Lately, our carrier feels it us too difficult to walk a few more feet to put packages on our porch. Instead, they feel the need to dump packages in front of our garage. This leaves the packages in plain view to all and makes it so we have no idea that a package has been delivered. The post office used to take pride in their work. Its really going down hill. If you want to be better than the competition, you need to provide quality service.

Also you might want to fill out the details on the door tag. That’s legally a requirement of your job.

This location can get pretty busy at lunch time and after 4 pm, so I would suggest going before 11 or between 1-3 if you can! I always go during these hours and there is little to no wait time. The workers there have always been kind and helpful. They are well stocked on shipping supplies and the store is always clean and organized.

I live in an apartment complex and every time I go to get my mail there’s stacks of other peoples Mail just left on top of the locked mailboxes and I even found some of my own mail up there that anyone and everyone had access to!! I just don’t understand why they can’t read the apartment numbers and put the mail where it’s supposed to go!!

Absolutely the worst place to go and get a passport or even renew a passport. The workers there are some of the harshest people ever, especially the Asian lady with her heavy accent. She kept telling us in the loudest and rudest voice that things were not filled out right. I dont know if this place purposely hires a bunch of jerks to work there or what but next time I will go somewhere else. I really hope they read this and learn to train their employees better.

They keep my packages bouncing around the state. You never know if or when they will show up. Im able to keep up to date with all my neighbors shenanigans and I know when my neighbors are being audited or need to register their vehicle. Am I a nosy neighbor? Nope. All I need to do is open up my mailbox and sift through everybodys mail, then I call my neighbors and go collect my mail from their house, and we trade, it really keeps us feeling like a community. Thanks usps, for keeping that spark alive, the curiosity of not knowing what I will find in my mailbox each day, other than knowing for sure it isnt my package, or my mail.

Incompetency and laziness runs rampant at USPS, especially in the West Jordan location. I had two neighbors mail along with a package delivered to my box. In return, my package was delivered to God only knows where.Update: USPS lost the parcel. They wont reimburse even though it was their fault. The so called supervisor that reached out blamed me for the shipper not insuring the package. Had I known that his staff including himself was lazy and incompetent, I would have ensured that the package was insured. Thats why USPS is bankrupt and going out of business.

It seems like person who delivers our mail dont know how to read numbers. We always get other people mails ( bank docs, other random mails). They are clearly addressed to someone else or another address. There is a reason each locker has the residents address and name inside. Why not double check before you distribute your mails to the boxes? Also We never get our keys to the mailbox locker even though the package shows as delivered. I always have to leave them a note in the locker to get the keys. Frustrating!

I scheduled a passport appointment with the WJ USPS office several weeks in advance. When I showed up for my appointment, the Passport Office door was closed. We stood there trying to figure out if they were actually closed. The customer service agents didnt bother to ask us if we needed help. My husband decided to stand in line to get some help. After a 10 minute wait, the customer service agent let us know that there was some sort of emergency causing the Passport Office to close. He told us to go elsewhere. I was livid, considering the arrangements we made to get there. It didnt even seem to phase their agents. How hard is it to call people and let them know their appointments are canceled? Extremely poor service. This was by far, the worst USPS experience Ive ever had. I cant believe this place is still in business? If you need a Passport, DO NOT GO HERE. I would recommend you go directly to the West Jordan City Hall. Their service was amazing and they seem to have their stuff together!

Do not try to apply for your passport here!!! I have had two separate appointments cancelled without an explanation or advance notice. It takes weeks to get a new appointment. When you try to call them, they run you through automation and then disconnect the call.

Brilliant staff!!! - from Cherri and Joe (hope I remembered the names correctly), right up to the shift supervisor that helped locate a package that I incorrectly had shipped to an address I wrongly filed. Kind, fast, efficient, and friendly - GREAT dialogue with these people who actually cared about my mistake, and walked me through the process to obtain a collectible item I had been waiting for. Why did we bother to set an appointment? We arrived 5 minutes early and the family that walked in 10 seconds before us had no appointment. The lady working didnt even ask which one of us actually had an appointment. It was first come first serve

Quite possibly the WORST P.O. in the country....TWICE I scheduled a pickup and got confirmation #, for pickup I placed the package as instructed for pickup. And twice i got a confirmation that the package had been picked up.... guess what? its still sitting at my front door and has not been picked up!So I try calling them to check in on it, phone rings and rings and eventually disconnects before anyone answers.Drive down there to drop the package off and wait in line for an hour to drop it off!No wonder the USPS is losing money!

I came in with my family to get our passport application and photos, the staff there was very nice. There was a wonderful lady working the passport application booth and unlike many places (DMV Im looking at you) they dont take good photos of you. This amazing lady double and triple checked to make sure me and my family look great. I wish I had caught her name but I am thankful. The establishment itself is very clean and is upholding CDC guidelines to maintain a safe environment. I will come back again if I have posts.

I visit a lot of post offices for my business and this one is the BEST! Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Carrie and Tia. They always greet me and give me extra post office bins, which I appreciate SO MUCH! They are always fast and help me with anything I need. Also, I love how late this post office is open. It is seriously the best!

I have FIVE packages that I ordered from a local company in Utah that uses USPS. I have been waiting since 7/31/2020 with no movement whatsoever. Frustrating to say the least. I’m in California and my post office says i can do anything since it’s technically “in transit”. I have since filed a claim for a lost package, maybe by doing this will set a fire under their behinds!

UPDATE 11/20 - Huge improvement! Deserving of this upgraded score. I hope you never have to change the person who delivers our mail. Cindy (I believe). She is absolutely amazing! She goes ABOVE & BEYOND for us & our neighbors! She is so friendly & always has a huge smile when she is constantly having to stop her truck & come to our door because my husband buys so many albums! I work for a CPA firm and went in to mail some tax returns to clients. The lady that helped me weighed and stamped my items. When I went to pay she asked for my ID and refused to take payment because it was my bosses card. She preceded to rip the stamps off of the tax returns I was delivering.. Ive never had this issue at any other post office.

Passport Appointment -- My father just became a US Citizen and was very excited to get the process started for a passport. I scheduled an appointment about two weeks out. Received consent notifications from their auto email. I in turned stayed on my dad with the time of his appointment, what to bring, and if he had any issues to call me.Of course he gets there 15 min early and they tell him the appointment was cancelled. They attempted to call us, which is bull, because neither he or I received any missed calls or voicemails.He is directed to go to the Sandy location or downtown passport office.Having to only go through the USPS is very frustrating. They are difficult and often very busy. I can see why the reviews are as bad as they are.

Passport appointment was a joke. Holly is the absolute worst. Not only was she rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful, but she didnt know what she was doing. Holly better step up her game because her service is shameful. I do not recommend this location. Save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere.

I have had this post office deliver two packages in a row to my neighbor’s house now and of course the neighbors say they haven’t received anything, so my packages were just delivered nowhere right? And I’m just out the money now. And the worst part is I’m tracking about 3 more packages, all shipped through USPS that I can’t stop delivery on now and I’m just sitting here watching them give all the stuff I paid a lot of money for to the neighbors! They are literally costing me money that I don’t have to waste, it is absolutely pathetic. I think I’m going to have to have all my packages delivered to a relative in another district, because the post office in my neighborhood whom I’m already paying for in my taxes can’t seem to read an address!

Ive been waiting for my package for 3 months now. I was told up to 2 weeks delivery, and Ive waited very patiently but I am fed up.The first time USPS attempted to deliver, the brain-dead delivery person decided that my address does not exist and sent my package back from whence it came without contacting me whatsoever.The second time they attempted to deliver (yesterday), I was notified that the package was delivered to my mailbox. Upon checking, I discovered there was, in fact, nothing in my mail. The leasing office told me that no one dropped off a package for me at all, despite the fact that USPS falsely claimed that they delivered my package into my mailbox yesterday.So, the way I see it, there are a few different possibilities of what may have happened:1. The delivery person left the package on my door step, falsely claimed they left it in my mailbox and went on his/her merry way, proud of yet another job well done. My package was then stolen.2. Delivery person somehow managed to put my package in the wrong mailbox and it is now awaiting someone else in my apartment complex to pick it up.3. Or perhaps the delivery person is not so honest and decided that no one would notice if a small package went missing, and took it for their own. Well, I did notice.Now I fully understand why the post office has a rating of less than 2 stars online. If these incompetent fools are unable to provide service for their customers, perhaps they should shut down their business. Because all Im doing when utilizing the USPS service, is throwing away my time and money as I wait eagerly for a package that will never be delivered. Very displeased.

West Jordan’s post office employees are very rude and unprofessional. Today as in line I watched and listened as the employee (Carrie) told a couple that they would have to come back next week for a mail key... they turned to walk away a bit annoyed of course as they were told the following week that it would be ready but she (employee) yells back as they are walking away “thanks for the attitude”. I was next in line and as I walk up she mumbles and says “I’ll remember that couple faces and never help them again”. As I go to check out for several packages she points to the tape and says “this package needs to be taped correctly”. I pay for my postage online through Etsy. It is priority packages. The only thing I needed to pay for was one bubble mailer. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to speak with a manager only to be hung up on.

I have had 12 checks mailed to my house. I have received 2 of 12. I submitted a find request for 4 of them and have had no responses. If you have anything being mailed through them do everything in your power to avoid them completely they will lose it. Everything i have ever received was a month late if it ever even arrives.

I operate a business on one of this Post Offices routes. Every day we spend thousands of dollars in shipping to ship time sensitive packages with USPS all across the country, for the third time this month our mailwoman has quietly snuck in and dropped of our mail without picking up our outgoing packages that we have. I have caught her the other two times after chasing her into the parking lot and explained to her that EVERY SINGLE DAY we have outgoing mail and to stop at the warehouse door to pick it up and she has told me it wouldnt happen again. And yet here we are again! I tried to call this office that I have been in and is not usually busy enough to justify me waiting on hold for one of their representatives for an hour and a half to no avail. Its enough to make you want to sell the building and move the business to another city!

There is one gentleman at the front desk who does stand out as helpful and courteous but otherwise Im pretty sure this post office/passport office have hiring standards that encourages bringing on the worst personalities possible.

I have never written a negative review before, but this one constitutes it. I shipped a package that had a CPU in it. In transit the CPU was damaged. I filed a claim. A week or so later a letter came in the mail to have me take my package to a post office to have an inspection don’t.Barbara, the manager, looked at the package in the back for a while then came out to speak with me. She came out and said I don’t see anything wrong with your package, even though the box was destroyed and the CPU had pins broken off and bent. So I asked her to bring the package back up front so I can show her, and proceeded to show her the numerous bent pins, and areas where pints had been broken off of the actual CPU. She said, she didnt know what it looked like before so it could have always looked that way. Short of photographing everything you ship before you ship it that can be true for anything.The box was clearly damaged, and after explaining how each pin on a CPU needs to be in the right place and present, to work she admitted it was broken but I had packaged it improperly with bubble wrap and newspaper. Again, short of wrapping it in a Kevlar, bubble wrap and newspaper are the only real ways to protect anything you ship!!! She said she was denying my claim.I accepted this and started to ask questions of what I should do in the future so that USPS wont mark it as packaged incorrectly, she said I needed to use bubble wrap and to prevent anything from moving inside the box with peanuts or paper........ Which I did. In trying to ask her more questions to understand how much bubble wrap or paper or whatever so that my claim isn’t denied, she kept saying that she wasnt going to approve my claim. I wasnt trying to get her too, I just wanted more information so I could prevent this situation in the future. She got more and more hostel and eventually shoved my package back at me and said maybe another post office can help you, and shut her door on me before I could say a word.I wasnt arguing with her, I wasnt trying to coax her into approving my claim, I just wanted information on how to avoid my claims being denied in the future and I was treated EXTREAMLY poorly. Avoid this post office at all costs.

No one answers the phone. When they do, they don’t say anything and just hang up on you. I have a package stuck in the locker box because it’s too big to be in there. It’s pushed up against the lock and I’m unable to turn the key to open the box. Could I get some help? Probably not. What a joke!

Multiple missed scheduled/confirmer pick ups. They dont answer the phone and you get thrown to a busy signal. When they do complete mail pick ups they only scan priority packages; when we inquired why we were informed theyre just too busy to get to everything and since first class packages dont have a guaranteed time they get back burnered. This location is an unprofessional inefficient nightmare.

I came in here because I just built a house and I was told to go and get the keys from this office.I get there and the blonde haired woman was extremely rude and condescending she talked to me like I was a 9 year old child. Apparently the keys weren’t ready for our mailbox which I was not aware of and instead of just saying that the keys were t ready and that they were not sure when the keys would be ready she went on this long rant and rude tangent about how I need to understand this and understand that. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my life. And treated so terribly she should not be working in customer service.This woman made me so upset that As soon as I got in my car I cried. So rude for no reason what so ever. If you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on other people.

Why cant I give this post office negative stars? Theyre barely competent. Theyre right across the street from our complex and yet every time Ive gone over there to speak to a supervisor or manager, theres never one available.Their carriers are constantly putting mail in the wrong boxes, delivering mail to us that doesnt even belong on the same street, and failing to deliver mail that is clearly marked and addressed correctly.I wish there was some way to wake these invalids up.

This is the third time one of my packages has been delivered to the wrong address and I have been out my the money. They insist it was delivered to me, but the boxes are locked and I posses the only key. If it was correctly delivered, I would have the package. If I could give negative stars I would! There is something wrong with this office. I work for a company that sends out paperwork to our customers in the mail.... We started getting our envelopes returned to us for Insufficient Postage- Which had never happened before and it was only happening on SOME of the letters not all ( considering they are all the same size and weight that seemed odd) So we got a letter scale and started putting the weight on the envelopes that we send. Now they are sending them back with vague messages that dont really have a reason .. Attempted Not Known- On perfectly valid addresses? This hole thing seems rather odd. Just.. Lazy.. Or Scammy. And I can not get a hold of any one to discuss this. More than one hour long wait time through their call center and no one ever answers the direct line. Absolutely insane!!

This is hands down the WORST post office Ive ever encountered. Theres so many issues Ive had, that I cant even complain out them all. Not one employee has any pride in their job. Heres a few examples: I often have my mail on hold. Sadly, it takes days to get my mail once its off hold. One time my mail was sitting on the desk of the mail man for 3 days because he was too lazy to deliver it. Other times he just flat out refuses to deliver packages because he doesnt want to walk up the stairs. I moved and still had the same West Jordan Post Office. It took me 3 times to call/write and complain for them to accurately put my move request in. Corporate verified that I did everything correct. It took almost 3 weeks to start getting my mail. This past weekend, I was supposed to have a large package delivered. The post office has delivered a few small packages but Im still waiting for the large package. He refuses because of laziness to deliver the large package which is now late. The new place I live in now is so fed up with the post office. They are constantly delivering mail into the wrong boxes and refuse to finish setting up the mail boxes in our new building. They clearly do not care about the people they deliver mail for but theres nothing we can but be at their mercy. God help yourself if you have to deal with them.

I have done everything in my power to help this mail lady out. I work at an apartment complex and not only do our packages and important bills get delivered wrong, today is the 2nd time she has left the mail boxes wide open (this month). I have had to take all my residents mail out and hold it in the office for safe keeping. There are 216 apartments in this place, how in the world am I supposed to keep all of that? Not to mention mail is federal, how dumb can you be? I have called and called and keep getting hung up on. Not only do I not have time for this, but the residents are coming in looking at me for a key or something to lock the boxes up. Unfortunately I dont have a key or a solution for them. I dont deserve the wrath either, I really should be sending them all to the post office, Then you can hear from all 216 (at least) people about missing packages and letters. You do not deserve any stars. This is completely ridiculous!

Seriously the WORST USPS office in the state! Worst customer service. I guess now they also just decide when they feel like delivering the mail, because my mail didnt show up at all today. All the mail carriers in West Jordan are all incompetent and rude! Ive lived in Kearns, magna, West Valley, Provo, Riverton and Mt pleasant in my life time, and have NEVER been treated so horrible and I always have to wonder if Im going to get my mail or if my neighbor will get my mail, (which happens almost DAILY) BUT today I guess none of us get our mail at all today. Im filing a complaint with the mayor as something needs to be done about this USPS location! Either fix it and get new management, or close it down! We deserve better!

This is actually a really good post office. All of the employees in this post office are efficient, effective and eloquent. If you want customer service that is above the mark then come to this west Jordan post office. I came in with a very complicated problem and not only did they effectively resolve my problem, they did it with marked kindness. I unequivocally endorse the West Jordan office for all your mailing needs. All other users are likely dishonest.

We seem to only get complaints from the worker that is supposed to be delivering our mail. We moved into our home and a week later got a notice about our mailbox not meeting certain standards. Then we have a vehicle parked a few feet to the side of our mailbox and we get another notice saying that the worker is apparently incapable of getting out of their vehicle to deliver our mail. This week we received another notice for the snow in front of the mailbox. Really?!?! Do your job!

I do a lot of online shopping, especially on Amazon. I dread when I see that the item is being shipped USPS instead of UPS or FedEx. There is a 50/50 chance that if USPS is the carrier that my package will be lost, damaged or delivered late. The last time I had a package 3 days late I went to this location to see if they had it. They told me they dont deliver packages to my apartment complex and will only leave them with the front office. In 2 years of living here USPS has certainly delivered packages to my doorstep over 50 times. Why they felt the need to flat out lie to me instead of trying to find my package is beyond me. Anyways they told me the package was lost. Strange thing happened though, 2 days later my package magically was delivered to my doorstep. So it was not lost and they do deliver to my address. I understand mistakes happen and Im a very patient person that is OK with that fact. Rather than attempt to find any sort of solution they just lied to me to get me to go away. What a joke, I hope the USPS goes away soon.

Terrible service. I am having issues with mail being returned from a known address stating that the address is No Such Street which is a family member. I have verified the address several times. I have attempted to contact the USPS and after several times of being on hold for 30 minutes plus, nothing has changed. The USPS needs to close their doors and let others take the reigns.

I really really want to like this post office because I use it so often, two to three times a week for more than three years. Sadly the service is too inconsistent to be called average. Its well below average. This is in comparison to the other locations we use in Salt Lake County. Frequently we also use the locations at 2255 E Sunnyside Ave and 4989 State St, which are very consistent and good at the basics, like scanning parcels and answering phone calls.Too often, about once or twice a month, a parcel at this location doesnt get scanned, leaving us wondering if we labeled, or packed it properly. Ultimately we know they have been labeled correctly and the package arrives at the destination or is scanned at another location. This happens without a clear pattern and only happens when we drop at this location.Another sad note is that they avoid answering the phone at this location. We call when a package doesnt get scanned to find out if it was somehow not packaged or labeled correctly. Out of three calls today, for example, no answer on 2 calls and 1 call that advised I had the passport office and they couldnt help. Did I? With as much experience as I have calling this office, and the logs on my phone, I know with a great amount of certainty that the number dialed was correct. I didnt press one, my logs show that. Perhaps a mistake, we get, happens sometime. Too often at this location.They are very busy and we understand that. This area has grown a lot. Maybe time to get another office built? Ease the burdon on this office. We know how hard the employees work at this location and the ones in front are generally happy and good natured, getting the job done. We hope that this location can get the basics down. Simply scan the packages and alleviate the worries if your customers.

Absolutely horrendous! By the time I left I wanted to fight somebody. These people cost us millions of dollars every year and are terrible at their job! We should completely get rid of the United States Postal Service! I wish I could give no stars.

Mailman skipped me today due to neighbors vehicle in front of the box.Thats fine except when I went out and stopped him on his return up the street he flat out lied and said he had no mail for me today.. Funny since I just received a text from Amazon stating my package was unable to be delivered today . After telling him about my text he found my mail. He dropped several letters on the truck floor while doing so and he wouldnt even check if any were mine.What a fat lazy slob!Good news. You can call Amazon and request that they dont use the USPS !!!Amazon has their own delivery service now !!No more dealing with lazy postal workerThey delivered my package to a neighbor two blocks away today. Address number isn’t even close. Way to go USPS!I havent been receiving all of my mail lately though I have been receiving my neighbors mail.

My carrier continues to put my packages in someone elses box and claims that its delivered as well as saying my APARTMENT box was UNDELIVERABLE. How can an apartment box be undeliverable? I keep losing items ordered and the West Jordan Post Office phone is either busy or never answers! Ive reported 3 packages in 2 weeks and called repeatedly. Ive called USPS and they are investigating the West Jordan post office. Never heard from anyone there. I even left a note for the carrier in my box--and its just gone! What is happening to USPS nowadays? The service gets worse by the day.What do i expect? I expect service paid for. It is not the fault of the public that they have cut their staff. If I could NOT use USPS, I would! Unfortunately there is no choice sometimes for receiving a package. If USPS is unable to serve customers any longer, they need to shut it down. Lost jobs? Would not be lost jobs if the employees still cared about their company....

Every time I come to Thai locations the clerks are super nice and always making suggestions to make my life easier for future shipments but I like to come here specially for Jim he is always upbeat and very very pleasant thanks you usps for having great trained employees

Utterly ridiculous. I went in to receive a new key to my mail box for a new community only to be told they don’t have my address on file. They took down my info and I was told someone will call me the next day to get it worked out. Ok that’s fine but the next day I received no call and I had to call them. I was then asked for my information again and I would get a call back. I have yet to get a call back and they never seem to have a working phone line as it is always busy. This is not very convenient at all and I do need to be able to get my mail. These guys need to get their act together soon.

They just lost a $3500 package and they will not answer the phone, they will not care of the customer service. System is obsolete and the packages get lost often when the route mail person is off.

Drive out of your way to go to another post office. They lost a package of mine a year ago. I shipped it from this location. And most recently they have lost about 40 of my wedding invitations. No wonder everyone thinks the USPS is a joke.

I feel like the actual people at the counter are fine. However, like so many other responses, I have had many issues with packages being misdelivered. Some of this is due to some very similar addresses within my community. But I would say that up to 1/4 of my packages get delivered to a neighbor instead of me. Recently 3 of my packages were waiting in a bin because my neighbor hadnt gotten them from their mailbox and the carrier had marked them as unable to deliver. The post office wouldnt have even contacted me, I had to go looking for them at the office. I will say that Melissa, the manager on that day, was helpful and actually did go back and find them in that wrong box. I am so glad she took the effort to do that. However, now I have ANOTHER package I have to go back in to try to track down. And I had a neighbor bring a package to my door that had been delivered to her. I have lived at the same address for 7 years, they just need to pay more attention to detail. Details matter!! I find myself on edge lately until something Ive ordered is actually in my hands. I have had baby clothes, a huge box of Pullups, Christmas photos, bills, I think even a SOCIAL SECURITY card misdelivered. Often the tracking will say delivered but I havent gotten them, they are stuck in the post office void until either a honest neighbor brings it to our door or like as above i physically had to ask at the office. Why is this particular location so much worse than others?

This post office is awful. Long lines and incompetent people behind the counter.The lady that delivers our mail is just as bad. We regularly receive our neighbors mail and sometimes find our mail laying on the ground in front of the mailbox.On 2 separate occasions she left a note in our box that said sorry we missed you and we needed to pick up our packages at the post office. We were home! On one of those occasions I was in the front yard! She just didnt want to get out of the truck.When I called to complain, the manager at the location said that I should talk to her and ask her to be more careful. WOW!I have stopped using USPS.Its easy to see why they are losing money every year.

Not even worth 1/2 star. Ive been trying to get keys for my box because I just moved to this city. Its taking longer than they have said. But now I have to waste my time and travel to get there because no matter how many times I call they never answer. From when they open to when they close on many different days.. Very unsatisfied. On the other hand the girl there is kind and helpful.

We had an appointmet to get our passports and they canceled all appts and didnt call and notify me . I am so upset. This is ridiculous we had our appt set for 2 weeks in advance. We show up and they couldnt help us. This is very poor service.

This post office is horrible and the customer service is even worse. We just moved and I have updated my address and no mail still! I plan on calling the United States Postal Service and speaking with a manager or some one higher up that can actually help me and do their dam job!

Ben the Supervisor is more than willing to be disrespectful and rude to my wife, and then turns into a submissive puppy dog when confronted by a man. For some reason changing your address from a West Jordan to a South Jordan address is a complicated process that results in going a month with no mail. When calling to find out where the mail is after confirming it hasnt been returned to the sender the answer is I dont know. Its not rocket science.

This location and every worker in it are the crappiest bunch of arseholes Ive had to deal with in all of customer service ever! hanging up on us when we are trying to locate a package that shipped to the wrong address. Saying that it was delivered and no longer their problem. You didnt even check to see if it was going to the right person! If they should have taken it back to the office since our names arent on that address anymore. These are the rudest people I have ever dealt with from the other side of the counter.

If there was one less than poor to fair that is what I would have checked. This office is the worst office Ive ever encountered. Every employees seem like they are from a different planet the skinny guy with the alien head, the huge red neck with the deep voice, the heavily medicated incredible shrinking lady, the rude asian manager that monitor every action then the anal retentive robotic new guy. They all seem to hate what they do and take it out on the public not realizing we are the one who pay their bills and keep them employed. They can all be replaced easily with the automated shipping service at home. I desperately would love to have all of these people replaced so I could have a normal post office to go to and conduct my business without their harassment.

Ive been in here several times, the negativity shown here I feel is both unfortunate and unfair. Everyone Ive talked or helped me at the post office has been awesome to work with. Yup - they are busy, and ive experienced a wait... but what do you expect with the ruthless budget cuts?

I wonder if the manager or anyone from this office reads the reviews here. I have over $300 of items that was supposed to be delivered on Friday, october 5th (at least thats what it said when i tracked it) but the very next day, my package was scanned in Denver, Co. And now its sitting in the air and have no idea where its at and when itll be delivered. I did receive a smaller, much smaller package on October, 5th and Im thinking someone must have somehow updated the status under the wrong tracking number? IDK. I tried calling their office but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! I called A soon as their office opened and Im still calling, but of course, no answer. Seriously people!!! Im going in today to hopefully find my package. Never though that delivery would turn out to be an inconvience after all. Goodness!
