Zach is AMAZING. I REALLY struggled with anxiety and panic attacks, it got so bad that I didnt leave the town that I lived in, 13 years, I didnt leave that town. I saw 4 counselors before I met Zach, they did not help me one bit. Met with Zach, could see that he was genuinely interested in getting me past my fears, believed that he could, and 9 weeks later I was driving to Des Moines to his office to see him. I truly did not believe that day would actually come, but it did, and I am so happy it did.Now I drive to other towns to see my niece and nephews sporting events, to visit family. Ive been on two cruises, even got on an airplane (never dreamed that would happen again!)! I got Married to an Amazing and Beautiful woman and we are expecting our first child this fall. I am so thankful to Zach for helping me get out of my own way.

Our son, Derrek Kelso, had suffered from severe panic attacks brought on by anxiety for 13 years. He could neither ride nor drive away from the town in which he lived without having a panic attack. I saw him have one once. He was riding with me and he just curled up in a ball and shook. He said it felt like he was having a heart attack. Derrek had graduated from high school before it started. He is and always has been very well liked. He dated and socialized even after he was experiencing the anxiety, but did not let people know what he was going through. He expected that he would never marry because he didn’t want to bring a woman into the kind of limited life he had. Then he hooked up with Zach Pacha. Slowly Zach worked with Derrek, encouraging him to push his limits but never demanding more than he could handle. Derrek’s brother had moved to Iowa about 10 years earlier and lived less than 30 miles from him, but Derrek had never been to see where they lived. His brother said his dream was to hear a knock on his door and see Derrek standing there. I was in the grocery store one day when Derrek called. He was having a session with Zach. He asked me if his dad and I could meet him at his brother’s place. I just started crying, right there in aisle 1. He had finally made it!!! From that point he more quickly expanded his boundaries as he has shared in the review he wrote about Zach Pacha’s helping him. Zach is an amazing counselor!

After seeing many therapist for my panic disorder, Zach actually got me to make progress dealing with it.
