A worst experience with this shop! I replaced my screen on Iphone X and it died in 3 weeks with out dropping the phone or any damage made by me, you can see the picture attached.I went to the shop and they dont do any refunds anything else no matter what. plus after I changed the screen my back was not working at all.After I went to another shop to fix the screen, when they opened the phone, it has glue and kind a oil inside, that appears from the screen they put it and what, as result broke my back camera as well. And after all these they refused to do or refund anything.My advice: never come into that shop if you dont want ti have a huge headache and money loseP.s. I didnt ask apple to do it because they had a 2 weeks line on appointments.

Worst place ever ! I went and got my iPhone 7 Plus fixed here and it was working for about a week and now every morning i have to restart my phone because it’s always frozen when i wake up when I’m texting it’s typing different words i wish i never came here to get my phone fixed and on top of that i dropped my phone one time after and the screen broke again this is the worst place with the worst screens i would not recommend this place to anyone

Got a great experience from the guy. Had to change my iPhone 6 display. He could do the screen replacement by closing his eyes. That much experienced and very quick. Price was good for me. But got a high quote for pixel 3 tried for one of my friend. That usually been costly everywhere.Noticed so many happy customers while I was watching to get it fixed. Will visit again for future needs.

WARNING!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!If i could leave a 0 star review i would.This place is a joke.I will start this off by saying the owner bribed me with a free screen protector to leave him a 5 star review.I brought in my Iphone 7 for a screen replacement. Less than 2 hours later i began to notice glitches where my screen would become unresponsive. I had to restart the phone completely for the touch to come back. I disregarded this issue at first, thinking it was just a little bug.2 days later i lost the bottom half of my screen completely, only the top half would allow me to touch. No matter how many times i restarted the phone, still no luck.At this point i called The Fix and told them what was going on...he stated that i could bring the phone back and they would replace it for me... but there was a catch... there can be no physical damage to the phone.This had me worried, i looked over every square inch and noticed a tiny hairline crack under the screen (no my phone was not cracked, this was either an installation error, or the screen they installed was so weak that it couldnt handle being in my pocket.) I told him about this issue to which he said if there is any physical damage, we cannot help youI explained to him that it was less than 3 days old, and that they should cover something as stupid as an instillation error, to which he responded not my problem.I was very frustrated and hung up the phone.Today, 4 days after installation my phone is unresponsive and glitching like crazy.Gave The Fix another call, trying to make a deal, stating that i was willing to pay for the cost of a new screen at wholesale price ($25 or so) he told me that he would speak to his manager.He proceed to put me on hold (never muted the phone), help a customer, then come back and say he had spoken to his manager and the best they can do is $85.The fact that they can call this place a business is a disgrace. I truly hope this place fails.NEVER GO TO THE FIX FOR ANY REPLACEMENT SCREENS!

My phone would not charge. It completely died and I made an appointment with apple and Verizon. Both recommended a new phone. Had The Fix do a screen replacement and other repairs in the past so stopped in. The Fix Owner took the phone for 20 min, opened the phone to check the battery, cleaned charging port and was able to charge it right up. Bad connection in the port, full of lint and debris. He refused to take any money which was extremely generous. Amazing store and owners!

My experience here was amazing. I had dropped my phone and the screen completely shattered. So I stopped by to The Fix and the guy there was very polite and professional. He fixed my phone in less than an hour! I recommend this place to anyone with a broken phone!

Went here based on positive reviews. I had a great experience with my iPhone 6s which bit the dust recently. 89 dollars, new glass and 30 minutes later, I had my phone back and working perfectly. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous.

Im only giving this two stars because the service the day of was fine, but everything following has been terrible. I went in to get my screen iPhone 6 screen fixed about 5 days ago and they were friendly (although they opened 10-20 minutes after their 10am opening time), had the job done in about 25 minutes. They sold me a screen protector and gave me a discount on it. But THE VERY FIRST TIME I DROP MY PHONE (not from very far), the screen popped off and is now hanging off my phone. I called the store and they said thats not covered by their warranty.I would 100% caution against going to this place - I have had other phone screens repaired elsewhere and have never experienced this issue.

This place is amazing and can fix any type of phone problem you have. I have had my phone fixed here numerous times. They have many common parts such as screens, digitizers, charging ports, and more for common phones but can get their hands on whatever parts you require. Definitely recommend if you need to get your phone fixed.

I went to this kiosk last night after the metal covering broke off of my charger into the charging port. I had managed to destroy the charging port myself through my attempts at getting it out on my own. My phone was dying quickly and I was dumb and hadn’t backed it up in months. Our entire wedding was on my phone an I was extremely emotional because with the charging port broken, there was no way to back up all the information on my phone. Both Verizon and Apple told me there was nothing they could do. Jon had the issue fixed for me within less than an hour and was extremely kind throughout the process to my very panicked self. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Car ran over my phone. Thought it was all over, but NO!! The Fix to the rescue. 45 minutes and I was on my way. Got home, camera didnt work, I mean come on folks I thought NONE If it would ever work again. Back to THE FIX and voila! Ready for vacation! Go to THE FIX and never buy a new phone again!!

Its great that they can quickly replace a cracked screen. But what I didnt realize until afterwards, is that (at least with an iPhone 6) they have to replace the actual display along with the glass. Once I had my phone back, I noticed the fit of the screen along the edge of the phone was different -- sharper and less rounded. And the new display is polarized and therefore appears black when Im wearing my sunglasses (I have to turn the phone 90 degrees to see anything). Finally, it seemed to me that the touch sensitivity was off. Basically, I felt like they had installed a cheap aftermarket display that was not up to Apple OEM quality. Further evidence of that: only about 2 weeks after they installed this new display (for $79.99 plus tax) -- the display has completely died. My phone has no display, its just black. The battery isnt dead, but theres no display. So the phone is useless. It was actually better with the cracked screen! The Fix has no return or refund policy. So: Buyer Beware!

Went 3 weeks ago to get my iPhone 7 screen fixed. The employee was fast at fixing it..took less than an hour. Once I got home I noticed the screen looked funny. Brightness was off, pictures looked super pixelated. It felt as if I had a privacy protecting screen on my phone...but I didnt. Took my phone back in that same day, and the same employee who worked on the phone stated he didnt have the right LED screen and told me to come back. Came back 2 weeks later due to vacation to see if they could resolve the issue. They put in a new screen but Im still having the same issue. Dont see any differences, and sometimes have to push really hard on the screen to open some apps. I appreciate the free screen protector, and the case they gave me, but I wish they would of told me about how the clarity of the phone would be after. I seriously regret coming here, and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. (Unless youre buying a cover.) I learned my lesson. Never again.

The Fix-Bill is amazing. Apple couldnt help me. I had a swollen battery which also damaged the screen (not cracked) where I could not see anything or do anything. Apple gave me a place in CA to contact. Bill took one look at it, said he could fix it in 25 mins for a very low price. If he replaced the battery and screen, and it did not work, he would not charge me. I left it in his hands. Came back 45 mins later and he was patiently waiting. I guess he fixed it real quick. IT WORKED. Cant tell you how happy I was to be able to access my contacts and Pictures. Thank you Bill

This place is a scam and will scam you. Someone over the phone told me a price to fix screen on my iPhone, when i proceeded to go in man working told me a totally different price and accused me of lying with a attitude. As i told him i was no longer interested he then negotiated with me when we agreed on a price ( still different from original price told to me by phone) I waited 40 mins. then when picked up screen it is VERY low dimmed, more then original screen, can barely see even on highest brightness. They have a NO refund policy, go figure. I paid with visa card left no tip, went home checked my statements through my online banking the total amount taken from my bank was TOTALLY different then amount i paid for on receipt, I then called and asked why extra money was stolen from my account without permission, once again got accused of lying. DO NOT get your devices fixed here there are many many other places were you money will be worth it and money will not be STOLEN from your bank account without your permission!!!!! - ZERO STARS- !!!!!

SCAM. First time I went they replaced the screen on my iPhone since I had a small crack/chip near the home button and they replaced it. When I got the phone back the screen looked pixelated and felt weird. Next day the touch was lagging and opening apps I never opened. Brought it back the next day and they replaced the screen and waited 30 minutes to test the phone and the screen/white part began to start popping out at the side of the phone. Immediately took it back and the guys said he didn’t see anything wrong with it. Rufused the service and received my old screen put back on and it actually felt like an iPhone again despite the cracks. There products are black market screens that they glue in. Do not go here unless you want to be scammed.

They advertise that they fix all brands of phones and tablets, but the technician refused to even LOOK at my Samsung tablet. He just said they dont fix it and refused to help me further. Place is a joke, not worth the drive out. Samsung tablets are one of the most popular brands out there, if they dont fix them, they they dont fix *all* tablets.

If you are having issues with your phone or tablet, this is the place to go. I couldnt get any charging cables to stay securely in my iphone 6, within 5 minutes, my iphone was all set. Best phone repair shop, they were very friendly, understanding, and super fast. Prices were outstanding and the staff were very knowledgeable. Hopefully I wont have any more issues with my iphone, but if I do or if someone I know has issues, this is the place I will refer them to.

I broke my Samsung galaxy s7 screen and brought it in to get it fixed as most other places would not do it because of the difficulty. I drove close to an hour just to get to the store. They replaced the screen, however, they broke the rear glass on my phone while they were fixing it. I was still charged the $250 for the front screen replacement and told that they would call me when they had the rear glass so that they could replace it. As I was leaving the store, I noticed that the front screen was peeling off, I took it right back to them and they said that they had not put enough glue on the screen to keep it in place. Considering that they had my phone for 2 hours, I found it unprofessional of them to not check if the glue would hold before I got there. Im still waiting for them to call back about the rear glass replacement as well. Dissapointed with my experience, however they did fix my front screen at the expense of $250 and the rear glass. I ended up paying $250 and left with my phone more broken then it had been when I brought it in.

Dont bother with these people. Replaced my screen with some defective glass that literally webbed/cracked between my fingers as I was holding it. Had this fixed yesterday. Paid $150 for this crappy glass. Guy changed out my home button without warning so that he took my touch id button and gave me some old version. Upon return, he said Theres nothing I can do.
