Towing West Covina really saved me by having the best price. My car over heated about 40 miles from my home. Thought Id wait for the transmission to cool. It did. But then the engine wouldnt turn. So I called Towing West Covina and they told me theyd be at the spot where my car broke down in 20 minutes but theye were there in 15. They towed my car professionally and carefully. The best costumer service and really quick pick up as well.

My car battery died while it was in my garage and I didnt feel comfortable taking it to a mechanic during the pandemic. Charles gave me a competitive quote and was able to arrive at a convenient time. He had the battery replaced within a very short time. Very happy with the service!

I had a really bad experience with this tow truck company. They overcharged me for my tow I was only 2 mi away from my house. The driver was really nice but the dispatch was a little rude.I had a real bad experience with this company I wouldnt recommend it for no one.

I was dealing with the stress of another tow company where my car was located after an accident. The tow company that had possession of my car was way over priced and unfair. I called Towing West Covina and did not have to wait on hold for a long period of time. I was impressed because the tow guy, came a lot sooner than expected. He was very kind, patient, and you can tell he really had a good heart and was nice to people. If necessary, I will totally use this service again.

The young who came out was curdies and polite but they sent through debit card payment after I told them I wanted to pay cash and then they sent through wrong about,when I called their office they hung up on me and have not recieved my refund. As for me, I would not use them again.

They were prompt and professional in towing my car. They payed special attention to the details of my truck and was cordial in the payment transaction. I would definitely call again.

Hidden cancellation fee even though they took forever to even call me back about taking me out of the freeway.. do not provide info and when confronted they do not try to help.. if I had been informes in any wat of this cancellation fee I would have not complained ..
