I just want to inform you that one of your recruiters is very unprofessional. Drew Norton in West Des Moines sent my boyfriend a text message asking him to grab coffee and chat before he starts his new job. It made my boyfriend uncomfortable considering he already has been hired and mostly talked to a man named Levi at Tek Systems. The text message was unnecessary and did not specify it was for professional purposes, but rather made it seem for personal purposes. Please train her on how to appropriately represent your company and only speak to recruits for professional purposes. Thank you!

Told me I had job so quit not once but, twice. The second time time I lost out on unemployment and really messed me up

I was really surprised at the lack of professionalism and technical expertise exhibited by the gentleman I worked with at the Des Moines office. I was contacted by him, and informed of a software engineering position that was of interest to me. He seemed courteous and professional in the beginning. He requested I provide him with current references and an example of code I had written recently. I provided him with the requested materials and documentation, then I didnt even hear from him for nearly a week. I had to call him, and when I did, he mischaracterized the code I had provided and obviously didnt know what he was talking about. He then apologized, and said the the person that was supposed to be working on this was out for a week, and the interim person was having trouble.I wouldnt paint the entire TEKSystems company with this brush, Ive had some good experiences with the company in another state (California.) However, I would be leery of this office, and upon reading the other reviews herein, apparently this is a long term, systemic problem.

Contract work is a different than full-time employment. TekSystems has done an excellent job of representing me and finding me work, even when the companies they get for me decide to downsize without notice.

Poor company, will let u go on the spot with out explanation or how to improve no one on one with wells fargo to discuss stats. do not go to tek systems worthless company

They Lied about the job I was going to do. They Lied about my hours. Money Was being taken from my paycheck and every new recruiter they had me talk to would disappear making it impossible to get the money they owe me back. A group of lies and cheats when you call them out on their mistakes they avoid you and treat you like trash on the phone to try and make you sound like the bad guy. Avoid This company at all costs.

Calls frequently and recruiter insults you by laughing at your name while trying to muffle the phone

One of the worst recruitment agencies Ive had the displeasure of dealing with. The most recent recruiter lied to me about how he got my resume and how he tried to contact me.
