Would give a zero star if that was possible! Horrible experience. I’ve left no less than 5 messages for return call regarding my experience & to address my concerns. Not one return call! I went very hopeful that I would have a great experience. I had previously referred others there. This has been one of my worst medical experiences EVER!

The best care I have ever received. Period.Dr. Katie was thorough, personable and compassionate. After being seen by 2 other dr’s with no “care” given coming to exemplar restored faith that good care and getting better is possible. Thank you!!

This was my first visit for my son who woke up screaming/crying of severe ear pain at 11 p.m. After 2 hours of crying and unable to get comfortable I found Exemplar. Their online system is easy and flawless. I was able to schedule an appointment within 30 minutes, upload my insurance cards and all information requested prior to arrival.After arriving at the office, within 5 minutes we were in a room and being taken care of. My son was able to get relief prior to leaving the office and was asleep by the time we got home. A prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I was able to pick it up first thing this morning.I would highly recommend this office and will be sharing it with friends and family.

They were quick to see me after filling out my information. The nurse who saw me, Travis, did wonderful. He helped me feel comfortable and their office is clean and beautiful. The doctor I saw, Katheryn, answered every question and gave me treatment options. I love this office and will be coming back next time I need to see a doctor.

Received a pre-travel Covid-19 test at an unbeatable price. The test was very uncomfortable with the nurse going further up my nostrils (emphasis on the plural) than I expected was possible!

Great care and service! My father needed to have some lab work done, and staff made arrangements to have it done on a short notice. David - the nurse - was amazing. Very understanding and very, very skillful - the whole procedure took just couple of minutes (my father has narrow veins, which could make it more difficult to draw the blood). We would recommend this clinic to our friends and colleagues. Thank you.

I was extremely sick with Covid 19. I tried to wait it out at home, thinking everyone would just turn me away. I was referred to Exemplar Care and from the minute I arrived I was so well taken care of by the entire staff! I was given a breathing treatment and hooked up to an IV within 20 minutes after I arrived. They were able to give me all the medicine I needed before they sent me home. One facility for everything I needed! If you have Covid, please call Exemplar Care! Thank you again for taking such great care of me! My whole family will be seeing you for all of our medical needs!

I would 10/10 recommend Exemplar Care. My family has made 3 trips within the past week and every time it just keeps getting better. We have received the most compassionate care from Dr. Keuhner and staff. I am overly impressed with the exceptional care they have all given time after time. Best urgent care setting I have been to in years!

After visiting doctors associated with the big health care groups in town, I became frustrated with the high prices for routine services and lack of personal attention. This dr. is so “normal” and down to earth. Listens to you, validates how you feel, and gives you all the time you need. Makes you comfortable and seems knowledgeable. Was open to my being involved in my own care.

Dr. Van Der Veer is professional, a listener, and will help get through your medical concern if it’s minor or major. I have been a patient of his for a period of time and would recommend him with no reservations.I recently had a major event and Dr. Jon was instrumental in getting me into specialists and when it was obvious that the procedure indicated surgery, helped expedite appointments to neurosurgeon in days not weeks of waiting.I recommend this medical service with no reservations.I don’t think you’d find a more caring or qualified physician.

Finding Dr. Jon and Exemplar Care has been such a blessing. As a self-employed middle aged person the cost of health insurance was astronomical. Dr. Jon has made health care affordable. His quick response to questions as well as appointments has been far above any expectation I had. I am grateful for his understanding and compassion.

I am just a normal everyday person just like you.. I am not a spokesman by any means for Exemplar Care. Ive had this Dr before and was devastated when he left where he was practicing. I knew he wanted to open his own practice so I waited a year before I found him at Exemplar Care. Totally worth the wait! Ive told family members and they have switched plus some friends. Exemplar Care goes above and beyond any Dr Ive had... Example: he was in another country, 12hr time difference and he still answered my call! Its easy to get a hold of and actually checks up on me to see how I am doing with my personal health issues. Who does that? No Dr Ive ever had before! I hope Exemplar Care will be my last caretaker because no one even comes close to the devotion, compassion, and great bed side manner. E.C. has! I am so fortunate to find E.C. because I know I have the best Dr who truly cares about my well being. If this statement doesnt tell you how much my family and I are blessed to belong to the Exemplar Care familyI dont know what else I can say! Dr. Van der Veer is fabulous! He takes the extra time to get to know you. He’s interested in taking care of his patients, not meeting insurance objectives.
