There is a guy name Nick who I went to to get my nails done. i arrived 15 minutes early for my 5pm appointment KEEP IN MIND i BOOKED MY APPOINTMENT a week in advance and he told me when i came your going to wait when my other consumers come in. I responded by saying why when my appointment is at 5pm he stated he forgot and had another person coming in at same time. Needless to say we went back and forth on the topic I shouldnt have to wait because you overbooked yourself Im a paying consumer like everyone else. He was very unprofessional and loud I will never go back here again

My rating is for the supply store.. I’ve gotten everything I need from them.. and I’ve been doing my own nails since 2018!

Came here to get supplies because IM a nail technician & Iguess the store & nail salon is split down the middle. When i arrived, noone greeted me, no one was even in the store, as soon as they did notice I was there, i was followed down literally EVERY aisle, as if I stole from them in the past or something, very distasteful. As I was ready to checkout all the workers were helping a asian man, however as i stated previously noone even asked me how I was doing, said Hi or yet alone even asked if I needed help, but whatever. Definitely would not recommend and will definitely NOT return.

Horrible service. Just went there yesterday (May 22, 2018). The guy with the tattooed arms did my pedicure and he didn’t even scrub my heels to get anything smooth. He did it for literally 2 seconds, he filed my toe nails so hard that he ripped one totally off and it was bleeding but he still painted it. So he painted an open wound basically. The lady messed up my eyebrows. Totally uneven and when I made a complaint and told them why I’m not paying full price, they got loud with me and started talking I’m Chinese because they know I cant understand them. They were totally careless and the lady laughed in my face when I told her what happened. DO NOT go there UNLESS you got to Michelle. She is the only good worker there. If you go please ask for her. Ps. They refused to give me my money back

Asked for a manicure and they gave me just color I said that I wanted regular and they gave me gel when my hand was in the UV light to dry my nail was burning which is not normal did horrible on my pedicure my daughter asked for a French acrylic and the white was so thick they talk about you in there language Which I don’t like horrible service and staff I would rather drive to Cheshire then somewhere 5 minutes from my home I will never be back can’t stand them
