Its always clean and the equipment is in operating order. Friendly staff. Great gym all around.

Today I met Todd, one of the new owners of this location, and promised him that I would write a review about what I am seeing - clean bathrooms, organized weight area, so far, so good. I also gave Todd some very specific feedback about some simple things he/they can do to improve the bathroom areas. This is the exact feedback I gave Paul and Tasha Booth, the previous owners. They did not implement it. Lets see if the new owners do. One more piece of feedback. Business owners should park the furthest away from the entrance, not the closest. Optics equals marketing. Ive used this gym on and off for about 10 years. Its one of the lower tier Anytime Fitness gyms. Theyve remodeled once or twice maybe but never really added anything. Their equipment is lacking and worn and there isnt room to do much if theres more than 4 or 5 people in there. There are two owners, I believe. Not sure of the name but the woman is really nice and easy to work with. Cody, the other owner, is a real piece of work. When I asked him about some missing headphones he told me he didnt see them. A couple days later he e-mails me saying Im not paying enough money per month to use his gym and bars me from using it. All this after being a member of Anytime for over 10 years and even paying my membership when the gym wasnt even open due to Covid. Unbelievable. I highly recommend you use a different Anytime like the Downtown one or the one in Johnston. More/better equipment, bigger space, less disrespectful/loser owners. This man has no business owning a business, dont give him your money.

Nice gym, variety of equipment and very clean. Staff and management are always helpful and regularly ask for suggestions on ways to improve member’s experiences.

Ive been a member of this gym for 6 months now. Great low key atmosphere conducive to a great workout. The owners Cody and Tasha are super helpful! Ive been participating in small group training for the past 3 months with Coach Derek. Absolutely love it! Great instructions and the workouts are intense but fun as well to keep me coming back. Definitely recommend the small group training with Coach Derek.

I love my gym! Im a long time member and have seen several owners over the years. Cody, Tasha and coach Derek are engaging and they care about their members and the member experience. Equipment and variety of are great. Really nice, clean gym.

I have been at this gym for the last two months. It has a small town feel to it which I enjoy. The owners are personable and always attentive to their clients. They treat their clients like family and client service is definitely #1. Also, cleanliness of a gym is a big thing to me and it is one of the cleanest gyms I have worked out in.

Visiting Des Moines from out of country for work. Was able to purchase 1 month membership after talking to owner. Open 24 hours, free weights, cardio equipment, power racks, and allowed to use chalk. Great gym and decent price.

Thank you to Derek and the Anytime staff for allowing me to come in and teach a hip mobility workshop. I had a great time and look forward to teaching more. If you are looking for a great personal trainer, look up Derek Schultz, highly recommend!

This is a great gym, especially if you like working out in the evening.Private showers... open all night... empty after 8pm.... and NOT $100 a month. (Who pays that much for a gym!!??)The managers also own the place, so they do a better job keeping it clean. Just steer clear of the creepy trainer guy who comes at nights. (You’ll know who I’m talking about when you meet him.)Definitely 5 stars

Extremely grateful for this gym and the way it seems like the management knows everyones name that goes here! It was cool after being away a couple months getting greeted with my first name and welcomed like Ive been there everyday!

A very nice gym. Clean and safe. Wonderful staff. Like the circuit and cardio machines. Has everything I need to keep in shape. I train with Derik and feel stronger every day. Love the apps too.

Gym is clean. Excellent equipment. Great sense of community between members and staff. Staff listens to your concerns or suggestions.

Cleanliness of club with amount of equipment right for what i need in staying fit. Do not need all the bells and whistles of a larger club.

AF WDM has become my go-to gym. Good equipment, clean, and getting a remodel. Cant wait to see the completed improvements.

The last 3 months I’ve been getting charged an additional $30 for no reason and I’ve tried calling their office, leaving multiple voicemails and no one EVER returns my calls. On top of that they don’t have a standard set of office hours either to be able to talk to them personally. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
