of customers), and the guys in the garage are courteous, cheerful, and willing to help with special requests, etc. But the gals who answer the phone and/or run the front desk are very curt & abrupt (e.g. blurting answers before you’ve even finished asking your question). They all work together to get the job done, and rather quickly, which is nice. But if you value being greeted with pleasant, old-school, “service with a smile,” you’ll be disappointed when it comes time to pay your bill.

I love coming here. I used to get my oil changed at Walmart, which usually meant a 2 hour wait. I have never had a faster oil change until I came here. Everyone is super polite and helpful!

It was small little theater and fun to watch our granddaughter. Wish the sound system worked better. Hard to hear the kids where we were sitting on the side. But a nice experience! Nice teachers.

The staff here is very helpful and fast. I go here for inspections and oil changes exclusively. They checked the tire pressure and pumped it up for me, told me that my air filter was a bit dusty and asked if I wanted them to just blow it out first. And their fluid top offs really make in between changes that much better.

Update Apr 2020: Today I came here to have my van serviced. My rear light was out. They offered to replace it. Turns out it needed a bit of work to get the light sockets to work properly. Karl & Kendell went the extra mile to do all they could to get it to work. Im so grateful for their help and willingness to do all they could to get my lights to work. Great job- thank you for hiring such great employees!From 2019 I hadnt been to this location for a tune up in long time. I had forgotten how they take the time to vacuum my car and offer a free car wash. Those two extras really mattered to me. Their service was great and efficient. I appreciated the man who worked on it coming in to tell me that my air filter didnt need to be replaced yet but he would clean it out a bit for me. Thanks Batemans! Ill be back sooner than later!

I own a 1999 f350 turbo diesel with overwith over four hundred and fifty thousand miles on it they have done a lot of oil and lubes on my truck I always stand there and watch they dont have a problem with that they are very thorough and communicate well with each other and the customers so do you know what theyre doing

Very quick service and it included a coupon for the car wash directly behind it. I came in for emissions testing and was surprised by the cheap price! Also I feel I need to mention that when I picked my car up, the technician pointed out other things he was worried about i.e worn tubes under the hood and worn wires he reccomended to get fixed due to safety issues. I really appreciated that as I am not the type who would have noticed those things and it could have been bad due to one of the tubes he mentioned is for the fuel injector and could have led to a fire. Thank you guys!

I dont leave allot of reviews for places but these guys are awesome. I take my car in for an oil change every 3000 miles and everytime they have been awesome. Id recommend these guys to anyone. They always have quick service and never try to sell me something I dont need. Great service.

On my way home from work my car heater stopped working. It was cold and I knew I would need my defrost working in the morning. I stopped at pep boys and just to look at my car they said it would be $45. I then drove to Batemans. They looked at my heater made a few adjustments,including cleaning my filter. They got my heater to work. They didnt charge me a penny. They are all very kind, honest, smart and super helpful!! They are also very efficient and work quickly.

Batemans is a great place to get your car inspected. The guys are thorough but do not act unethical like other places do. You get a free car wash with an inspection. They also have an RV dump which is hard to find in the city.

This is the only place I would ever take my vehicles. If used them for yrs and I have several vehicles. And they do all my buiesness vehicles as well. Not 1 time have I even been remotely disappointed with there service. Very honest and they use only the best fluids in the vehicle. Fast friendly honest company!!!!!!

I have been having my oil changed and inspection/emissions doneat Bateman for more than 10 years without a single hitch. Last SaturdayI was using my free car wash tokens to wash my truck. When i was readyto leave my truck wouldnt start so i walked over and asked one of theservice crew if he knew what could be the problem. Soon I have 4employees walking back to the truck to push it out of the bay. However,when they tried to start it they realized that the shifting mechanism hadbroken. Jeremy climbed under my truck in the water and moved thelever manually into park so the truck would start, then with it runningmoved it to drive and i was able to get it to my mechanic. Thank you!
