Sensei Chris is one of the best karate instructors you will find on the planet. You would be be fortunate to learn from such a great practitioner. His love of the art, his teaching style, his ability to communicate effectively, and his strong attention to details are what separate Sensei Chris from every other instructor. Sensei Chris is very supportive of me and of all his students. He takes great care in creating and maintaining strong, creative and skilled students. I can text him or call him and he’s quick to respond. He has made a lot of changes to the dojo and the schedule to help keep practicing social distancing. I know with the way things are now with covid-19 everyone is looking for ways to keep their minds and bodies active. Sensei Chris offers classes online through zoom meetings. Great place for kids to learn Karate, discipline, self defense and build self esteem. CKD was recommended to us by a friend and now we recommend them to our family and friends. Definitely worth the 30 mile drive to the dojo. Chris and the other senseis do an amazing job with all the kids they work with. My son enjoys taking lessons here.

I started going to this dojo when I was a sophomore in high school. CKD is probably one of the best things Ive ever got involved in. This dojo not only is a good place to exercise and train, there you learn good principles like discipline and how to keep pushing forward. The instructors (senseis) are all very skilled and helpful, and it shows in their own accomplishments and their students. Im very grateful and glad that I joined Champions Karate Dojo and was able to meet such a fantastic group of people. Definitely recommended!
