I like this place, but only if we didnt just all lose relatives in a major pandemic. Literally no one here has a mask. Dont people know you breath heavier when working out. Im pulling my membership and my families. I didnt find anything to clean the equipment after I used it. Im gonna look for sanitizer, hopefully they have it.

Friendly staff, their seems to be new people now. Good janitors, keeps things clean . Machines alot cleaner. New guys a janitor, johnny very good. All around good staff of people

Filthy place, don’t join. No hand sanitizer, weekend manager non responsive, aloof, rude. Old broken machines, shower plumbing loose, smells like a sewer. I will add pictures next time. Nothing but excuses.

It has a good amount of equipment to use. Its cool that it has its own running track on upstairs level.

Unprofessional and toxic work environment, worked there a over a month. The assistant sales manager Miranda is absolutely entitled and disrespectful, used to get complaints from other regulars that she made them uncomfortable and or disrespected them, so youre gonna wanna watch out for her. An Absolutely foolish and misogynistic person.

Needed a barcode tag to enter club but was told I had to go to LA fitness to get it.other person at counter said we dont do that hear.went back today lady at counter said she has it took 2 minutes.doesnt anybody there besides the girl who helped me now whats going on over there in west covina esporta .what a joke.

1st here at Triad and I got to say I like the vibe and the weight selection. Staff is friendly and keep the gym very clean.

They could use some of Upgrated equipment but what Gym doesnt??..other than that its never busy!..& i like that

Its not true, they dont have any dumbbells and weights poor- quality, and the gym its always dirty, no body clean the people who works here they dont clean just talking all the time. Nobody clean the machines, floors everything its dirty. The mirrors are so dirty also. No body care about the Covi-19

This place is dirty, staff is rude. most of the machine are broken and old. Nothing really works here I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

They need to offer more ways to clean machines in between people. you have to go searching for the 1 bottle they had of disinfectant and in general they do not keep it as clean as it should be. it would be better if it was 24 hours.

Missed the gym.. Cleaning.. And not too crowded

All LA fitness or ESporta recreation centers are great as long as they have the sauna working turn off and disconnect the whirlpool or hot tub as only losers go there take your nap in the lazymans exercise room, the sauna everyday at a different LA fitness and well live longer

The gym is dirty and a lot of the treadmills don’t work.

Older facility with some outdated equipment

Gym could definitively use a remodel, I was kind of shocked they still have this old style around. Actually haven’t seen a worker at this gym since I got here an hour ago. Nobody was manning the front desk, I didn’t even bother waiting for someone to come check me in. If you’re looking for a free gym membership come on down! Lol

This management of this gym is trying to get their act together and were making progress. The equipment is well maintained. One problem Ive noticed lately is that young children are being admitted. These kids are typically unsupervised. You can imagine the result. No photos provided for privacy but there were many oppurtunities.

Absolutely filthy disgusting bathrooms. The janitor has an ugly attitude to go with her ugliness and cant bother to clean the bathrooms that are availble to use and desperately in need of cleaning. The weights are scattered everywhere and the machines are old and clanky. This is no 24 Hour Fitness....waste of time and money. Im cancelling today.

This gym is not being managed properly. Dirty showering areas, rules regarding dress code are not enforced. Its gone down hill. If I spoke better spanish it would probably help.

A lot of people think they own the equipment. They stay in on for ever. They should increase more of those.

LA fitness is a scam, when you try and cancel your membership you have to send a letter in to comfort you canceled your membership. Going in person isn’t good enough for them. Once i sent the letter in i still received charges on my account and apparently the can not refund any money with out a mail receipt saying i mailed in the letter. Long story short they charge you after you cancel your membership and they dont give you your money backThank you LA Fitness

Do not trust the manager there. He received my brothers monthly payments in cash knowing that the amount was already deducted from a debit card but he still took the money to his home thinking that we were not gonna find out his fraudulent act! Ill speak to a supervisor or someone in higher position there. He should not be working there. He will be reported if he dont pay back the 30$ cash that he took with him on his wallet. Very unprofessional. Thats a thief!!!

Needs new machines! The interior of the gym looks clean, and remodeled.. but most weight plates are scattered throughout the lifting part of the gym due to the old machines they have. You would have to see for yourself to understand.

It is taking me over 6 months to cancel the service with them, called them back on November last year to cancel and i recognized they still cahrging me so i called my credit card to stop them and now they told me to go to any location to talk to the maneger and finally ( after i have waited for him for 20 minutes) he said he cant cancel till I pay last month ..although I have requested to cancel the membership 6 months ago ...!! I havent heard about this cancellation policy ever called the corporate also no help !!!!

Could use a bit of remodeling. Staff not so bad not the best but ok. The only best thing about this place is it has a sauna & steam room not all gyms have this. If it had better maintenance it would be a 5 star.

Just started going here this year. Nice track to run it job upstairs and great personal trainers. All staff are friendly and helpful.

LIES!!!Its one of the oldest gym so the gyms atmosphere is not as bright as it should for safety purposes but oh well. Besides, equipment is not well maintained; missing accessories, screetchy cables, you name it. In addition, I signed up and paid roughly $130+ and told I can bring a gym buddy for up to 14 days with no additional cost. Alas! A few days later I did but I was asked to pay $15 for the buddy to work out with. BS! The worst part is, I asked 3 times if I can go to another LA fitness in another state and was answered yes 3 effing times. So I did go to another state and went in but charged additional $5 which was not informed to me specifically -- Staff does not know their job description or not have enough knowledge.

Be careful signing up for personal training! Several people have been charged and signed up for year when they agreed to 6 months! I complained, cancelled card and they still ran through my account and charged me! Claim filed. 3rd claim since they made errors during sign up time. Girl even asked me to write my card number on a paper and shed run through again over weekend. Ummm noooooo!

I work in different areas in LA and in the morning like to go work out before I start, have visited different clubs in the area but by far this is the worst one. I hope they do something about it, I guess if they want.. I for sure wont go back there. I left my clothes in the locker to go work out when I came back my lock was cut. luckily I did not have any valuables with me at the time. I asked one of the employees was there and he just told me that there was not much he could do. asked to talk to the manager and he said that it was him and just continued sweeping.. by the way it is a mess as the other comments suggest. I hope this help to advice others not to take any valuables when going there. as far as the other ones that i have gone to have never gonne through something like that.

Its a nice gym, but the sales guy is relentless. Got the pass which was nice but the hours are lame. To be fair I like 24 he access so there is no excuse not to work out. Wish they were 24hrs and not annoying with the sales pitch.

Reception staff always on their computers or on the phones, never really greet people coming in, or help them to log in. They are nice to you first couple weeks when you join them, then they just ignore you. Machines need an upgrade . Only good thing is that is not a crowded gym, so you can exercise in most of the machines most of the time.

Unfortunately they are very aggressive in trying to sell you add-ons.They had me in a room with the door closed and the trainer would not accept no for an answer. They were trying to sell me personal trainer sessions. I told him no like 10 times, and I had to literally get out of my chair and walk out.It was actually getting a little scary how aggressive he was becoming. Whats wrong with you!? Dont you want to not feel out of shape anymore?!Maybe buy your membership online so you dont have to talk to the staff.

Well what I dont like is being mislead and taken advantage of. This disgusting company charged me the initiation fee of : $99.00 . Those that mislead me were the following : Ricardo C., Crystal, and Ricardo. I explained I want month to month. I have not even been to the gym. The contract reads can cancel at any time. Also they would give a telephone call. Then we have the very small fine print they dont want you to read. You must mail the Post Office. With in five days. Now this disgusting corporate company wants to charge me : $60.00. Im not even using the gym. I paid for the entire previous month of : Oct 2015. Yet only used the gym one time or two. Rip Offs.

Easy access to parking lot, clean, equipment is not new but its well maintained, of all the times I have been here I have never seen a out of service machine. GOOD JOB !! :-)

These kids and staff members are professional and enjoy theyre work Sam and Ashley were very professional and extremely sociable and I appriecated them quite alot. The gym is 1st class new and renovated from Bailey Fittnes floor plans.I found this after only 3 months moving here from the Redding area. I would definately recommend this work out facility to my friends if they moved to L.A.

Its too small everything is lime so crammed together, but I like going for a quick workout.

Pasadena Rosemead location..I dont advocate people getting fired but if bring your dog to the gym for your entire work shift and walk your dog into the mens locker and around the gym as if its your very own dog park, you need to be fired for being stupid..

I usually go to the Garvey one and its way better than this facility, but the Garvey one is always packed, so I come here .. But tbh they need like NEW Machines and Equipment 911 .. Its so so old and some machines dont even work ... Like how do they expect for us to go and workout when they dont even have good equipment ... & they charge maintenance fee and all that like its still bad ... I like the lonely environment but they need new equipment.... Foreaals man ...

I work out 2 times a day,morning and afternoon Im giving a 3 because morning guy that cleans the guys room hes constantly talking to this woman that cleans the lady room,the afternoon is best the guy name David he does his job very clean unlike the morning guy.i would give David a 5 star but the morning guy I dont know hes too distracted so I give a 3.

Razor blades in showers floor, everybody is shaving in sauna and steam room at all times, and people wearing underwear in the pool area. Somebody need to put a person in charge at this out of control location.

Absolutely HATED!!! my experience at this particular LA Fitness😠I came in with the intention of getting a membership at this gym had the money in my pocket. From the jump the manager was looking at me biased(maybe it was my sideways LA hat) anyways he sat me down and showed me prices then asked so which one do you want I told him could I at least see what the gym looked like inside.....His exact words Ok but after you have to leave unless you buy right now really?? How excellent your attitude is.So I said sure, he literally walked us 10 feet saying see you can see everything from here, now what membership do you want I told him never mind Ill come back when there is someone a lil more caring.....Then his final words Dont bother, I could tell you didnt have money anyways Wow Really?? I know I just washed my car and I wasnt the cleanest, but really?Horrible horrible experience!!!Anyways went down to 24 Hour Fitness and at least they acted like they cared about me.STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GYM

Like i said i was so happy with this gym till this morning. The gym is in a nice location and most of the staff are polite except this employee by the name Loretta, I walk in as i am a premium member allowed to go to any Ballys. Well i walk in with my sister she just got a 7 day pass, she was on her 3rd day out of the seven, well Loretta just didnt let us inn as she said that my sister and i needed to be from the area with in the establishment to get inn. And she told my sister, she needed her ID up to date, my sister then showed Loretta her passport and Loretta just told us that we couldnt get in period. And ignore us after that. My sister and i loved this gym at this location but we dont have to deal with Ballys employee bad and unprofessional attitude. My sister was going to become a member as well, but not after what had happen. We drove over to 24hour fitness witch is near by. We both got in with a 7 day trial and we didnt had any problem with the ID,passport or needed to be from the area to get inn issued. We just finished our workout and the staff there are great, im defiantly canceling my membership at Ballys and getting one at 24hour fitness..

Such an outdated gym... Theres mold everywhere especially the restrooms and the bike rooms.. I believe theres a newer one 8 blocks away.

This la fitness location staff seems like they dont really dare too much for customer service. The machines are plenty and large selection.

Pros is its usually not that busy. But thats mainly because of the outdated facilities and smaller than usual size.

Terrible experience there，often charge more than you should.Be careful,not set auto pay.
