Rude and unprofessional. Called ahead to see if they have dip powder since I needed a nail repair, which they confirmed they do have. Arrived and was told they do not have dip powder. When questioned why I was told over the phone that they did provide this service, she responds that she wont do a repair. Then proceeded to act as if she did not understand English and walked away. This behavior is so inappropriate and completely disrespectful. There was no one in the salon, she was not busy. To turn away business because it is a repair is extremely unprofessional. I might have become a regular client if she treated me respectfully and had provided the repair, instead she turned away a potential new paying client. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

I enjoy going to Be Thi Nails. The service is very comfortable, clean and prices are reasonable. The owners are very friendly to everyone.

Watched use utensils on one client and ATTEMPTED to use on me right after... yeah no I address that. Should’ve left right then but stayed and pedicure was not worth it lady kinda feels she can do what she wants and not asked of. Not worth it

I just went bcoz I wanted pedicure and my eyebrows but at the first moment than asked she started being rude and mean so I just left to avoid any trouble.

The owners are very welcoming, professional people who make you feel at home. I live in Bridgeport and go to them for my nails and pedicures. Always love their work !!

My sister and I went there about a week ago to get our nails done. An older man did my nails and he was so sweet and did an ok job. However, 2 of my sisters nails already popped off. They are very thick and lumpy. She felt as if the lady (who we think is the owner Bi) was rushing since I was done and they were closing soon. As she was doing my sisters nails she told my sister how the previous customer she was doing her nails has gained weight and is “fat”. So we don’t want to know what’s said about everyone else when they leave the salon..won’t be returning.

Worst place I ever went.. I don’t know who wrote those good reviews of that place or maybe they did it .. they aren’t professional the owner mees up my nails I had to pay for bad quality she is so rude .. I had to go to the next day to an other nails salon can fix what she screwed up because, she arruines my nails I will never go back and recommend to anyone to go that place not even my enemies .. that place should be closed I don’t know why still open that’s crazy.

Wonderful work! I use to go to Be This nails back in the 80 faithfully every other week. Then I moved out to Colchester. I recently moved back to West Haven and Im very pleased Be This is still here. They are wonderful! I would, in fact, have recommended Be Thi Nails to friends. They are located right across from the West Haven green Campbell Ave. Stop in and tell them Joanne sent you.

Always friendly. Great work. My nails always look beautiful when I leave and my eyebrows too! Cheap prices and good work is always a plus. Theres only 2 people working so i would suggest to call ahead.

Just left this shop. Paid for my nails after they dryingit was left over nail stuff (white) remaining I asked the man that did my nails to remove it and he tried to tell me it wasyet skin. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE
