Great service... Quick and painless account transfer, a modem replacement on top of it

My entire experienced with spectrum has been hell, Im not happy with the service and internet, also they sent me a box without my consent that I had to install myself, they will install when you first get their service but after all on your own.

My cable remote busted, so went in to get it replaced. Walked right in, handed remote to rep, he handed me a brand new one, and out the door I went. Easy peasy!

Very clean, Associate very polite and knowledgeable.

They denied me entry even though Im following California law and Im fully vaccinated 🙄 ridiculous

This store is very unprofessional and they do not care about their customers. This gives the company a very bad name. Avoid west covina and go to Whittier or Glendora. Those stores know what customer service really is.

It is 10:15AM. 5 customers are standing here waiting for an employee.

Place is open, located on the first floor, next to Kay Jewelers. The entrance to the mall to get there is between red robin and chipotle. Top notch and expedited service in my case.

Guy was really nice, but took way tooooo long to switch h over from ATT to Spectrum.Helpful, but was long wait.

They moved to the est covina mall from industry. Back side facing the freeway

This location IS CLOSED!!! the mall is closed and the spectrum website and spectrum reps will tell you its open BUT IT IS NOT. as i post this review, the location has been closed FOR A MONTH. google please update that this place is CLOSED!!!
