I am a new customer fill up the application they are two person male and female they are doesn’t know how to answer the question I have a few questions I wanna ask her she say I don’t know she say I don’t know she say I don’t know I don’t know why you got a higher if associate doesn’t have a answer from Customer question but you got to lose the customer because customer wanna sign up there associate there doesn’t know what the Answer was I have enjoy Vista jam because you guys lost a customer very bad experience poor for services

I went there on Tuesday morning (8/03) at around 6:30AM. I had a billing issue and wanted to switch my membership and the individual that was at the front desk was very helpful! I had an issue super early in the morning and she was so patient and explained everything and how it would work! Super professional wish I didn’t have to switch locations!

Serious lack of cleaning at this location. Maybe it’s just the day I visit because I see a lot of good reviews about cleaning but that’s not true today. Trash bins are full at 9 in the morning. Locker room platforms have not been cleaned with dust accumulating in the corners. I would rate it the lowest in comparison to all the pfs I have visited so far. Hopefully this review will help motivate them to focus on this issue.

Great place to work out. Plenty of cleaning stations. Treadmills, bikes, ellipticals a-plenty.

If you ever plan on canceling your membership here be prepared to get strung all over the place. They make it as hard as possible to cancel your membership. You have to go in person to the club you signed up in order to cancel. If you swap which club to another place to be able to cancel at a closer location then they make you wait 24-48 hours to cancel. Its the traditional super scammy nature of gym memberships.

Don’t believe them when they tell you that you can cancel. You can, but not without jumping through major hoops. Typical gym BS.

I was a member of the south Jordan location until the Jordan landing one opened up.Since it opened up during the pandemic I feel like they have made great progress with the whole social distance situation. Gym is always clean and seems like they really are trying to keep it that way.I usually work out late at night or early morning and Kenneth has always been such a huge help, he’s friendly with everyone and always willing to show you new things. He has personally helped me get over a huge plateau I was stuck on. And very knowledgeable with fitness equipment. And always willing to give you tips.I will keep coming back.

Great gym, great location, and great staff. Except the night shift dude. The bathroom are neglected severely overnight, the bottles never get filled back up.I do wish sometimes though that the bottles of cleaner were refilled more often. I feel that with COVID, there isnt as much staff as there would be if COVID were not a thing, which would make more staff available to fill the bottles instead of having to sit at the front desk.

Great place to workout! Its always clean when I am there, staff is super helpful and friendly. The massage beds and tanning are a great bonus for the membership.

Decent gym, but they do not enforce wearing masks while people are working out on the floor. Not near as much cleaning as there should be during a pandemic.Night time is better traffic wise and its 25/7, but cleanliness is a 2/5.

When I come to workout at 6am today, the door is closed, no one in there, I am still waiting in the car for an hour still no one show up to work. It open at 6am in their website this is at jordan landing.

I was hesitant to return to the gym with the outbreak but theyve appropriately spaced out equipment and enforce mask requirements when not at your station. Theyve also put several sanitation stations around the gym. Everyone has been wiping down weights, benches, and equipment. The facilities are great, no wait for dumbbells and the folks at the front desk are friendly.

This is a brand new facility that opened after Utah started opening back up in May and June. Spotless, brand new equipment. Covid-19 rules require masks when entering but allow for mask removal while actively working out. Makes exercise breathing much easier! Black card rooms for tanning, massage and other personal care!

Evening guy in the front end just on his phone... Nothing new just the typical gym. Also they dont enforce the wearing of your mask while walking around, zero Fs given. Nobody walking around cleaning filling up the empty spray bottles.

I would give more but they changed hours and I can only go at night. Will probably go elsewhere now only due to that.

Everything has been TOP NOTCH... until this evening that is.... the male employee this evening was patronizing and didnt like the fact I was signing in for my hubby... he was a bit slimy as he hit on me, saying that he was surprised I was married to man I am (I was there with my hubby), he refused to deal with my hubby, canceled his hydro massage bed and didnt want to assign him a massage chair.... he DOWN RIGHT lied to me when I confronted him...Everyone else that works here that I have dealt with are COMPLETE SWEETHEARTS

This gym is awesome, super amazing and friendly staff, and great equipment for all of the muscles. Its also super clean just a really nice environment. I love going everyday.

Good, clean facility. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are very good at keeping everything organized and sanitized.

This gym is okay.Pros: It’s a gym with equipment. It’s new. I like the way the equipment and rooms are organized and set up.Cons: It is located in a very popular area yet they aren’t 24/7 like Taylorsville. For a new gym in a busy city, that’s poor business planning.Also, a huge safety concern, their equipment is very wobbly and not secured to the ground. Perfect for someone to injure their muscles due to lifting and the entire machine wobbles. Also, the backings of many machines wobble left and right. Y’all should take care of this before someone gets hurt.

Love the environment it clean not to busy and overall I just love the service, wish they’d open 24 hrs on the weekend.

This new location is really nice. Brand new equipment is so nice to work out with. I recommend this location because of that. It is a Planet Fitness, not a body building gym. You can take a tour before signing up if youre hesitant. The black card is worth it bc of tanning and massage chairs

Clean facility, friendly staff!

Ive been a member for about 4 years. I was going to South Jordan but moved early this year to West Jordan. The WJ facility is fairly new. Upgraded massage chairs and all the black card amenities are available here. It doesnt seem to be overly crowded but it is Covid and I work odd hours. I have not experianced any overtly negative situations. Average arraignment of free weights and machines. With social distancing, every 2-3 cardio machines are closed, which, I appreciate. The only real complaint is they are not open 24/7. Hours are 24/5. They close at 9pm on Friday and run 7am to 7pm Sat-Sun.

I wanted to use the massage chairs for the last 30 minutes and my account didnt pull up.

No Bags!?!? I’ve been body building for years and been to multiple PF locations. As a lifter I carry wrist straps, back straps, belt, foam pad, etc. Manager didn’t care. Use another location or a better gym.
