On my most important day. Taylor Rental had no one to load my truck. regardless of the hundreds of dollar spent. my order was delayed which caused a set back on my event. I could go on and on about my dissapointment. I usually give establishments second chances. When I asked; How this situation could be fixed. I got eye stares and looks with the manager being there.

There are two places that may get you through a party need - A risky party rentals place probably run by the typical one man show or the company Taylor rentals. I have a small wedding coming up this Saturday and I knew where I had to get our stuff from. This place is clean as well all their equipment. The staff is super great and willing to go the extra mile. I had to give this place a full 5 star.

Went there to check out tent rental prices. In the past have rented chairs from Taylor Rental. This location provides great customer service.

The staff have been awesome here. I rented things for a birthday party for my mother. They took the time to walk me through all of the options. No high pressure sales, reasonable prices, and very happy with the customer service.

Staff are very friendly and helpful great place to rent mostly everything you need for your party and equipment as well. The new manager is very polite and helpful so definitely go check them out for your next event or need a propane filled on the fly pass in by

Im neutral, I tried to get information from website, but everything is call for quote. As a deaf person, it is just inconvenient at times to call since it take 3 times as long. I prefer less hassle, and decided on is best move on elsewhere to check for rentals for a upcoming events was asked to decor.

Least expensive place in the area to refill your propane tank. Helpful staff, fast, efficient tank fill up, easy parking and convenient location off Oakwood Avenue.

I reserved a small roto tiller. I arrive at the appointed time. The owner is on the phone, taking an order for a big party supply rental. I am standing 5 before him for 10 minutes. Hes glanced up from his computer screen - he knows Im there. Does he even acknowledge that I have been waiting 10 minutes.I hear noise from in back. I stick my nose around the corner - and I am offered help. I make sure his boss overhears I am miffed at being ignored for 15 minutes.At this point, the owner looks up and tells me that the customer on the phone is more important...I cancelled the contract.By the way - the small roto tiller was a very large, extra heavy duty model and much too big for the tiny garden I needed to work.
