I dont typically write reviews but I saw a negative one here and STRONGLY had to disagree. Ive been using STAR for 4 years (my company longer than that). We have always had the BEST customer service...and we have not always been easy customers! Last minute requests have been met with a smile and fast turn around and when I was the last person in the world to update my desktop publishing software they made it work and when I finally did upgrade I was given an open invitation to call and ask for assistance and tips with my new program.They are the most helpful people who turn out quality products.
