They do not even deserve a single star..... Book a shipment based on price and you get that same kind of service. Waited for 3 days for them to pick up and nothing. NEVER use Central if you want your freight delivered....

If you like having your shipment delayed for weeks, then choose Central Transport. if you like hearing your estimate delivery is tomorrow numberous times, then choose then choose Central Transport. If you like to break delivery time frame with your customers, then choose then choose Central Transport. IT DOES NOT TAKE 3 WEEKS TO MOVE SHIPMENT FROM CA TO PA!!

Worst trucking company i have ever dealt with. have an order that was supposed to be delivered on 6/15, it is now 6/21 and i am being told they do not have a driver to take it this way. told me it was attempted to be delivered on 6/22 knowing i close at 5, they came at 630. promised it 6/23 multiple different times of the day, never showed up. was supposed to be here 6/24, no show. it is now almost a week later and of course, no show. if i could give negative stars i would!!

This is the absolute worst delivery experience I have ever had. They have been holding my order in their warehouse for over a month and they keep extending the delivery date claiming they have no drivers. Every employee is unprofessional and they have cost me so much money waiting for my order!!! I will be taking my complaints to the owner and I will go out of my way to expose their failed business!!

I give Central a 5-star review right now. Their service has become much more reliable in the past year or so. Their rates are consistently lower against their competition and Im hoping they keep up the good work.Centrals reputation is poor but they deserve recognition because something has changed, and for the better! Keep it up, Central!

You get what you pay for ! ! ! Pay a little bit more and get better service and a better carrier. Used them several time and finally got BURNT.

They have changed our delivery date 3 times now. We wait at home all day for this delivery only to find out “ the driver could not make it to our area”. And when I call, I am on hold for 30 minutes only to find out that the delivery date is as “estimated day”. Will not ever use them again. They are the worst

These guys are the absolute worst!! I am completely shocked that Central Transport is still in business. The service was piss poor.. to make a long story short they changed my delivery date 3 times and I had to eventually (leave work missing money) pick up my own package after paying $135 for shipping. You have a better chance winning the powerball than getting to speak with customer service!! I wish no stars was an option!!

We deal with a lot of different freight companies. This is by far the worst. Just call them and find out for yourself....you will be on hold forever and get no response. Pick any option on their menu and you will be ignored. This is literally the first online review I have even written...that is how bad this company performs. I just want my product...they have it and I cant get it.

Got hired by this company.. I live in Coatesville, they kept me in the office for about 2.5 hours because the first application I filled out was outdated, had to fill out a completely different one. After telling me I had the job, they had me dive to Philadelphia to take a physical and drug screening which I’m positive all went well.. haven’t heard a word from the place, and called NUMEROUS times only to find out nobody picks up the phone. The 800 number on the application they gave me was also a SEX HOTLINE!!! This place is a complete joke! Do not even attempt to work for this place, it’s trash!

Do NOT ever expect a delivery on time, or within a reasonable time period [2 weeks of shipment date], impossible to get a hold of anyone . email is a joke, delivery service is a joke.................this will be the second time our company loses a sale due to not delivering items.
