I just came here for a session of laser hair removal on my full legs. The location is very accessible, with easy parking in the building! I went in and filled out some forms, and the girls brought me back quickly. I had Debbie as my nurse for my treatment, and she is amazing! She was very meticulous, and knew so much about laser hair removal. I knew I was in the best hands with her! The pricing is VERY good, and my results already are phenomenal. Thank you CRMC! :)

Definitely your go to place for facials....it was amazing. There is only one specialist for facials and thats all they need. Shes amazing at what she does. Shes passionate, friendly, professional, and top notch quality. Definitely try her out and you wont be disappointed. I did a custom facial today and I love the results already.

This place is fantastic. The dr is a super great guy, and anesthesiologist by training so clearly a top level doctor. The front staff are always polite and professional. There is a reason why they are thriving while so many businesses struggle- they are high quality people running a customer centric service.

I had my Botox done with them a couple years back and it worked so well. I went back last month to do it again and it did not work so well, so I scheduled a second visit 14 days after my Botox be done to get some more in my forehead and the doctor did not give me any units in the area saying that I have a vein right where the Botox was suppose to be injected, however, this is not true because I had have Botox before there and in other places without this issue. I tried to call and talk to the manager, but the first day she answered me, however, after we talk for over 10 minutes over the phone without getting any answer to fix this, actually she told me that I could go back that, but I have to pay again because they don’t fix anything for free. So she told me that she needed one day to answered me back and she does not answered me the phone since then. This clinic has zero professionalism.

Zara is the bomb, been going to her for a long time and I still look the same age as I did when I started lol. The thing I love about her is that she doesn’t push overcorrection. She’s an artist with surgical precision and she won’t sell you anything you don’t need.She’s really good people. The real deal.

I have been seeing Zara for a number of years. I have recommended many people to her as well (which is good for the incentive program they offer). Every cosmetic treatment with her has been perfect. LA is a city where appearances matter and I guess as I get older, I have noticed hair in places I have never seen before. I would have never considered laser hair removal if it wasnt for my wife. She gets her botox here and made the appointment for me to come in. Orisa (I hope I didnt misspell her name) is very friendly and good laser tech in the treatments so I decided to get everything done the same day. The procedure hurt a little and my skin was red when I was done and I noticed much less hair a couple days later. Appointments not as easy to schedule so good idea to rebook after each treatment and office follows up after the first treatment too. If I could give the place 10 stars I would.

Love the wellness center, cryotherapy is great right after a work out!! They are easy to book with, and super friendly.

My friend had recommended this place but she stopped going once Dr. Cohen left. I read some of the Google & Yelp reviews and had mixed feelings about it. I decided to go in person & find out for myself. Wow good thing I did . I walked in and there was a customer asking the receptionist a question. I was blown away when the customer said bad customer service. I watched how the receptionist handled the customer. Not cool bad scene. I stayed long enough to know that this place was not for me

I first want to start by saying the ladies in this place are lovely. I love how its mostly ran by females and they are all so nice and helpful. I had a consultation with them on a few occasions and got some B-12 shots with them as well. They seem very honest and caring.

Each time I’ve come for a service I’ve had to wait anywhere between 10-40 minutes past my appointment time, front desk never communicates if a technician is running behind which gets frustrating. I understand people run behind but I’ve never had an appointment on time here.

I went there for laser hair removal. The stuff was nice and friendly, but they don’t do a removal for quick result, it is aimed to make you come back for 20 more procedures at least. I barely saw any change after 3 procedures.

I scheduled an appointment with Zara and frankly did not know what to expect in my consideration of botox to help fine lines that started to appear at the corners of my eyes due to smiling. Not ever smiling again just to stop those fine likes from appearing was not an option so I boldly entered CRMC. Zara did AMAZING consultation by explaining the ways botox works and the physiology behind it. And then honestly told me that I did not need that because there are really nothing to fix!! I was shocked. Other places always make it their priority to sell their services at any cost. But Zara was a professional and gave her honest opinion instead of making another immobile face when it did not need the shot!Her very genuine personality, professional approach and medical credentials made it easy for me to entrust my face to her.She went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.I saw other customers leave office happy and smiling making follow up appointments. This girl booked!!! I waited 3 weeks !!!!I highly recommend Zara to anyone interested in these type cosmetic services. Im always happy with the results and Zarai makes recommendations to enhance or uplift things that need a little TLC without making me look unnatural. Theres never an upsell and she lets you know what can realistically be helped and what she would leave alone. I always feel comfortable with her advice and satisfied with her care. We love this practice. We both get treatments here. The staff are nice and the treatments are great. The endymed intensif treatment is my favorite as I have seen such improvements with my acne scars. An added benefit is the easy and complimentary parking and pretty office.
