Great place! My husband and I take our cat here for her check ups and shots and she loves all the nurses and the doctor and the doctor even kissed her and said she was cute. We love this place for treating my baby like a princess 👸 the baby had some cat acne on her chin and they gave us medicine and it went away in four days. 👍

Dr. B is awesome! We took our baby to get spayed and come to find out she had inflammation of her uterus. He took his time and explained everything step by step. A week later our beautiful Halo is running around and she is a while new doggy. She’s so happy and we are so happy to have found the best Dr. for our baby. She also had tooth extractions and had the worst breath ever and now she has no bad breath and happy as can be. The office staff was amazing. The girls were so attentive to our baby as well as my husband and I. I will highly recommend this Dr. to anybody who wants the best for their pets. Knowing our baby is not in pain anymore and is happy as can be just makes us a very happy family. Thank you Dr. B and the staff. You’re the best!

This place was amazing. I cant give enough praises for this pet hospital. My cat was having a reaction to a flea and tick medication and had to take her as an emergency and they immediately told me to go in and they put her in a room. The vet saw her within ten minutes and he explained everything well and was so kind. The staff was absolutely amazing as well. The prices were so reasonable. I will definitely be switching to this pet hospital for my pets care.

I would like to thank Dr. B and the girls at the clinic for taking good care of Dollie thats my moms puppy, well Dollie was jumping and landed wrong on her foot. So I called the clinic and doctor B said bring her in so we did and when we got to the clinic right away one of the girls put us in a room and attended to dollie. Sure enough dollie broke her foot. Dr. B is so loving with our pets and he also takes his time explaining the situation and what has to be done to us. My mom was so happy. Dr. B you are the best and so are the girls. If anyone needs a trusting veterinarian then you should take your animals to Dr. B.

The doctor seemed really good. Told me that he rescues kittens when I brought in my cat, even asked if I was willing to adopt. After he examined my cat and ordered tests, he told me the results would probably be back by the following evening and that I could call for them the morning after that. He told me that I should bug them if I dont get a response. When I told the front office staff about bugging, they laughed and said to bug him (the doctor). They even, jokingly, said they would give me his cell number. Well, I bugged. Despite calling every other morning for a week and promises to have the doctor call me, no calls. Finally went in, picked up my test results (was told that the doctor would be calling people later that afternoon - 5 days later, still no call), made an appt with a different vet. Taking my test results to them.The doctors care seemed good, just no follow up.

The veterinarian were very nice and clam to my dog roscoe they are very good prices. They gave my dog medication at a good price

This vet is the best after literally 20 vets turned me down because it was only by appointments and the emergency room was full i was about to give up i felt like my baby was dying in my arms i explained my situation with doggy and he took us in as an emergency Dr.B and the girls are amazing i will be changing my vet ❤

This is truly the best Pet Hospital and the Greatest Veterinarian ever. Dr. B was extremely caring and showed compassion towards both my dogs. I visited this Vet with several last minute emergencies. Dr B always had the right solution. His many years of experience put me at ease knowing I went with the best. Having him as our Doctor has been a true blessing. I’ve visited many Vets from Sherman Oaks to West Covina and none came close. The entire crew was so professional. The part that got me was I could hear them talking to my boys the way I talk to them. Any Pet owner will know what I mean.

I have been coming to The West Covina Pet Hospital for yrs. The whole building got a make over (inside & out) & let me tell you it was all for the best. The employees and Dr B saved my dogs life plus her 3 puppies! I will forever be grateful to the entire staff! Fyi the grooming prices & services are unbeatable as well 💕

I really like this Pet Hospital and Ive been to so many with my passion for rescue work I do for the animals. Dr. B is amazing and truly caring. His staff is A+ and always there to answer questions and are so compassionate. Even when the office is extremely busy they take their time with each patient. A great word to describe this Dr. and his practice is; TRUST... this is unheard of these days in the Vet practice world..unfortunately... most places are out to make more $$$ than they should on procedures and recommendations on what to do. Dr. B is more conservative, but honest and he gives you options. My only regret is not finding this Vet practice sooner... THANK YOU to his wonderful Staff - They are all amazing!!

I have had nothing but the best experience with this hospital. The Dr and the staff are so amazing and show that they really care. I rescued my dog Pepper and I did not know she was ill. I brought my dog here and they helped us every time. When we found out she was severely ill it was the most painful experience of my life. they let me stay with Pepper for as long as I wanted. Later that night as a family returned to put her to rest and they made it the most loving experience as painful as it was. They treated my dog with dignity and respect.and I will forever be grateful. If I ever decide to ever have another pet I will always come here. Other places I have tried many years ago the first thing they ask for is money, here they were very nice and very professional. I know that while it is in a hidden business area its nice and really clean and doesnt smell or have pet hair everywhere like other places I have been to. I cant say enough about this place. Even though this just happened two days ago I needed to make sure I wrote this.

I was bringing my cat to West Covina Pet Hospital for grooming and was very happy with the services of the Pet Groomer, Tina Knell. Last time I was there, Dr. Bullar, was rude to me and the groomer. He would not allow her to help me take the cat carrier to my car. In he past, there has been no problem with her assisting me. I also like discussing my cats grooming experience with her, as well. Dr. Bullar instructed another employee to walk me to my car. It became apparent to me that he was interfering with our communication which made me feel very uncomfortable. As a result, I will no longer return to that facility as a customer.

Cant speak for before covid. But the organization is catastrophic. Dont bother unless youve got a spare couple hours to waste waiting for them to get around to you, appointment or not.Frustrating. Have you wait in the car and then forget about you.Ill find somewhere else for my pets.

Walk-ins are $55, appointments are $45. You can ask for a quote before they administer any treatment to make sure youre getting what your pup needs. When I went in at 10 am on a Friday, the place was pretty empty. Their costumer service over the phone is excellent.The assistants were courteous and professional, and one of them tried to cheer up my pupper who was nervous. They work quick, and handle the animals with just enough force to detain them safely if they get violent. Overall, the experience was smooth and Id recommend the West Covina Pet Hospital.

Our dog Mitzi had two torn ACL and when we walked in for the first time. Dr B made us feel so comfortable and explained to us what we needed to do. Great service and caring staff. My dog had to go to the emergency room after an accident with another dog but West Covina Pet Hospital was very through with their care for him and explained the procedure to us clearly. The surgery was less than initially estimated and the Hospital was honest and generous to refund us the overcharges.

West Covina Pet Hospital is a caring facility that we have used for emergency and health wellness as well as grooming for our beloved Brandy. We are a retired couple on a fix income and their prices are reasonable. We thank the doctors and staff for all the do!👍🏻

I was just at the office, 10/21/17. My family and I had found a kitten that had just been hit by a car in front of our house, that was still alive. We rushed it to the West Covina Pet Hospital, where my family and I have been taking our pets for the past 25 years. We attempted to talk to the girl at the front, Carla. However, as we were holding the kitten, bleeding and dying in our arms, she kept wagging her finger at us. She was motioning for us to be quiet and didn’t even look up at us. It wasn’t until my mom finally told her the animal was barely breathing, in front of all the other people waiting in the office that she decided to acknowledge us. After we were finally seen by the doctor and had to unfortunately put the kitten to sleep, and as she was taking our money, she finally decided to give the most fake “sorry” I have ever heard. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. If you don’t know how to work with animals or even people for that matter, that job is NOT for you. By far the worst experience my family and I had ever had at the hospital. Watch out for Carla.

We had an emergency with our dog last night and took a chance to see if the hospital was still open. We were so sad to see that they closed at 6pm and it was almost 7pm. We took a chance and went to the door Dr B (an angel on earth) told us to bring him in. The staff Kimberly and Karla (2 more angels) treated us with such care and respect. They asked us to leave the dog there for the necessary treatment and they would call us. They called back about an hour later and said he was ok but they still thought he should have more fluids so they actually stayed to monitor him until 9:30 when they called back that he was stable and we could pick him up. It was so late and they had been there all day and never once did they make it seem like they were put out or irritated that we were there and they had to be there sooo late. They were genuinely nice and helpful. We took him home with a port in his arm Incase he had an emergency or we had to bring him back. Dr B gave us his private number to call him if there was any concern or emergency. I have never ever had anyone treat my family or pets with such care and concern. I had to bring him back in for a check up the next morning and Kim was there bright and early after being there with us until 10pm last night. I apologized because she looked tired. She asked me not to apologize because she loves her job and works 6 days a week and she loves every minute of it. I will never ever take my animals anywhere else. If you care for your animals and want a doctor and staff that genuinely care and don’t over charge you need to take them to West Covina pet hospital.

Generations of my family have been taking there pets here. I always get good service and they walk the dogs when they are boarded to keep them healthy. I highly recommend it.

This pet hospital is best Ive ever been to. They not only treat the animals with loving care. They also treat the owners very caring and helpfulness.

A male assistant I believe, he was not the vet, was extremely rude. I went to simply get my dog’s ears cleaned and Sr. must have been having a bad day. He proceeded to tell me in a rude manner to do it myself. Excuse me but I was there PAYING him to do it. He was really rough when cleaning my dog’s ears and I can’t believe I let him do it. He is a tall white man covered in tattoos who has an ATTITUDE PROBLEM. The rest of the staff is friendly but I would not recommend being assisted by him. Ruined my day.

Our cats Midnight and Shadow get excellent medical care and excellent grooming care as well. We would recommend them to anyone.
