Yes, I said early!He quickly isolated the problem (operator error). He explained it in a professional manner, i.e. didnt make us feel like idiots.His business card is now laminated and on our bulletin board as David is our guy now.

Our KitchenAid dishwasher was broken with an error message and I attempted the weekend warrior role by ordering a replacement part and fixing it myself.
