About 7 years ago we replaced our main floor carpet with Walnut floors from KT hardwood. Still today, the floor looks absolutely beautiful. We have not had any issues at all and absolutely love our real wood floors. We have some LVP flooring in our business office, which actually looks really nice, but you cant beat the warmth, depth, and feel of real wood floors. We were so pleased with the communication, professionalism, and service from Josh at KT that we are going to have them do more work as we are about to remodel other areas of our home. I had KT Hardwood send someone out to take a look at an issue with a client from my works floor. They went out about a month ago and still have not given me any pricing estimate or a resolution on how to fix their flooring. I have called several times and all they do is refer me to the technician who went to the home. They just say that he will reach out to me. When he finally called me, he still had no more information. I dont see how they cant give me any pricing info or tell me what is going on. It shouldnt take a month+ to get back to a client...

Dont waste your time on this company. The owner is a nice guy but was out with an injury so he sent his son to give us a bid. The son had a really negative energy. He was incredibly negative about the job and lectured us about being out of our home for 3 weeks while they completed the work. He also pointed out several times that they work with heavy equipment and our children were not welcome to be around while they were running their machines. Mind you, we have older children who were no where to be seen. We received multiple bids from other hardwood flooring companies who never mentioned any problems with us being in and out of the house and their work time was closer to two weeks or less. Earlier in 2020, just as the pandemic was starting, we were out on a family walk, as all of us were stuck at home, and an employee of this company hawked up a loogie and spit it right in front of all of us. Not only was it disgusting but also incredibly concerning considering we were just starting a highly contagious pandemic. I had heard good things about them and decided despite that negative first experience I would see about a bid. My initial experience was correct, this is a company to be avoided. After wasting an hour of our time, lecturing us in our home, KT Hardwood never even bothered to submit a bid to us. I took the time to write this review as I found their lack of follow up incredibly unprofessional and frankly, rude. If you need a good hardwood referral call the wood distributors locally, Intermountain Hardwood or National Wood Products, they have several great companies they can refer.

We are very pleased with the work performed by KT Hardwood. We had one level in our home where they refinished the existing wood floor and a level where they installed new wood floor. They were professional, timely and incredibly accommodating. I have to mention Kathy and Trish, I truly enjoyed working with them. Both were supportive and positive. And the finished product? I love it.

We have loved our experience with KT Hardwoods from beginning to end. They are very professional, they listen to their customers, and they work hard to meet and exceed expectations. We went from a red oak flooring to an almost white oak look. They work very hard in working on the stain and made sure we liked the results. Definitely high quality work, we love our floors and get questions about them all the time.

They did a great job on my hickory floor. It goes great with my new cabinets.Just make sure when you get your floor that you ask lots of questions so you know what your getting and the process.

We were very pleased with the work KT Hardwoods did in our home. We wanted to match and continue the flooring in the dining room into the kitchen and they wove in the wood beautifully. They pay attention to every detail of the flooring and even ripped up a days worth of work and replaced it with a slightly different wood in order to achieve a perfect match (on their own accord - my wife and I thought it was fine). My builder recommended KT when I was remodeling my house. I went to their showroom to check it out, and they were extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. They showed me many options and samples based on what I thought I would like. They were very prompt providing me a bid, and very reasonably priced. They installed my hickory floor perfectly and tried out 6 different stains on my floor for me to choose from. They were very helpful. We renovated our home and K.T. Hardwoods did our floors. The owners and the installers where great. They took the time to explain the different types of hardwood floors. The install crew put down several different kinds of stain so we could get the correct color for our floors. The finished product was awesome! Everyone that comes into our home always comments on the floors and we tell them K.T. Hardwoods did the floors. I would use them again and would recommend them to all my neighbors and friends.

We used KT for our new hardwood floors as part of a remodel in December 2015. Wow! They were absolutely amazing. Josh and his team were great to work with. The entire process went smoothly from the selection process all the way to the final coat. They tried different stain types until we found the perfect one! They were very professional and extremely helpful in answering any questions. They did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. I would also recommend that you spend the extra money on the vacuum system if sanding is going to be part of the process. It was well worth it.

Threes guys are great. This is the third time weve had them chine in. We did our bedroom this time and they matched the hallway perfectly. Their installers showed up when they said they would and were fun to talk to. They even fixed a shall squeak on the stairs while they were here.Great company.

I had existing hard wood floor in the foyer of my home. I wanted to extended the hardwood into the family room and into a den/office from the foyer. I knew K.T. Hardwoods, Inc. would be the very best at making this all look seamless. They were on time, courteous and finished the job in a timely manner. Upon inspection of the finished floors, Shane, who was and is excellent to work with noticed the transition into the den/office was not up to KT standard. He brought it to my attention and indeed it did not look as I anticipated. Without any hesitation, Shane offered to make it right. He determined that to bring it up to KT standard, the entire foyer would need to be replaced. It was offered at no additional cost. That is what I consider above and beyond any standard. You just dont get that kind of customer service anywhere. I could not be more please with the amazing job K.T. Hardwoods, Inc. did for me. The floors are beautiful and the craftsmanship is outstanding. Thank you!!!

Our entire experience was very positive! They started when they said they would and actually finished a little early. Scott and Hank worked on our floors and did a beautiful job!! Scott was the lead and he customized our finish color to meet just what I wanted and I absolutely love our floor. KT hardwoods refinished our old “golden oak” flooring. Our oak was almost 20 years old and looking grey and worn out in high traffic areas. KT sanded down the whole thing, helped us pick a great, darker color, and finished the whole thing in just a few days. They look beautiful. We are so glad we chose KT hardwood.

The workers were on time and worked consistently throughout the day to accomplish our project. They provided good information about the status of our project as well as what we needed to know about the drying time.

I was originally very pleased with the hardwood floors installed in my new sport court. KT Hardwoods was great to work with. But, my problems have come after the original installation. There are many gaps in between the wood floorboards and the lines painted in the sport court have, as a result of the gaps, cracked and dont look like they ought to. They came out to address these issues and filled one gap with a putty that is a different color and just doesnt look good, and they dont want to fix the lines which ought to be re-painted or touched up. Good guys but Im not happy with all of the gaps in between the floorboards and their unwillingness to touch up the lines that should not be chipping away.

Josh came out on 1/17/2017 and measured for refinish and new flooring. He was very nice and gave me great info. He boasted about the companys reputation on start dates and time frame. He told me I would have my bid on 1/20. I have emailed, texted, called his phone, and called the company and he will not respond. On 1/23 Colby told me to call his phone. Joshs voicemail was full and I was unable to leave a message. A full voicemail is a sign of bad customer service. When I called the office, the lady that answered the phone apologized but told me there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to Joshs sales manager. She told me that would not help because it was his mom and dad. She said he was at a funeral but she would give him my message on Wednesday (1/24). Dont waste your time having them come out. Its so discouraging when sub contractors treat customers this way.....and it sounds like the owners (mom & dad) know its happening :(

Ive worked with K.T. Hardwoods on several occasions over the last few years. Their on-site staff and installers are friendly and knowledgeable. If youre in the market for hardwood flooring I highly recommend them.

It has been a few years since they installed white oak hardwood floors in our house...and I still get annoyed every time I see the flaws and oversights on their sub par work. To add insult to bad installation, if you want a darker stain color they conveniently excluded the extra $2k charge for that, and just bill it at the end. I wanted to talk to the owner about my concerns (install quality and unexpected price hike) and he showed up acting very defensive and making many excuses, but promised to come back and fix the flaws if I paid the the total invoice (which keep in mind was $2k higher than the quote). I paid, and never heard from him again. Still looking at the flaws, and it still bugs me every time. Maybe I had a bad install crew, but I cant deny the deceit and disappearance of the owner. Will post pics shortly.
