We owe OnSite an incredible debt of gratitude. Our leech field failed and we needed to replace the system. Our perk test came back and not able to support a new field anywhere on our property. The township discovered a way that we could connect into public sewer if we could obtain an easement from our neighbors. Jeff worked with our township and designed a new system to achieve this. He also went above and beyond to meet with the neighbors and explain everything and what the impact would be on their property. This was a multi-year process and Jeff had the patience of a saint and always returned, prepared and ready to go. OnSite did an excellent job on the installation and worked with out neighbors to minimize the impact to their property. Exceptional, outstanding service all around.

I hate to write poor reviews but also like to use my experience to help others that might want to use this company. If you don’t want to read this entire review, i would of spent well over 4K, took down my 32’x16’ swimming pool for nothing if i didn’t get a second opinion. If you’d like more details see below.I contacted On-site septic to help troubleshoot a water infiltration issue with my septic system. A tech came to my house to perform an inspection. After the inspection i had to make multiple calls inquiring about the status of inspection, report, proposal ect. I never received a detailed report but i did receive a proposal of work. The proposal required me to take down my 16’x32’ swimming pool and the cost for repair started at $4100. In the proposal it was written that my aerobic treatment plant needed to be resealed as this is where the water infiltration was coming from. Since i was in shock about the cost and actions that needed to be done, i contacted another septic maintenance company who promptly came out and immediately identified and issue with my filtered water tank (not near pool or near the aerobic treatment tanks). This repair was made that same week and i have not had an issue since. I wasn’t angry but i did contact the owner to let him know, he “seemed” very concerned about the proposal i received and would check back with the tech who performed the inspection and get back to me ASAP. I waited 2 weeks and after no response i called again as a courtesy. I had to re-explain the situation and he recalled what the issues were and said I’ll cal you back later today. This was over 3 weeks ago, so it’s clear integrity, reliability or customers mean nothing to this company and i would never recommend them. Since i see the owner sees these comments, please don’t reach out to me after reading this. It’s too late.

We hired OnSite Management to provide a second opinion after a failed septic inspection.After reading the initial report, Jeff (OnSite, Owner) expressed concerns with the hydraulic load test method preformed during the first inspection.He recommended a different test method utilized for houses sitting empty for a while.The septic system ultimately passed the new test without issues.We appreciated Jeff ‘s quick response, the time he spent explaining the issues to us and his team’s professionalism. The new homeowners were so impressed with OnSite, they plan to hire the team to upgrade the septic system in the future.

Onsite installed a new septic system for a home we recently purchased. We had the chance to chat with Jeff before we closed on the house and he was very informative and helpful. This is our first property with septic and after a recent multi-day power outage they were able to quickly talk me through why our septic alarm was going off and setup a temporary solution until power came back. The response time was impressively quick and the work was excellent. We plan on working with Onsite for years to come.

My call was returned early next business day and the truck came out a few hours later.

I called and they had a technician out without the hour. The technician was very professional. He figured out the issue and fixed it within 30 minutes.

Septic pump failed and they got us repaired and up and running in 4 hours in the dark! Communication and the guys were clear and accurate with no doubt from us what was needed. Really appreciated not having to leave the house for a night while the pump was installed!
