Henry and Zi were both excellent in helping me get my home insured.At a time where most companies in CA are even refusing to insure our home their rates were incredibly competitive. I’m very happy to have found them and I’m hoping to work with them for many more years to come. Excellent service & rates.

Just got off the phone with ZI/ZEKE by far the worse customer service I have ever experienced and had caused a lot of stress and tears . When I initially got State Farm insurance a month ago they quoted me on a different price of what I could afford . On the bill I just received it was an extra 240 addition to what I have to pay for car insurance . ZEKE mentioned who I ever I spoke to when I signed up made a mistake and didn’t input the correct data . Mind you this has nothing to do with me but I was wronged on their end ( insurance company ). ZEKE mentions if I don’t pay that amount that’s due it’ll go to collection . Why would I pay something I wasn’t informed on . It was another’s agent mistake, didn’t receive a voice mail or call or email regarding it . I am very upset and irritated especially during hard times during the pandemic . ZEKE over talked me, mocked me questioning if I had a job sarcastically, screaming on the phone, taking my stress as a joke over a mistake the insurance company has caused . I have never in my life received such poor customer service and then had the nerve to tell to try to keep me with the company after they made a mistake and I told him I can’t afford it due to loss of income and the pandemic . He didn’t care, he wanted to make a sell . I wouldn’t recommend this office to save my life . Very unprofessional and unfriendly . And to put the Cherry on top of the cake . Said speaking to the manager won’t help, he’ll say the same thing and it doesn’t matter if I take the company to court .Really left a bad taste ! I can not believe the service I just endured. And I’m guessing he got loud and unprofessional in the office because he said he was the only one there . NEVER AGAIN .

Zik could not have helped more with a whole range of questions I had. He even followed up to check that everything was OK. I felt very confident at all times of my coverage because of the time and care he put in to both explaining and processing the policies. Could not recommend highly enough.

Let me just say that doing research and calling around to find life insurance can be a daunting task. However, after talking with Wyatt I felt so much better about the overall process.
