The company is responsive to my inquiries. I have not had to file any major claims other than cracked windshield repairs and they covered it. I’ve been with State Farm over 30 years. Premiums seem to be on par with the other Top insurance companies but I do a review with other companies to make sure.

When I married my husband, Mike, in 2011, Steve was able to continue as our agent even with our move to Nebraska since he’s licensed in both states. Mike & I have lived in several states since then. When we moved back to Iowa, one of the first things we did was ask Steve to be our agent again. Steve and his office diligently & efficiently got all of our policies transferred back & put in order. FEMA decided to update our property in West Des Moines to a flood zone A and were very difficult to work with. I asked Steve to write up a flood policy for me and he went FAR above and beyond by helping to pull the flood cert on my property that proved I was NOT in the flood zone that FEMA refused to look into which satisfied my lender. Steve could have easily just sold me a flood policy and I would have probably never questioned him. There aren’t many trustworthy insurance agents that look out for YOUR best interests anymore and I’m glad to say that Steve is still one of them. Very satisfied with these guys at his office!
