This place is honestly the best, theyre friendly and responsive and have incredible quality care at great affordable costs. I love being able to take my dog here. Hes gone in for laser treatments and skin allergies and Ive never been disappointed with his care.

This vet is wonderful. He took the time to answer every question we had about our cats illness and he is very kind. The prognosis is not good so his kindness was especially appreciated. Im very impressed with the quality of care as well.

Dr Francis Parks personal attention of keeping us informed, and detail of what he felt was best for Tiffany situation of her teeth was such a relief. All of the staff we met were amazing! Today was my first visit. You can really tell the people that work here really do care of about your pet. This is all that really matters.

Around this area, best bang for your buck and easy to establish a good relationship with the vet to make you and your pet feel more comfortable! Dr. Park is really helpful and comparing to other prices for visit, its only $38 here.

Usually a very good place to take our pets except for today! Took my cat to get spayed and they left her looking butchered!!! She has dried blood all over! This is unacceptable!!

We have several pets who are patients and weve always experienced professional and compassionate service by the entire team.

They do a really good job dog was treated well just beware of medication fees they could run you pretty high I want on chewy and found the same prescriptions for considerably less just be mindful of that gets your prescription to go otherwise everything was good

Dr. Park was great and very patient in answering questions when I brought in a stray cat. The staff was fantastic as well. Covid measures were in place and patients inside the hospital were limited. Prices are great, much lower than the VCA I had been going to. Highly recommend!

This is a great vet. Dr. Park is amazing and will take time to explain things in detail to you about what issues your pet is having. The staff is friendly and helpful. I used to live in the area but have since moved, and I still drive 30 min to take my dogs to them.

Dr. Park is great and caring. He saved my daughters cat and was very compassionate with him. Highly recommend him.

Said the examination fee was $38 and then he poked and prodded my cat and used a device to examine his eye and suddenly the examination fee was $70. The assistant also got visibly annoyed when we started asking questions about our bill. Assistants will also never let you talk to the vet over the phone.

He’s amazing. Very genuine & helpful in every way. Not pricey at all. Received blood work same day. Couldn’t have asked for nothing more.

Dr. Park is very attentive and is very caring. I wont be going anywhere else for my veterinarian needs. I took my three dogs in for some simple tests and booster shots. Dr Park was wonderful!

Got an immediate appt when my dog was in distress. Turns out she has an enlarged heart and the meds she received have turned this 16 1/2 yr old into a puppy again at times. Dr Parks and everyone who works there were very nice and quite considerate of the fact that I did not have alot to spend and needed to just get the necessary tests. No shade was thrown. Will return and refer.

At first I loved them and trusted the doctor. He saved my poochie from parvo which only cost 1200 bucks yes pricey but I had to save her. Fast forward a couple of months and he misdiagnosed my beautiful full bred akc certified 1 year old female boxer with pyometra which is fatal if left alone. He said my dog needed an emergency spay to fix pyometra. I agreed to surgery because I trusted him. Come to find out my baby didn’t even have pyometra and the doctor still cannot find the reason as to why she has discharge 852 dollars later. I will not be coming back to this place. Very hurt that I spayed my baby for no reason. You would think he would make sure to be 100% sure the dog needed the surgery before!!!! I will not be coming back here. This doctor is nothing but money hungry that took advantage of caring pet owners that love their fur baby

Been going here since I got my first dog (Jack Russell) in 2007 because it was convenient at the time. Now I have two (both Jacks) and live further out of the way (considering the amount of vets and animal hospitals in between).The experience is pretty standard, but we will continue to make the drive for this vet because they are inexpensive (in comparison to the other vets/animal hospitals that I have been to - huntington, la verne, cirtus, pasadena*, etc.), the staff is up front, and the doc usually offer options for treatment. I trust the doc and the staff, they call my dogs by their names (I like that) and from my experience the doc has known what the issue is before any tests are ran (that guy has seen it all).
