Been shopping for atleast 6 years here for special occasions, birthdays, and holidays for all sorts of jewelry and have always been more than happy with what I left with. Recently got an engagement ring custom made and exceeded expectations for both myself and my now fiancée. They couldnt have been more accommodating with certain things I wanted and actually walking me through the steps and and options for every part of the ring. These are wonderful people. I am a Realtor and helped their daughter and her husband recently buy and sell their homes. They are as sweet, kind and honest as can be. When Valentina told me that her parents owned a jewelry store I was grateful to find a place owned by people I know I can trust. I bought a beautiful white gold cross and chain with sapphires and diamonds from Italy. It’s a Christmas gift and I think the recipient will love it. It’s lovely and I thought the price was good. Went here just to get my sweetheart a necklace for Christmas and they were very nice. They showed me the best options for what I could afford and I quickly was able to find what I wanted. They treated me like like a friend and not just like another dollar sign. This is THE place to purchase cherished jewelry. The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, they LISTEN to what you are saying, they offer suggestions, and they ask very fair prices for their items. I have seen some of Fabios custom-designs, and they are incredible. They repaired my and my husbands wedding sets at a very fair price. I highly recommend them for their artistry in custom work and the fairness of their transactions.

What beautiful work! They repaired my wedding ring’s bent prong and reset the diamond, polished the platinum band and sparkled up the stones. It looks beautiful! And on top of that, they are the friendliest people to do business with!

I traveled to Vaughn Garouche to get my watch fixed Saturday based on my research. My watch hands were working but the date wheel was not changing. The family first recommended having the watch company perform the fix first then they took a look themselves. They found out the date wheel had three stops instead of the two stops mentioned in the instructions. My issue was resolved and they did not charge.The family is ethical and honest as they are continuing building continuing customers and referrals. I had a long conversation with them and they are genuine with their services and jewelry. I recommend visiting and experiencing yourself.

My watch was too loose on my wrist so my friend suggested I come here to get it resized. Staff was very courteous and nice. The resizing took less than five minutes and the watch for perfectly! On top of that it was free! Im definitely coming back!

Another jewelry damage my wedding rings at the time of the engraving to the point that the rings lost their shape, but I did not realized until one day before the wedding. I did not have the time to returned to get them fix and started to look in the internet for a place nearby and I found Vaughn Garouche Jewelers Couture. The person at the store who took care of me, stopped what he was doing and took the time to analyze my situation and give me a recommendation on how could be fix it, but that was going to take a week (I never told him I was getting married the next day) but he also gave me another option, witch was best for me at that time. He helped me solve a huge problem to me. I was surprised with the really good prices, the service, the kindness but even more with the honesty with which I was treated. I will definitely be back soon and yes, I will recommend to others. Thank You Sir for saving the wedding :)

Terrible experience. I took in my watch on a Saturday to simply have the battery replaced. This watch is a few years old however this was the first time getting the battery changed. The owner took my watch to the back and did not come back upfront for an extended period of time. When he finally came back upfront he told me that he was unable to open the watch and that I could leave the watch there and it will be ready for pick up on Tuesday! As stated above this was a Saturday. Three days to replace a watch battery is completely unacceptable. Most places in the mall will change the battery within an hour of dropping it off. When I asked why it would take so long to replace the battery he said it needed a special machine to help open the back of the watch. He then stated that the last person to change the battery on this watch must have also had a hard time do to the small scratches on the back. Once again as stated above this was the first time taking the watch in for a battery replacement. I took my watch and left the store. It was not until I got home that I saw all of the VERY LARGE SCRATCHES on the back of my watch and all the pry marks from him trying to open it. The back is completely ruined! And the fact that he tried to cover it up by saying that the last guy must have had a hard time too shows how untrustworthy these people are. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I have been to this store many times. Fabio did a spectacular job on a redesign of my wife’s engagement ring for our 20th Anniversary. My wife and I go there and they have wish lists we can fill out. First things first the owners are two of the most friendly people I have met. Instantly welcomed us in and gave us a seat so we could begin looking at rings. Every question we had was answered in great detail, and he worked with me every step of the way. In terms of cost, I felt like I got a steal. For the custom band, to the beautiful D color in the diamond we picked, me and my fiancé could not be any happier! I have this Maurice Lacroix watch that was never accurate. Maurice Lacrois had fix it twice under warranty and still was more than 6 seconds a day off. Owner of this place is master watch repair man. After 3 days of the repair watch lost only 3 secconds. So its a second a day. Amazing. I am very pleased.

WARNING Read this before you deal with these people!!!!!!!!! September 2016 I bought my wifes 5 carat wedding band to them for an appraisal no problem .One day later 1 diamond fell out so waited till he returned from vacation to have him repair it .I brought it there and left it he called me 2 days later telling 2 diamonds had small chips in them and asked me if wanted to call insurance company and replace them I told him no.The next day he called me and said there were 2 fake stones in the ring mind you he had just checked all stones when he appraised it 2 weeks before and even an average person can tell the differance between a cz and a real diamond so I went there right away to see the ring he didnt even have it there he said it was at a lab in Wheeling not there..When I got the ring back you could see the difference right away .I asked him about it he said it must have been when I bought it which is BS because it was bought from one of the best stores in Chicago with GIA certs for all stones and it didnt look like that when I brought it him or when he Appraised it saying in writing all diamonds were real .Be very very careful if your stupid enough to go there and check your jewlery if you have gone there for repairs.
