Consistent excellent, courteous service from Phil, Susan, Steve etc. I have been happily patronising this business for the last 17 years. Steve went above and beyond today, kindly offering to, and then unsealing an enormous box of multiple items, and taking most of them out, in order to retrieve one small item that I had mistakenly brought in a few hours earlier and given to Phil to ship.

This PakMail store provides superior service. My clients likes to ship their clothes ahead in lieu of carrying suitcases through the terminals when traveling. Pakmail carefully packs them all in wardrobe-sized cardboard box or considerately folds them in an appropriate sized container, and makes sure the garments arrive in a timely manner for a reasonable fee. Highly recommended for the traveler that rather not deal with the carousels and fees at the airport check-in desk. Plus, this PakMail has very convenient, dedicated parking.

I cannot say enough positive things about Pak Mail in West Hartford. I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon. Hours later, I realized that I had put the wrong contents in the package and called Pak Mail. Steven went above and beyond to track down my package, which had already left their facility, and get it back to me. I will use this operation for all my shipping needs going forward.

I contacted Pak Mail to arrange to have them ship an outboard motor. I live on the west coast and needed somebody to pick up the engine, take it to a boat shop, have the fluids drained, build a crate, secure the motor, and have it shipped to Bellingham, Washington. Phil took care of me like a champ and I received my motor within a couple weeks. Although the shipment and service cost more than the old motor, I saved thousands of dollars over the price of a new outboard. I recommend Pak Mail and would use their services again. Totally professional from start to finish.

I have used Pak Mail in the past and they have been polite and helpful. Today, I had a return for a small package and needed to purchase a box. The charge was $18. When I asked them why it was so expensive, they said because they include peanuts and because if I did it myself I would not save much. I find their fees and answer unfortunate and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive been doing business with PakMail for a few years. Excellent service, good rates. Theyve done right by me since I moved to West Hartford, giving me a secure location to pick up packages and mail as things like that have a tendency to disappear from porches and mailboxes in this town. Thanks to PakMail, Ive never once lost a package.

The staff are helpful and seem to be knowledgeable about shipping. However, I have had keys made here twice and only 1/2 of the keys work in the doors they are made to fit. Both times! The first time I passed it off as a fluke and did nothing about it. The second time I called to let them know, hoping they would be understanding. They werent. I could take another 45 minutes of my time to go back and they would gladly try to file the ones down that dont work to see if they might work better. No thanks, pak mail.
