In my experience, most fulfilment companies usually dont even answer the phone, even the famous ones. The best place ever. I love ship central

Once the company I worked for shut down Ship Central started threatening me personally with legal action for thousands of dollars of fees to dispose of 2 pallets of inventory. Also Ship Central threatened Id be personally responsible for all legal fees if I didnt pay up.EDIT: The response from ShipCentral is complete BS and you see by how long they took is reflective of how fast they communicate in general. There are plenty of 3PL companies to use, do not bother with ShipCentral.Also note how the response is from the owner because he is not even willing to publicly associate his name with the business.

Ship central is one of the best companies I have done business with. They treat you like a business partner, they really take care of you and help your business grow. Awesome turnaround times, software integration, same-day shipping, daily inventory reporting and great prices, what could I ask for.......
