The cheapest repair around for a reason. They replaced my screen with a used unit, different color than my phone as well. In the process they dirtied my front camera lens, and in a matter of a couple days my volume and power buttons stuck. Took it back to get it fixed and in that process they dirtied my back camera lens too! Not to mention my touch screen stops working from time to time, and even for weeks! Im writing this review with a computer mouse hooked up to my phone because my touch screen isnt working. AGAIN.

Store claims to be open and they are not. Called and asked at what time they will be open the following day and their answer was I dont know if Ill open not professional at all.

I am big on customer service and this place does not have it! I took my iPhone in, which they couldn’t fix, and every time they quoted me a time I could pick up or they would call me, they didn’t.My biggest complain is when I visited the store and the guy there wouldn’t even look up at me when he addressed me. He didn’t acknowledge us when we walked in and when he finally spoke to us, he was so busy fixing another phone that he didn’t make eye contact... I find this completely disrespectful.Will never visit this store again!

This is the place that i go to know with any repairs now. i have brought my moms and mine and they fixed them in a timely matter. they have great prices. Jay has been such a great help also. i always recommend this place to my friends and family.

They do good business. The tech fixed the problems with my sons phone, explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions without hesitation. Several weeks later, the phone would not charge, and the tech replaced the battery under their warrantee at no charge, and explained other reasons for the failure. At no time did he try to sell anything. While we were waiting for my sons phone to charge, he solved a small problem on my phone at no charge. It was refreshing to get work done without strings attached.

This place had the best price, speed and service compared to any of their competitors. They fixed my iPhone 6 in less than ten minutes. It was magical the speed at which they took apart my shattered screen and replaced it with a flawless glass touch apparatus. Tim (the guy who fixed my phone), with surgeon like precision, unscrewed those tiny screws with such finesse and dexterity that Im convinced he is less than a god, but more than man. Eric was cool too.

First time and my phone is looking very good. Quick service, quicker than I expected which is very convenient! Employees are friendly and very reasonable price, will come back again!

A friend recommended me this place, because I cracked my whole screen. I checked out the comments first, and saw more good comments than bad. I decided to go in and give the place a chance, so I went in and no one greeted me, just asked what I needed. I had to come back 3 hours later till my phone was ready, and when I came back the guy gave me my phone, he didnt even show me his work he just walked up to me and said here u go that will be $80 and walked outside. Two young guys were hanging out there not knowing if they even work there . so I said well who do I give the money to? I didnt even give it to the guy that helped me. I honestly didnt even know who worked there. Everything was so unprofessional it was crazy. I didnt feel welcomed at all! It was so awkward. That place really needs people skills. And to top it off I have little lines on my phone. That I notice when I got home . So basically I was unsatisfied.

They replaced the screen but in the process messed up other parts of the phone. Now, some parts that never moved before are now loose. The screen also has 2 bright spots.

The guys that work there are nice. But they seem a little pushy and loud. And when you ask for a certain part they say they can or wont get it or they are just to lazy to try and just want to give you what they want.

Came in with a cracked iPhone 5s screen, and was in and out in 10 minutes. Quick, simple, no hassle! Great store with great people. Definitely recommending Celltoo to anyone that has issues with their phone.

The guys did awesome work on soldering a couple of pins to a flight computer i was building. got it working fast and the process was smooth. will defiantly be going to them for soldering needs in the future.

Applied glass screen protectors that I brought in onto two of my phones for free. They finished under 10 minutes. It was pretty spot on. Will definitely come back if I need any repairs in the future.

Make sure to see the phone you are given is actually yours, Erick worked on my iPhone 7 RoseGold only to turn me away stating the phone wasn’t fixable, upon closer inspection the phone he gave me back wasn’t even mine ! I went back they fixed my phone, gave me the correct one, and charged me $65, not including the SIM card I had to buy due to his negligence, great discount for a phone costing over $600 that he try to scam me out of, definitely will be pursing this in court

I was extremely disappointed with Celltoo and their horrible customer service! My Samsung s6 edge plus had a few issues that Celltoo was unable to resolve. The phone had a few cracks on the front side, turned on and off and the back of the phone was in perfect condition without any scratches or blemishes. Erick informed me to purchase a new LCD screen cover and they would install it for me for $45. I informed him that I still wanted the new battery installed($50) incase the old one was overheated. Erick was very unprofessional and damaged the back of my phone which was in perfect condition due to his carelessness. He was eating soup the whole time he was working on my device. I was extremely worried that he would get it on my phone. His work was sloppy and he OVERHEATED my phone while he was too busy eating. I would never recommend Celltoo to anyone!!!!!!!Avoid!!!!!

I just left Celltoo and I could not be happier. My Samsung Note 5, which is fairly brand new, would not charge, so I bought a new charger from Best Buys, still no luck. I called Celltoo, they gave me recommendations over the phone, no hard sell and a price estimate with the possible cosmetic issues my phone may have after the repair. Because of all the good reviews, I decided to take my phone to be fix. I walked in and immediately received service. After explaining my issue, the tech looked at my phone and ask why I did not take it back to my provider since it was still under warranty, which I did not know I could because I did not take out the insurance policy. After, he tried to charge my phone with their charger and it work. He tried my charger with parts of his charger and no luck. then he tried charging with multi chargers and it worked. The tech could have charged me $60.00 to fix my phone and I would have been none the wiser, but he was honest and told me about my warranty and then told me there was nothing wrong with my phone, it was the charger. I walked away very happy with my service and the price of the charger was only $15. I wish I could remember the techs name, because I would like to give him a personal good review. Though seeing them all talk and discuss my issue I think all the techs are good. My tech sits in the back left side of the office. I will definitely use Celltoo again and recommend them.

I took my Iphone 7 to this place to get my phone screen fixed. the only reason why I took it here was because my friend said it was such a good place that they fixed her phone. i dont know why that didnt happen with me. ever since they fixed my phone, my phone has been losing service and i can not even use my camera. if i use my camera, my phone will shut down and turn on like as if it is restarting this place was awful!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO FIX AND SAVE YOUR PHONE

Word of advice make sure you always take a picture of your device & verification number beforehand. Like I always do.( I always keep a record of everything)It is very frustrating to deal with companies that are very unprofessional with peoples expensive devices.I asked Erick to install a new battery for my S6 . He worked on my phone for less than 30 minutes . He was quite distracted & was eating soup! ( very unprofessional) That he forgot to install the new battery. He also ruined my S6 backcover that was in perfect condition!!The beautiful silver paint on my device was ruined because ERICK OVERHEAT the corners.I was angry because I paid $900 for my S6. I told Celltoo that Im not leaving the store till they replace the back of my phone & with the Verizon logo. Obviously, they had non & he gave me a messed up & knocked out version!Trust me! Youre probably better off ordering parts from Amazon, Ebay, 5 miles & Offer up etc. Then watch a youtube & use a hair dryer to install it yourself!! I wish I did

Did not have the part for my phone in stock. Ok, no problem. Ordered the part, was told there would be a rush on the order, be here Friday or Saturday. It is Saturday and it will supposedly be here Wednesday. They were very rude over the phone. They were very rude when I went to the store. I will never give them my business.

Repaired my Galaxy S4 screen for $70. Total process took about an hour and a half. Very professional. Also would like to mention that they repair in front of you...this is why I went to them. That, and their referral program.
