I had a parakeet that broke its leg over a holiday weekend. We tried everyplace e we could and no one would touch her. Dr Ross Anderson agreed to see her and took his lunch break to fit us in. He was so kind and gentle. The bird is completely healed now and thriving! I can’t say enough good things about them!
I’ve been taking my senior cat to Animal Crackers since I adopted her 4 1/2 years ago and we’ve always had a really pleasant experience. The doctors are so kind and answer any questions you have, and they work with the animals very well. :)
This was my first vet visit owning my own pet. Dr. Jensen was super friendly and sensitive to my dogs needs. Even though my dog was nervous, she left happy and I felt confident she will be well cared for in the years to come at Animal Crackers.
We have been patrons of Animal Crackers for26 years. We have loved the service and the pricing. We have always felt we were being charged fairly equal to the service receivedand not being over charged. We understand there have been changes with a remodel and new doctors etc. Our last visit for our 2 cats to receive their yearly shots was close to $250. We feel strongly the short time it took for both cats, was over priced. Services such as routine shots and well pet assessments should be the LEAST expensive services. They are necessary and PREVENTATIVE for the health of ALL pets.Unfortunately, after all these years we are looking for a new clinic.
My daughter has a chinchilla so we seen a doctorthat specializes with these exotic pets. The doctor was very Knowledgeable about our pet, very professional, very nice and I would recommend Animal Crackers to anybody for dogs, cats or an exotic pets that you may have.
Dr Anderson and his technician were really amazing with our cat Lucy. He took the time and kindness with her. He listened to the issues we have had going on for months and he helped us understand what could be some underlying issues with her. We didn’t spend anytime waiting for our appointment and we were out of there in 20 minutes. I don’t think that has ever happened anywhere else. I highly recommend them and we will be coming back for all of our animal’s needs.
The staff were as concerned as I was about my dog after another dog attacked him and my wife. They really took care of him and took extra time with me to make sure I knew how to give the meds and care. They were just wonderful through the entire process.
Sadly, I had to put my sweet dog down yesterday. Dr. Jensen and the staff at Animal Crackers were so kind. . They took good care of my dog and even me. I was impressed with the changes they have made at the clinic. The doctors are good, the staff is friendly and the clinic is clean. They also worked me in to the schedule on short notice. I would recommend this clinic.
I love this place so much! They are incredible with people and animals! I’ve been a couple times and they always answer my questions professionally and treat every pet with quality care without making treatment more difficult than it needs to be!! Incredible service and staff! Favorite clinic I’ve been to so far.
I had a very sick dog and going down hill quickly. Animal Crackers got us in on a canceled appointment and took incredible care of our Oreo. I truly believe the saved his life. He was diagnosed promptly and proper treatment was administered. Thank you Dr. Handy and the staff!
The staff was super nice. The vet made it feel very easy going and just was great with our new puppy. They gave him a shot and he didnt even flinch they did such a good job with him. Im definitely glad i took him to these guys. We wanted to get him set up and his care on record and i feel like we made a good choice with this veterinarian office. 10/10
The staff had no idea what was going on or could answer any of my questions. Absolutely poor quality and clueless staff. Definitely will be finding a new vet.
We’ve been going to Animal Crackers for about 2 years now. They have taken really good care of Olly for us and haven’t had any issue with them. They are friendly, they are always kind when speaking to you, and they love dogs! Their doctors are also very awesome and have continued to give us great advice and how to better take care of our dog. We’ll continue coming here for years, even if we live far away!
Dr Frandsen was absolutely amazing and listened to our wishes for our senior dog.
This was our first time visiting this Vet. Our baby girl (kitty) had been throwing up for 2 days and we were getting worried. Our Vet was completely booked, so I called Animal Crackers. They were professional, kind, and they took care of our baby. She was feeling better shortly after we got home. I appreciate the positive experience that they provided us.
I had to put my Bukky Katt down. The moment I and my BF walked in the ENTIRE staff knew. They just wanted to help Bukky and myself. They are so very kind and so sweet. I am so thankful for all their help and they cared about Bukky Katt the way I did. The Vet Tech Maddie was so amazing and Bukky loved her even for a brief time. But the entire Staff felt my pain and heartache. They loved Bukky as much as me. This is a great place for all pets and HoomansI am forever thankful to Animal Crackers. The staff sent a Sympathy card for Bukky and it was hand signed. They helped me get a great Memorial Paw Print for Bukky Katt. This is the best place for anyones pat/baby. They just want to help and do the best they can for any and all pets. This Vet Office is just wicked awesome. I am so glad, relieved, and thankful for how they helped me with Bukky Katt. He was Happy and calm and they respected him as my Baby.Thank You Animal Crackers
Love the staff at Animal Crackers and appreciate their dedication to providing high quality care for my dogs. Took one of my dogs yesterday for a check up and shots and I did end up waiting longer then expected (they were so crazy busy!), but the quality care and amazing people that work there made it worth it. Dr Anderson is amazing and has a genuine love for all animals. The vet techs are the sweetest (even when my overly excited dogzilla almost knocks them over) and Ashlee and the other gal at the front desk are so positive, pleasant, professional and kind. I highly recommend Animal Crackers!
Our pets have been long time patients at Animal Crackers. Our most recent visit was the kind no animal lover wants to make. Our 10 year old dog had lived a good life but this was the end of his journey. Dr Jensen and staff could not have been more compassionate. Thank you for everything today. You made a very difficult day a little less painful.
It was my first time taking my cat for a checkup and vaccines. Both the vet and vet tech were so helpful when my cat got vaccination and claws trimmed. Super patient, which is great. I plan on being a return customer
I waited forever to get in and then they charged 5 times more than other areas. I took my dog in for a routine blood test and was charge 5 times the amount it is at other places. I should have done my research before I went over there but saw the good reviews. I won’t be going over there anymore.
The staff and all the doctors are so sweet and helpful. I have a super nervous Shar Pei and it always makes me nervous taking him but I know he is such great care when hes here and Im always given that reassurance. ♡ thank you for always treating my baby like your own! You guys are amazing ♡
I was pleasantly surprised with this place. It was our first visit and I had a bad experience with my previous vet clinic . The staff was friendly and the vet and her assistant were great and answered my questions with knowledge and empathy. Definitely recommend this place.
Our puppy needed to be seen right away. They worked us in and helped us treat her symptoms and worked up a long term strategy. They did a great job. Thank you so much!!
Ive been going to animal crackers for years. My kitties are a patient of Dr Andersons from long time ago when you practiced in Sandy. I followed him and I do see him from time to time so it has been a while. Animal crackers is a good place to go. Even if you dont have an appointment but you have an emergency they still have another system set up you might have to wait a little bit but thats okay. With covid they are still practicing safe distance unfortunately you cannot go inside with your animals. They do keep you informed if things happen along the way. I really like this place nice staff nice doctors and theyre very kind.
We have taken our two dogs to Animal Crackers since we brought our first one home in 2007. The practice has changed a lot in 14 years. As our dogs became seniors, they have had various health issues pop up. The clinic’s urgent care has been extremely helpful. In October, our oldest dog was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Zoe Braun has been so kind, compassionate and helpful as we’ve navigated this difficult time. She and her vet tech calmly guided us through the process, refilled medications quickly every month, and helped us through our final goodbye. We are so grateful to her and her staff.
Sadly I’m leaving a not good review for this place as prices here have skyrocketed over the years for basically nothing. We’ve been going to Animal Crackers who used to be on the cheaper side for more than 10 years now.Yesterday I took my dogs for checkups and shots. Their ‘check up’ they did took three minutes. They looked at their teeth and listened to their heart. That ‘check up’ cost $55 per dog for 3 minutes. Then their rabies and bordetalla were another $50 per dog. Whole thing took 15 minutes $210. What a racket. Then one of our dogs is getting older so I did some lab work, took blood and urine sample… $300.Not cool Animal Crackers. Lost my business.
Treated my very nervous pup with so much patience. The appointment went smoothly. Offered other options for my dogs treatment and up front with prices. Thank you very much!
I have always loved animal crackers been going here for 10 years and have never had an upset visit the doctors are amazing here and what they do
Ive been going here for some time now for both my little dogs. They are very helpful and patient. Prescriptions are filled quickly and were always treated like family.
As a pup parent I have been very cautious where I take my little guy. I have been very pleased with Animal Crackers. They take great care of my shorkie and makes sure hes as comfortable as he can be. They are patient and caring for every patient in there and I really appreciate the care theyve given to us. I feel safe bringing Lennon in for his routine check ups and feel at ease knowing they are there if an emergency come up. Id recommend them to attend and care for your pup.
Ive never had a problem with Animal Crackers. It has been concerning with having a new vet each time I visit but the quality of care hasnt dropped at all.
Animal Crackers has changed owner, they want to up-sale services and the price had doubled in just over a year, it has lost the simple we care about you and your pets feel and is all about the money now, The Vet and technicians were nice and knowledgeable and good with our dogs but prices are ridiculous now. We have 3 dogs and only one of us was able to go in with them, it’s very hard for one person to handle 3 dogs, very disappointed, I will not go back.
I had an appointment at 2 PM. I followed what they said to do to check in then proceeded to wait in the car for an hour and 15 minutes in 105° weather with a double coded dog and a 1 1/2 year-old. There were three people that showed up after me go in with their pets and backed out. Four people with medication go in and back out. The disrespect that they have for people and their time is unbelievable. This is not the first time that I’ve had to wait over an hour after my scheduled time. I’ve given them to many chances. I would NOT recommend anyone to go there or if you already do to change vets.
I needed prompt care for my dog. They were very nice. And the wait time went surprisingly fast. They were very organized and made me feel comfortable about taking my dog .The results for my dog were unfortunatelyHeartbreaking. The Vet took her time with me and explained everything so I could understand what was going on. She was very comforting about the sad news. I felt like things went smoothly.
My dog was already seen at emergency care for $165.00 because of a tumor that needed to be removed. I scheduled this appointment for removal at Animal Crackers and it took 20 minutes after my appointment time to be seen just for a vet to come in and spend 1 minute with my dog to “approve her for surgery” I was then charged $51.00 for that one minute to be approved for surgery and charged again $75.00 just to schedule the removal of the tumor which was quoted $1000-$1400. They also can’t get my dog in for her surgery for another 2 months. I feel robbed. This tumor is by her uterus and she is getting spayed at the same time. They also had problems charging my Care Credit which I’ve been told there’s nothing wrong with my account. Would not recommend.
Awesome staffing and Dr.s. They always treat my dog like it was there own. Great advise and recommendations.
Almost always have to wait 30 minutes or more. Better than used to be. Techs and vets always kind and helpful. Receptionists happier than used to be. Always felt I was an inconvenience before.
I was happy how sweet they were and willing to be honest with me about my puppy. They told me they loved how healthy and happy he was and wanted to help me as much as possible with the questions I asked. Thankyou! I went to them because my brother takes all his pets here. Good place will come again soon!
Our fur babies have always gone to Animal Crackers. Dr. Anderson has taken the best of care of our 5 puppies over the last 15 years. He is the Best of the Best!
Very impressed with the service at Animal Crackers. Each person I spoke/dealt with was very friendly and responsive. The vet himself was very clear about the health of my dog and what we could do about the issue we took her in to see about. This is the 3rd vet we have taken our sweet dog to in the 8 years since we adopted her and they were by far the best of them all. I just wish we had been taking our pets to them all along!
My daughter brought her bearded dragon in for an eye issue. she had to pay 90.00 for ointment take the dragon back in for follow then to find out the ointment was useless b/c the vet didnt look in the mouth the first time to find a tumor and now the dragon is dying. was told she would have a discount on the follow up appt and that didnt happen. do your job right the first time and she wouldnt have to pay 90 for ointment on a dying dragon.
Animal Crackers was very accommodating with getting in to see my dog at the last minute even though they were completely booked for the day. They were very friendly and professional, and I felt they treated my dog with the upmost love and care. Thank you!!!
I didnt like how they treated my cat scar last time. They sure dont know his breed well enough. His breed can weigh to 22 pounds he isnt over weight and he is way too young to have plague in his teeth they were just trying to get money out of me and he Is most picky cat he will not use stuff for dental. I have certain dental treats I have switched different food for him that is good for bengal cats. So hes good on that. I do love animal crackers but I sure in hell did not like my last visit with my cat scar. He is only a year old. They were just trying get money out of me. It was all about money this time. It was very disappointing and I hear again about his teeth again I will take him elsewhere. He has most whitest teeth ever.
My puppy was seen at Animal Crackers Veterinary Hospital presenting with vomiting, listless behavior, just not feeling good. Dr. Heller and his staff worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose her and tried every thing reasonable to avoid surgery. When it was determined that surgery was necessary, he cleared his schedule to do the emergency procedure. He personally followed up on her recovery - even on his day off and into the weekend to ensure a good outcome. The techs were great and friendly and kept me updated on costs and her status throughout the procedure. Highly recommend Animal Crackers.
Went in with my German shepherd because he had grown a mass on the side of his face and the vet told me they didnt know what it was and not to worry about it. Couldnt tell me anything about it but wanted to run a ton of labs and x-rays to figure it out, went to Holladay vet clinic and the vet knew right away that it was a tooth infection without needing labs and x-rays so we got an idk and charged us $300. Also the they told us at the new place they hadnt even written notes about the mass on the side of face so They charged us for a visit that wasnt even charted. This isnt the only instance of them doing this. My other dog swallowed a bone and we thought it was stuck and instead of doing an x-ray they wanted to run labs. Find yourself a better vet.
Cannot express how much I love Animal Crackers! Through the years we have brought our cats here (6 of them over 20 years) and have always had the most professional experience. Especially happy with the Prompt Care service, as I had to bring one of the cats in yesterday. It wasnt a true emergency, but he needed to be seen sooner than later. So much cheaper than going to one of the ERs! Have really enjoyed working with all the staff, especially Dr. Palfreyman and Dr. Braun.
I have 4 fur babies, and ended up needing to take them all in at the same time. The staff were so nice and accommodating, especially with my high anxiety GSD. They told me their recommendations, and respected my choice of what I wanted to have done. Love Dr. Braun and would go back for her every time!!
Emergency visit for one of my Matis-Shitzus. Doctors worked me in and took good care of my pet.
Brought in our rabbit in the morning. Got in quickly, and Dr Anderson answered all my questions. Reasonable prices (less than others I called). Would recommend!
Great vet clinic, friendly staff, and the manager is is one of the best Ive seen in any vet clinic Ive been to. Thank you for all you do
I love Animal Crackers! I have been taking my dog here since moving to Utah and will not go anywhere else. They are so kind and gentle with my super anxious pup and always validate my concerns (even when my dog miraculously gets better the moment we arrive). I always appreciate their pricing transparency and trust their treatment recommendations. Their new urgent care visits have been really helpful. I cannot recommend them enough - I have told family members about their superb care and now they bring their dog here, too! Thank you for such amazing care, Animal Crackers! We really appreciate all you do to take such good care of our pup!
We are getting tired of drop your animal off with a tech and wait in the parking lot. Ill be happy, when we can see the doctor, face to face. We just had our dog in. They found that he had diabetes. and all the ways to help him along. Then they started to mention this test or this test. We love our pet. But money wise, we cant pay the prices of these test. We dont have insurance. It is too expensive for covering 4 dogs. They are very good in what they do, I have been going there over 30 years.
I brought my dog in for an ear infection she had they gave us medication and everything seemed to be fine but 10 days after the medication she was worse and I tried calling to see if they could see her again and they didnt awnser even though I called at 8:30am.this has been one of the worse experiences ever i will not be going here ever again.
We normally have great experiences when we have to visit the vet. However this visit was a little different. The customer service and almost everything else about the visit was wonderful, the staff is always kind and attentive to our needs and questions about the care of our fur baby. This visit started out normal with the prescreening questionaire to get basically a background of our pets health, then a few questions of what brings us in today, whats the cheif complaints. Now for the sake of this new vet I wont disclose any names. So real simple from this point forward the vet that saw us and our pet to which we have our concerns is that it was like the vet themselves had what seemed to be almost no knowledge of what was bringing us in today, meaning that we (my wife mostly) had to keep reminding the vet of everything that brought us in aside from just the vaccinations that were due. Had the vet not been reminded they would have looked right past the skin irritation on his chest, the paw that he has been chewing on for almost a week at this point and the slight ear infection that he has. Now in my opinion these are detrimental things that need to be treated and had my wife not reminded the vet of these other issues would he have been treated or just overlooked in turn causing us to bring him back in at a later date along with new charges ie: office visit, blood work, cultures you name it. These things are not cheap by any means so this is why we have the complaints that we do, other than that their services are great.
Amazing, Front staff thank you for being so professional, Ashlee quickly got me in during a emergency, And other cute girl was so kind and caring, ( not sure her name, she had tattoos short hair) you guys made the process so incredibly easy, the doctors experience really saved my pup, would recommend 💯
Every time I have been into Animal Crackers I am greeted with smiling faces and happy people who truly care about my pet! The ladies were all very through in their explanations and going over options to help get our girl feeling better! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful vet! They have a great, safe system worked out for these crazy covid times and I couldn’t be more thankful for their help!
My entire check up took 27 minutes from start to finish including booster shots for my Princess Cirilla. The tech and the vet were both incredibly friendly and navigated the COVID standards flawlessly. The easiest doctors visit for any human or animal I’ve ever experienced. They made the check up SO easy.
Horrible customer service! They expect you to wait in your car with your sick animal for 3-4 hours for an urgent care visit! Wont update you on waiting time and then if you ask to leave to take your sick dog home until closer to your wait time then they tell you Its your choice but you will lose your spot! Are you kidding me?? This makes me believe that they are only after your money and nothing else! My family and I have brought our animals here for many years and we will be seeking a new Vet!!!
I just love how everyone there is so friendly but professional. Also, the way they worked with my schedule to tend to my fur baby’s needs.
A long wait in exam room; I was in there with my animal for nearly 45-minutes. Charges seemed excessive, especially for a needle ($35) for extracting fluid from the dogs leg. Not sure I want to go back again.
I love the way that they take care of my fur babies
I had several questions about my kitten including:Outdoor vaccinations for a leashed catNeutering earlier than usualMicrochipping, etcThey answered everything and were kind and gentle with us both.
Super friendly place, doctor was very knowledgeable about birds, which is hard to find. Very happy and will be bringing all my pets here from now on!
They have a great staff do a great job! They’re busy but I wouldn’t want to wait to see any other clinic. They were really kind and good to my dog which is super important to me. The assistant was genuinely nice and took time out of her busy day to talk to me and the vet explained everything super well! Thank you for helping my pup feel better! You guys are amazing
After calling all over to get some same day emergency car for my little guy who was in terrible pain from a back issue, I ended up at Amimal Crackers for their same day urgent care . You have to wait until they can fit you in on a first come first serve basis, and even though the wait sitting in the car was long, they stayed in touch and offered snacks and drinks while I waited. Once they were able to fit him in the dr. got right to him and updated me on his condition . Exam, blood work, and x-rays took only 30 minutes . We were on our way with meds in hand 45 minutes after they took him in . I was very frustrated with the lack of emergency services at local vets in the valley and very grateful for Animal Crackers and all their help .
They kept with the appointment perfectly and had an easy check-in procedure. But, the vet that helped me seemed like she was concerned about running a business rather than being helpful in anyway. I wanted to know why my cat had scabs around his body and was worried that it could lead to other serious complications. I told her exactly where she could find them under his dense fur and it seemed like she gave it about a good 15 seconds before she gave up and told me she couldn’t find any, and then proceeded to rush me off the call and bill me $50 to tell me nothing was wrong. Do not come here if you want hastened, unhelpful advice.
Animal Crackers has wonderful staff and doctors. They have been very kind to our dog and provided great recommendations for her health.
Love this vet.great people who helped by roo.she is missing one front leg and the other front leg is deformed.she jumped off our bed and hurt herself last night I sent them an email and they responded right away.gir her in when i showed up.even though we cant go in the building they kept me inforednand I knew she was safe ...and they did not charge me an arm and leg.will take my fur babies no place else....THANKS AGIAN FOR MAKING HER BETTER AND REASSURING ME SHE WAS FINE.....
Could not go in with my dog for the exam. With here for an emergency visit, and could not be with my pet. This is inexcusable! Every other business in the state is opening up except this one. If it wasnt any emergency situation, I would gone somewhere else. I feel that it is cruel to a path to is in pain to not have their person with them when they are being examined.
We have gone to Animal Crackers for all of our veterinary needs for many years now. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. They care about both the clients and their pets, for which we are grateful. Our family highly recommends their services.
I was recommended to Animal Crackers, and now I just want to recommend everyone else to Animal Crackers. They genuinely cared for my dogs, Toast & Jam, at the same time I appreciate that they weren’t pushy with unnecessary procedures. They’re transparent, honest, capable and caring. What else can you ask for!
After an urgent care visit and follow up appointment, Im very satisfied with the quality of care. Dr. Braun and Caitlyn were friendly and professional with my cat. Thank you!
I made an appointment, waited on hold for five minutes to get checked in, was told I was late (the 5 minutes on hold). Was told they were running 15-20 minutes behind, after 40 minutes I called back in to see if I needed to reschedule, they came right out to get my dog. Paid $150 for them to do bloodwork so they would refill my dog’s prescription, they said they would call me by 5:30 with the results of the bloodwork and they never did.Usually pretty good but not this time..
Been going to Dr. Palfreyman for 10+ years! Love this place! Everyone is always so sweet and kind to my pets, and they are especially helpful with getting my rescue pups healthy and adjusted after we adopt them. This place is truly a caring environment and I highly recommend it.
Both our pets have gone to animal crackers for years even though its expensive, i know they are well taken care of
What an absolute joke. Arrived and was told an hour wait, after an hour turned into 3 and half hours, our dog finally got in. Every person we spoke to was incredibly rude, even the Vet. $178 for an ear infection and had to pry an explanation out of the front office person on what we were being charged for, not to mention they said they cleaned the dogs ear best they could. I asked how much that cost and was told $22, when it was really $27. All the BS covid restrictions this place has set made it for even a worse experience, its just an excuse for staff to do less work and not have you sitting in the office. Worst service at a vet office and this place is not what it used to be. Will never be coming back and will tell everyone to avoid this place. Anybody reading this, do yourself a favor and go to Saratoga Springs Animal Hospital, they blow this place out of the water, are much more involved and informative, and cost significantly less, and with no covid restrictions. Wish I could give no stars. Tells you how bad this place is when I suggest another vet clinic. You are forever dead to me Animal Crackers.
We were charged an arm and a leg for the service. Then I find out the medication I could get a lot cheaper off the counter @ a store. WOW!
Waiting in parking lot not ideal when no response after “checking in” for 15 minutes. Don’t know if they know they received your text or not.
This place is overall the best vet hospital in the Valley. We have been to Dr Handy & Dr Anderson as well and they are both wonderful. Worth every penny! All the techs in office are patient and loving to all the animals. Wont go anywhere else with our precious baby pug!
I love love this place!!! Everyone is so nice and friendly. They really do care about your pet and give the best service available. They are also affordable. They are very understanding of every situation, for example my hubby and I had to take our fur baby in and we were nervous we couldnt afford it. Animal Crackers work with us and was able to lower the cost for us to were we felt comfortable. They are absolutely amazing and is by far the best vet in west Jordan. Thank you for everything you do and for working so hard.
It was my first time there and my Bella wasn’t having it. I walked her to the door then went back to my car. A couple minutes later the tech came out and asked me to come in because Bella was scared and had pee’d and backed herself into the corner. I was happy that they let me go in to comfort her. She was fine once I was with her and the techs got to do what they needed to do. Great experience for us both. Thank you.
Animal Crackers is wonderful. Theyve cared for our 15-year-old diabetic cat Grant and actually got him into remission. They treat us like family, such a professional and kind staff, every interaction ever time. Thank you so much, Tom
All but once, we have had absolutely excellent service and care...from professionals who obviously love their “job”, patients; and who listen!!!!!
Staff was very friendly and easy to contact! Made sure I knew the cost of my cat’s vaccinations and checkup before they started and stuck to that price. Fairly prompt, got in within a few minutes of appointment start time and the appointment didn’t take long once my cat was in. Staff also wore masks properly the whole time which we appreciated!
I’ve been taking my dogs to Animal Crackers for about 6 years and I haven’t had any issues yet. They have excellent vets, price is very reasonable and their customer service has heen getting better throughout the years.
They got us in quickly after my dog ate something he should not have. They took great care of him.
The staff is always courteous. The vets are always concerned and give options to ensure the best possible care. Also, everyone is very Covid safe.Dr. Anderson is always very caring and provides the best service possible.
This place has come a long way from old ownership. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the new doc I saw today, Dr. Buchman, was very nice and caring. Would come here again. Prices seem comparable to other vets. Paid 48 bucks for cat to be examined, urinalysis was $64 to see if she had UTI. Antibiotics were $29 Also, the office cat George is a sweetheart.
I have been with Animal Crackers for a long time and 5 of my babies. They have been absolutely great. Great enough I still go to them from Davis County.
My dog needed to get surgery and honestly I was scared because shes my baby girl and I was worrying. They were very nice though, the lady even asked me if my dog needed extra pets. Then when they were all done, they called me after the surgery letting me know how it went and how she was doing, gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions, and told me to pick her up later that night. Shes been home for a few days and they called me checking on how Bella is doing. I really just appreciate how they treated us and how they checked up on us. Bella also went there a few weeks ago, because another dog bit her, and they were nice to take her in quickly and gave me quick results. Ive only been to one other place but I prefer Animal Crackers.
We took our sweet pup here after she started having seizures and they helped us so much. We saw Dr Braun and she was so thorough. She gave us a lot of peace of mind and made sure every question we had was answered. Not only were we impressed with her, we were impressed with the vet techs as well, and their vet manager, Crystal, is the best! These guys will treat your pet like their own!
Everyone at Animal Crackers is so kind to my dog! I can tell that they love what they do. The vets take the time to help her feel that she can trust them. And they are willing to answer my questions.
We had to put our beloved Boston Terrier to sleep yesterday. We were frantically looking for a new vet as ours didn’t meet expectations. Dr’s Braun and Jensen and the support staff couldn’t have been better. They squeezed us in and were so lovely and helpful They gave us all the time we needed with our sweet sweet girl Delaney. I would recommend this clinic / hospital to anyone. And obviously they are now the vets for our other animals. And I didn’t find their prices high, especially with the quality of care we received.
The front desk lady scheduled for 2:50 on memorial day, and i showed up and they were CLOSED. she scheduled me for two days later i was 14 minutes late to this appointment and even paid for a lyft. She said she couldn’t get me in. Wasted so much time never coming here again
The entire staff was very courtesy and friendly. The Vet knowledgeable and informative. No more VCA for me!
Office staff and Dr. were very nice and friendly, fair pricing and my puppy seemed well taken care of while in their care. The down side was the wait time, no parking and communication could have been better. It was my first time going to this vet and I will be back.
I am so glad I went to another vet to get a second opinion. My regular vet was booked and I was worried about my dog’s teeth and wanted to get them checked. I was pressured into getting a blood test done (over $200) and was told he’d have to have surgery to get at least three teeth removed. I was also told my dog had a thyroid problem. He was then prescribed thyroxine, within the few weeks he was on it he was different and not in a good way. I took him back paid another almost $200 for another blood test which then stated his thyroid was way too high. He was given a lower dose, and continued to have a bad reaction. Went to my regular vet who said he did not have a thyroid problem and did not need to get any teeth extracted. I am very angry that a vet would be so willing to put my dog under for an unnecessary surgery, as well as carelessly give medications when not needed. I will deter anyone from coming here. It was expensive, and an unnecessary risk for my dog. Shame on you!
Everyone there was amazing and so patient with my puppies.
The staff at Animal Crackers is amazing! They called me and updated me about my cats needs, test results, etc. I loved how kind they were towards my cat, and how they comforted me when I didn’t know what was going on. As an added bonus, they have fair, realistic pricing for their services. I’ll definitely be going back!
