This is my second experience renting chairs from Whalens. I called on a Friday afternoon to reserve 50 chairs for Sunday. I talked to Steve. He was clear with me about their hours of operation and helped me to decide when would be the best time to pick up the chairs. I arrived an hour later and had the chairs loaded and on my way in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend renting from Whalens.
