I went to this place on a whim and definitely regret it. She took off about half my eyebrow right on the arch. I’m pretty new to threading but have had a wonderful experience at other places I will not be going back. She missed places that needed to be threaded and took off places that were perfectly fine

Kiah is an Absolute miracle worker and my Angel! She did an amazing job fixing an issue I had from another place! I wish I had gone to her first and from now on she will be the ONLY one I trust! I highly recommend her!!

This place had so many good reviews so I gave it a second chance. But I wish I hadnt. There were strings and cotton balls all over the floor, I was the only customer there so they werent to busy to clean up. The picture doesnt do it justice because I couldnt get the whole area and the strings are hard to see. She was fast but did a horrible job, my eyebrows are now uneven and the coloring is a mess, its all around my eyebrow. I have no idea why they have so many good reviews.

My wife and daughters really like this place and come often. I know they have a special sale on brow threading on Wednesdays. Not sure if its half price, but that seems like what it might be... Very quick as well.

I went it expecting good service from the reviews I have read. BUTTTT my eyebrows were so much nicer than what she made them look like. She made them SO thin and changed the snaps of my one brow. I said I didn’t like it and she’s telling me my brows were like that before. Not recommending to friends and family

I’m not one to complain about stuff too much and have been to multiple places for threading and no problem. But I went in here for the first time and when I sat down I saw the little scissors dirty( like with hair ) and used cotton ball next to it with the thread. I thought she would use other scissors but no she didn’t she used the same dirty ones on me and nothing was disinfected, which I didn’t consider good. I was pretty disappointed since these places are always spotless and everything clean.

I will NEVER RECOMMEND this spa to anyone. I got my face threading yesterday and the female who did my face threading was very rough handling and too fast and it left all cuts on my face and under the eyes despite being told that my skin is very sensitive. She neither applied any powder with bein said that i am unable to find the poweder now. Very rough handling and my skin cuts are visible all over my face. Never ever go again. And for that skin cut threading i had to 40 bucks which seems to be no worth at all. Very expensive ans rough handling and was yapping in the phone rather commuicating and understanding the client needs. The website is absolutely fake they say they offer waxing services but they dont have any services except threading. NEVER RECOMMEND folks!!!!

My friend and I have been coming here regularly every 3 weeks for a year..We have always been given the Groupon price of $15. We were asked to not actually buy the Groupon.. Today AFTER we sat with dye on our faces for over 30 minutes while she helped 2 other people (who came in after us and left before us, and while she took a call) she had to then scrub our faces to get the dye off since it had sat so long. Once we finally got to pay..the price was MORE than double what it had been every other time. When I mentioned it to her she just said it was canceled, she knew who we were... it absolutely should have been mentioned before we went to pay. And then when I brought it up she did not offer any solution except to SAVE my receipt for 50% off NEXT time. There will not be a next time. I am a very loyal customer I refuse to have the bait and switch tactics that happened today, happen again.

The lady was too aggressive while doing my daughter’s eyebrow. You can CLEARLY see the difference between one eyebrow from the other. One eyebrow is round and the other is squared. My daughter also wanted to get her upper lip done, after the lady was done with the upper lip, I could see the marks on my daughters face from the thread. If I could give -1 stars I would. Not worth it

Love this place. Got my eyebrows and face threaded and eyebrows tinted. She did such a great job! This was my first time so I didnt know what to expect but I will definitely be back. I love how for eyebrow or face threading they allow walk-in appointments. I would give this place six stars if I could.

I should have checked in a mirror before I tipped. Maybe she had a lot of clients when I went and was just tired. My eyebrows came out uneven on the top, uneven on the bottom, and lots of light hairs left under my brow bone. And she DOES do them very thin like everyone else is saying.

The lady who did my eyebrows was going really hard on my eyebrows while threading & wasn’t nice at all & left my eyebrow hair all over my face, I don’t know why the hell she just being so rude, she treated me Poorly but was nice to other customers, never coming here, wasn’t worth it .

This place was amazing! My eyebrows were a complete wreck and they fixed them right up and even made them look fuller with a tint. They were so quick. My mom and I were able to walk right on in. As we were checking out, they were so generous to give us coupons and recommendations for our brows to stay on fleek. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much ladies!

A cute salon just getting started. Appointments are needed for more advanced requests, but threading and eyebrow tinting are available upon request for walk ins.The three chairs are comfortable as is the waiting area seating. The finishings are attractive and clean, if still a little sparse. But thats to be expected from a salon still building its client base.Theres still lots of availability and not loads of regulars to compete with yet. They did good work and I like the way my eyebrows turned out and how protective of my skin she was.
