Went in two days, the first day a young man was very helpful but I didnt get his name. The second time, Briana was so pleasant and helpful as well. She transfered my info from my old phone to my new phone entirely and exactly as my old phone was set up. Very knowledgeable. Answered my questions and was very patient Thank you!

Had a good visit to transfer phones. It cost me 32.00 because I didnt have the tool to get case off my old phone. I told Marhew I got the note 10+ because it has 5g. He said it dont. That upset me. I googled information about the phone before I bought it online and everyone says it has 5g. Does the note 10+ have 5g or not. Anyways the service was great and fast. We talked about my NFL Chargers slot with other employees. Made me feel comfortable. Love this location at eastland shopping cent better than west covina mall. 5* always

We came in very close to closing time. Brandon helped us and not once made us feel rushed. He took his time to help us switch our service from another carrier. He was very knowledgeable which was good because we had allot of questions. We ended up switching our service to Verizon and also got a tablet on an affordable payment plan which was a blessing. Poor customer service and terrible customer service, lost my phone last year and I went to that store and my whole world was turned upside down because the Verizon customer Service representative cut off the wrong phone and left my device open in the parking lot I lost it, I tried several times to contact the corporate but nothing but pure bs,the customer Service at the west Covina location is the epitome of ignorance and unprofessional customer service, dont go there 😢

Had to come into this store to fix mistakes one of their employees made on my aunts plan. My aunt was going out of town and needed to make international calls on her trip. Apparently the girl who help my aunt was New and she didnt know how to do basic adjustments to a persons plan. She switched my aunts plan to a more expensive plan instead of just doing an add on feature. It cost my 78 year old aunt over $100.I worked at a place just like this in the past. The training for plans is very minimal and all done on computer. For companies like this to allow someone to make changes to your plan when they are not fully trained is just wrong. Be careful of Authorized Retailers when getting your mobile phones. Make sure to read the FINE PRINT before agreeing or signing anything.

Recently my iPhone 7 was having issues. Long story short, I went in several times always being met with sales reps saying I had to upgrade my phone... without any real assistance. Eventually I had to go in to add a line and mentioned the issues I was having. Andrea helped me SO much that not only did she solve everything and help me add the line, but she also saved me $30/month. She was very sweet and helpful, and got extra points for being patient with my mom.

Easy people to work with. As usual, you get the question to upgrade your existing phone even though we were only upgrading our daughters. After we said no, there was no more pressure sales in trying to get us to upgrade our phones. Every detail of our bill was explained and done in a fairly decent time.
I worked with John to get a new phone and 1 iPhone 11 and iPad later...lol I was all set. John was VERY helpful and assisted with backing up my information and transferring everything over. John also informed me of a military discount which was very much appreciated since I hadn’t read about that anywhere. The other staff present also graciously lent themselves for questions as well. I DID NOT want to buy a new phone because I feel that they are ridiculously expensive but when I visited this store, the representative Alberto made me feel much better about the whole thing. He gave me extra attention and took the time to explain things. He followed up with me to ensure that I received promotional discounts and offered to check on the status of my account. I went to buy a phone and take up a line on my parents plan that wasnt being used. Carlos and Jessica asked if I wanted to add a tablet and hum device. I told them I didnt want anything that would make my bill any higher. They said the devices were free. They lied straight to my face. After I upgraded my brothers phone and got my phone and the supposedly free devices my bill came out to almost $1000! It took me hours on the phone speaking to a rep to figure out why my bill was what it was after I had gone to this location to speak to Jessica the manager(who was there when I made my purchase and helped add all those free devices)multiple times and all she had for me were more lies and empty promises that ended up costing us a ton of money. Please please please stay away from this location. I would hate for anyone to go through what I had to go through. Now Im dealing with a $160 reconnection fee that of course Jessica said wouldnt happen. I wish these reps were trained to be honest.Verizon has great service and great products that sell themselves. Really no need to lie to costumers.

THIS STORE IS THE BEST! always making sure the phones are fully transferred and ready to start being used. I see that theirs a lot of negative reviews but every time I come here these guys are super helpful funny and treat me way better than the store at the mall.
I came in frustrated with my previous phone which was an android. I hated the bloody thing. Walked in and was instantly greeted by the manager. Monica if Im not mistaken. I started explained my situation to her. She was more then helpful. She showed me various phones and explained each phones key features. She helped me make the switch to the iPhone I have now and very satisfied with. Very good customer service compared to what I got when I went to the mall. Highly recommend this store. Dont go to the mall!!!! Also if you go and see the manager. Give her a high five for me.

Literally the worse Verizon Ive ever been too. Not only did it take 4.5 hours to transfer my photos (2 hours the first time and then another 2.5 hours after they messed it up the first time) but the screen protector that they recommended and adhered to my phone did nothing to protect my phone screen from cracking... like at all. Plus half the photos that they transferred are corrupted now, so thanks verizon for your incompetence in the one thing youre suppose to be good at.

Came in to the store to switch from At&t to Verizon and I had the greatest experience at this store . The manager Monica helped me out. She was really knowledgeable and was so nice about answering all my questions. I ended up going with a galaxy s8 and I must say Im super satisfied with her recommendation . She helped me set up my Bluetooth to my car so that was a plus. Definitely recommending them to friends and family.

I thought they were giving me good customer service until I looked at my statement of cost the next day. I seen that they overcharged me by $100 (which was said to apply to my phone but instead used on accessories they felt I needed) I come back to find out that all my discounts on my account were disregarded and they even charged me to discount my accessories an extra 10$. They also charged me for items that was said to be free. And charged me 20$ to download an app so that I could change over numbers from my old phone to my new phone. All of these things were completely opposite. This is the worst customer service of my life. Do not recommend to anyone. The store manager kept trying to misdirect my questions so that I would be ok with then basically stealing from me.

This store is a JOKE.7 1/2 months ago I purchased 2 new phones., Galaxy 7 and edge 7. The deal was buy one get one free. Marissa sent the rebate info which never made it. 2 months later i call and speak with a manager, he said he would get on it. Again, never made it. Tried to take matters up with rebate company, to get jerked around.Last week 12/21/2016 went directly to store and spoke with Marissa regarding issue. She said she would contact district manager and I would hear back by someone 12/23/2016.Also told her my protective glass screen broke a while back. Asked how much they were @ $60 and comes with lifetime warranty. I thought great, its covered....you would think. Marissa had my account info and all purchase receipts on her computer screen. She insisted on selling me a replacement screen. I said why would I buy another when it should be covered. Told her to look at my purchase back in May. She asked me where the glass screen was. Where do you think it went...its glass and it broke so i removed whats was left of it. Lets keep in mind it literally came off in pieces. She needed the broken pieces in order to get my replacement. Seriously lady you see the receipt on your computer and Yes youre the same person that sold it to me. What a waste of money and my time.Friday late afternoon I finally called and spoke with a manager Jessica, she said she was too busy and didnt have tome to check emails. Promised me I would hear back Monday 12/26 no later then 3pm. That never happened either. Something seriously needs to happen to this store. Either fire each and every one of them, including the district manager. Better yet you VERIZON, simply close them down. Over 11 years with verizon and this is the treatment I get. Well over $23,000 just on monthly service plans. Shame on VERIZON FOR ALLOWING THIS THIRD PARTY STORE to provide such crap service.

We bought 2 phones from him & went back on another day to see what kind of deal he could make for a third phone. He was walking out the door, off for the night & came back in on his own time to help us buy & set up another phone. He was fantastic! If going to this location I highly recommend him!

Initially the experience was great, oh man can these people sell. Came from another state and decided to upgrade my moms device, but through out the week she has been experiencing trouble where her device would not make certain outgoing calls. The people seemed friendly enough to help my mom when she was there to buy something, and it was great because I believed there would be someone who would be to give her tech help when she had simple questions. She went to the store only to hear them talking about her like a burden. The problem was simple enough to fix, only i had to rely instructions to her on how to turn off and on the device. My mom was not respected when she went back for help and it seemed to her that she was a bother. She was borderline going to buy ANOTHER phone just for calls. Come on guys, really?

Horrible, worst service ever. Be careful, since it’s not an Official Verizon location, but an authorized dealer, they can trick you and you have no control over it. Read the fine print, they bamboozled my 60 year old mother and talked her into a “free” Samsung tablet, that I’m now paying for. Do yourself a favor, go to an Authorized Store.
