Signature Consultants lied and misled me and others about their policies while rushing us to sign the contract. I reached out numerous times as they do not pay for any holidays or PTO despite the employee handbook saying we would get those benefits. WE SIGNED THE HANDBOOK AGREEING TO THE POLICIES WITHIN AND WERE STILL DENIED THOSE BENEFITS. Horrible experience, we were all significantly underpaid for our skill set, there was no likelihood for any of us to convert to full time as they elluded to. There was no support on these issues, not any when it came time to interview for full time positions. My recruiter, their boss, and the client manager all ignored me when I brought this to their attention. They owe us all money. It felt like a scam.
