This is a new pretty cool store. It just next to food court on second floor. I got my iphone 7 repaired here and they gave me free screen protector. Very reasonable price. A huge shout out to Brian as well for the exceptional customer service and prices.Before going to Mobile Fixx, I took my phone to 3 mobile phone repair places in the area. The first place was trying to charge me an absurd amount and thought changing the body of my phone could fix it so I left, the second place did not know what it was and the 3rd which apparently was the best in the area told me that my phones problem was the first time they have ever encountered something like it and that my best bet is just to buy a new iPhone.Fast forward a month later, I was shopping around the mall and saw Mobile Fixx so I decided to ask for an estimate. After they diagnosed my phone, Brian gave me a quote. I came back 2 days later when the replacement part arrived. After the repairs, my phone was like brand new again! This place buys its stars they kept saying give us 5 stars you get a discount but they are super rude I was yelled at when I told them I don’t want my phone fixed. My friend when here and they did a super bad job . I actually know a few people who have gone here all with a bad experience. Don’t believe the good 5 stars they literally are like buy good reviews offering discounts for them . This place should be shut down for how I’ve seen people treated here I come a lot and have seen so many costumers complain to them as I pass buy them saying they didn’t fix it right. Never come here

I was at the food court trying to get something to eat . While waiting in line and texting, a kid running into me, I dropped my phone . A brand new iPhone 8, rose color . I was so mad at him, but I walked by this amazing bright store, and the guy that was so polite to explain to me that is not a so big deal to change the screen . In less than 20 minutes my phone was ready, I bought a better case for it, and a glass screen protector that came with life time warranty. Feeling safe and happy now . My phone is again ready to go . 5 stars for those guys. I will definitely come here again .
