Our refrigerator leaked water all over our hardwood floor at 8pm on a Saturday night. Andrew came over right away and stayed until almost 11pm taking care of everything! We were so impressed with how knowledgeable, professional and communicative Andrew is. He ordered the necessary and correct parts immediately and came back to fix everything in a timely manner. We will be contacting Shata Appliance for any future repairs. Highly recommended!!!

Andrei was very helpful in a stressful situation for me and my family. Our Freezer has stopped working. I was concerned all our groceries were going to spoil etc. I called so many company and one of the company asked me $ 1500 to fix the freezer and I bought the freezer for only $700. so twice the money to fix than the price I bought, they were telling me I need to replace this and that, and then I called Andrei and he answered immediately. I noticed our subzero started defrosting our food when I was got home tonight from work at 6 pm. I had a lot of food in it and could not wait until the morning for a repair person. Nightmare scene at 2:30am - the water pipe to my refrigerator broke. Water was pouring out from underneath my fridge - my entire kitchen floor was filling with water. So glad I was still awake and caught this before it became a serious flood. I was frantic and searched Google and Yelp for a 24-hour repair service and found Shata. Andrei answered my text. He wasnt able to come immediately but he walked me through a temporary solution. He came a few hours later and fixed the issue. Amazing! You cant find service like this anywhere.

I called Andrei when my mind was set on getting rid of my ancient Viking fridge. Right before that I had spent a fortune and months looking for the parts that turned out to be not needed. Andrei was able to adjust readily available parts for the fraction of the cost. The thing has been working ever since and the temperature controls are not a guess work anymore! I called Andrei with a few questions after the job was done and he has always been helpful and spared no time and patience to make sure that I understand what needs to be done. Andrei kicks ass.

Andrei, the owner, came the next morning after I called about my broken Miele dishwasher. He was on-time and called 20 minutes ahead. It took him only 30 minutes to fixed my dishwasher and he charged me a very fair price. I also got some good appliance maintenance advice from him and he checked out my refrigerator for free (and found nothing wrong). All in all I couldnt have had a better experience.

He came out and took a look at it, told me how much it would be and how long to get the new circuit board it needed. He got my parts quicker than he thought and had us up and running fast.
