The staff is very nice and helpful, usually there is no wait line, but theres changes because of COVID19.Because of COVID19 they have implemented safety precautions:*You cannot go inside, you wait outside until you are called.*They will ask you questions before you go inside. *When you get to counter you have to stand on the circle 6 ft apart.I recommend going early in the morning to avoid any waiting. Also, dont forget! cash or check only to process any DMV services.

Upon entering your WHollywd,Ca. location I needed a title change & updated regy. It almost went perfectly except we were supposed to show B of A as the title holder(lien) and my name as owner. Unfortunately I took for granted as I was told AAA is better than dealing with DMV and turned all docs sent to process to agent. Unfortunately it was not caught to show B of A as line holder and Geraldine V Foxworth as future owner. Agent /Francine was most helpful and advised me the simplicity on how we will get this fixed thru AAA for no more that $15.00, which DMV feels that u you should pay, as I am a long term customer, and further questions should have been reviewed with me since the documents were there indicating a bank was involved! I will wait to rcve all dox from DMV they said I should have by next week and return to you to do an addition to title to show lien holder and Tax ID for B OF A. Thank U

We came here to register a new owner for one of our vehicles. The process took least than 10 mitues. Way faster than DMV and the agents were knowledgeable. Had a great experience.

AAA membership is the best deal in town. The AAA card in your wallet is peace of mind when youre driving around the corner or cross-country. Roadside Assistance, towing & battery replacement services mean help is just a phone call away. If this sounds like an ad, its been my happy experience after 13 years of membership. I can also recommend AAA auto & renters insurance.

At first I gave AAA a bad review bc I had a horrible agent based out of the Santa Monica office that didn’t follow thru on a request and that meant when I got into an accident on feb 5 I was not covered. However I provided proof showing that I had requested coverage on my Rav4 but she deleted it from the email so they kept finding excuses not to cover me. The accident was not my fault but I was badly injured In the car when I was T-boned so I contacted the President of AAA Southern California with all the email threads and a note about how disgusted I had been with the service and treatment I had been receiving. Shortly after contacting John Boyle, the President, I got a call from a kind gentleman who asked me what had happened and once I told him the nightmare I had been thru he told me he was now put in charge of reviewing my case. He was beyond kind and understanding and although he was not in the claims department he was the head of the Underwriting team. Two days later I got a call saying that they reviewed my case and would be covering the accidentBoy was I relieved and a huge unnecessary stress had been lifted off my shoulders. I contacted my attorney to inform them of the outcome. Previously I had been with another law firm but I was disgusted with their service and contacted Jacoby & Meyers who did for me more in 2 days than Larry H Parker had done in a month. I highly recommend Jacoby & Meyers if u are ever in a accident and get hurt. They are the best. And a very special thanks to Sean Kane at AAA for doing the right thingI am staying with AAA and don’t know what happened to the agent that screwed up but I m now back with my original agent and m very pleasedThank you AAA for getting to the bottom of things and doing the right thing

The wait was minimal compared to the DMV. Went to get new plates after mine were stolen and they helped me so fast. As long as they cont. doing auto registration you wont catch me in some crazy DMV line. The nice cold A/C was an awesome bonus as well. Thanks AAA

Went to use DMV services and change ownership of used vehicle... Nice pleasant staff, they had all the forms, I had all my documents, did changes and was issued new registration on the spot all in one visit. Going to DMV without an appointment would be unimaginable! Thanks AAA.

Fast service, they limit the number of customers in-store during Covid. Very quick to renew my registration as an AAA-customer.

Even with a slight wait outside, I found staff to be courteous and efficient.

This place is the best. Avoid many of the DMV struggles and go here instead. Friendly staff too and after 5 ish visits ive never been in line more than 5 mins.

Anytime you can avoid having to go to the DMV is a good thing and AAA does many of the tasks for the DMV. In this instance, I had need of a notary which AAA has in each office. Been with them for many years and never had an issue with them. Cant do better than that. 👍

Cant get through to a local office. No one listens and customer service is rude.

The staff greeted and screened us at the door. They had us cue-up outside, observing social distancing. The wait time was around 15 minutes when I visited, to ask a DMV registration related question.

Great office to due business. Employees are friendly. Very knowledge, thank god this great corporation, exist, it is a big help. You can count on AAA. For various business, insurance, membership, travel agency approve accomodations, and the most famous one the painful DMV. .

This place is large and bright and clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and helped right away. Very friendly and I was in and out quickly. I will always go to this location from now !

Social distancing didn’t wait too long I had bottled water of five and a Pop-up for shade to care of my registration and move they took care of parking in the back

Very accommodating and fast

The employees are very nice and helpful. The AAA road-assistance program is very interesting for the price, even more, because that pay for itself, indeed each time you visit an AAA mechanics you earn a discount up to the price of the AAA membership. Theses mechanics even warranty the parts for 2 years or 24 000 miles to the AAA members.

It is really poor customer service that the West Hollywood Office does not have a live person answer their phones. Based on the high annual dues they should at least have the person at the front desk pick up the phone. Love their maps. Now there are many less expensive options for road service. They need to differentiate themselves by providing outstanding customer service, not by hiding by an automated answering system. While typing this I have already been on hold for 19 minutes with no one picking up a phone. Finally gave up.

I have been a member of AAA for over 15 years. The West Hollywood branch staff is very helpful, efficient and professional. Besides auto, home and rental insurance i value their car registration services. It allows me to skip dealing with the DMV. Parking is available around the corner.

I was very pleased with the many different services AAA has. I am currently walking with a cane because of health issues. The thought of having to wait in the DMV long lines was very concerning to me. My sister suggested I call AAA it was like shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond. AAA is now one my favorite shopping places.

Never had a problem there and staff is very helpful. Great to be able to get your tags or new plates on the spot. Can be very crowded at times but much better then a road trip to the DMV

Heaven in the form of a DMV..! There is parking. Staff is courteous. Reasonable waits. And learned I can do a ton of DMV stuff here. Worth being a member for DMV services alone - amazingly helpful branch. Parking is behind Tender Greens.

Easy parking and easy to get DMV stuff taken care of. I went in on a Saturday morning with my wife to transfer the title on a car I had just bought and get it registered in my name. She needed to pay her registration. We were out of there in half an hour. On a Saturday, no less. Yes, they only take checks or cash for DMV transactions, but think about it for a minute. If they took credit cards and you disputed the transaction, theyd be screwed out of the money they paid the DMV on your behalf...

I repeatedly got the impression that going here to ask some (but not all) of the insurance specialists that I was a bother to them. I had fairly straightforward questions about my insurance coverage and policy and some recent changes I made. The attitude I got was that they didnt care or that they didnt want to answer questions or go beyond a minimal answer. Their complete unfriendliness was off-putting.

If you can make a DMV appointment, youre better off there. Went in on a Thursday afternoon on DMVs recommendation to get new tags...busy as hell. People had been waiting over an hour. Came back on a Tuesday to only then HAPPEN to notice a small sign at a desk that Id been skipped past last time: No credit (OR DEBIT, which DMV does accept) cards for DMV transactions. Great. At least I hadnt waited an hour to realize that at the end. Great service 🙄
