I took my galaxy note 20 ultra into Nate for a warranty repair for cracking my screen. Well I left my phone with Nate pretty much all day, I work 3rd shift so I went home to sleep anyways. Well I gave Nate my phone dead (2% battery charge). When I picked up my phone it was still dead, so I didnt get a chance to check for issues before I left the shop. Fast forward to after fully charging phone, I find out my phone is not picking up any cell phone data reception...... lets just say I was not happy...... not 1 bit, by the time I realize this issue, they are closed, so im even more mad at this point. I come to the shop the next day and Nate took care of my frustration like a BOSS. I told him the issue and lets just say he was perplexed. Never in his years of doing this has he ever had a screen replacement cause a cell data issue. I left my phone with him for about an hour and a half and he was getting ready to order ANOTHER new screen, until he found out there was a cord issue going to my antenna. Long story.... but to the point.... NATE IS AWESOME AT HIS JOB AND HE KEEPS THE CUSTOMER HAPPY. 10/10 any time I need something replaced. Ive been to this place three times so far and never left a review. This by far is the best place to have your phone repaired. I recently had to take my IPhone in for service. I was on a trip and had my phone in a supposedly waterproof case. The store is 10min from work. I went on my lunch break and left my phone with Nate. My phone was more damaged than I thought but Nate was able to let me know what was wrong and fixed it as best to his abilities. Even though the store was closing he stayed after to fix my phone. I didn’t have a phone for 2 days so he saved me. Definitely would recommend this place.

A total rip-off. I been there to replace my touch screen. Price + Installation much more costly than Center City shops. After 2 hours I came back, the guy handed over the phone to me and touch screen was not working. Not even bothered to call to wait or to check how the repair is done. Again hours of wait. Now the touch screen response is very slow. I mentioned that and he told it will get better after restart. I did that few times, nothing changed. They gave some cheap quality product. Most of the time its unresponsive.I relied on these reviews and had this experience.Funny part is after 5 hours of wait and 2 trips to the store, the guy at the counter asking me for Tips. Wow, amazing.

Had the protective glass watch warranty for my Apple Watch it got stolen got the same watch they said I had to give them another one time deposit since I didn’t have the first one they gave me what’s the point of the warranty then smh

My phone would be fully charged one minute and then totally drained the next. I found CPR through Google and stopped in today. The battery was replaced and the phone is like new again. I called CPR about thirty minutes before they closed. They asked me to come in anyway. The staff was thoughtful and timely. While putting in my new battery, my home button broke. I noticed on the way to my car and went back in even though they were closed by that time. They replaced my screen: no charge since it broke during the battery change process. Well worth the $55! I can’t say enough good things about the employees and their service!

This CPR store is very well run! Initial phone contact was a pleasant experience and in-store advice was extremely helpful. The Manager, Ricardo, tested my iPhone battery and recommended not replacing. He also gave sensible advice for my iPhone 8 replacement.

I had given up on getting any of my data back, but I dropped it off at CPR as one last ditch effort- expecting bad news. Much to my delight they called not even 2 days later to let me know they recovered and the phone and ALL my information! Had to get my son’s iPhone 8 screen repaired in n the summer of 2020. You would have to press the screen with lots of pressure so it could be functional. I regret not taking it to Exton mall. Took it today to get repaired at Exton mall and it like brand new! Person working this summer obviously did not know what they were doing.

They received a detailed overview of my phone issue prior to my appointment. I arrived on time and could tell the only person working was overwhelmed with the older individual he was working with.I waited patiently as I have not had a working phone for days and was excited to see if it could be fixed. Another customer walked in behind me while the employee was still taking questions from the older person.He was able to take 2 minutes with me and asked if I was the 10 am with the iPhone X. I said yes and he simply replied if you tried hard reset and it did not work you need a new phone. I must have gave him a look because he said the cost to fix my phone is more than its worth (last time I checked they still get 500 bucks for iPhone X).He never even touched the phone (what if I failed to do the hard reset correctly) just dismissed me with buy a new phone. Not sure if they even sell phones, but no chance Im buying one there.Im headed to Apple Genius Bar for a first opinion (cant include my CPR appointment as anything but a brush off) and will never go back to CPR West Chester.1 Star for the store being clean and organized.PS: if that was the case why not call or email before I take 40 minutes out of my day to drive back and forth to my appointment.Clarification: I do not have insurance. I had Apple Care+, which he may have seen on my account, but that expired Jan. 2020. I would not have made the appointment or spent 40 minutes to go your store if the coverage still applied. This is my second time using CPR West Chester and have been pleased with both visits. The first was for an older iPad that they were able to replace the cracked screen with no issue. The second was for my iPhone X which was having touch screen issues. Both issues were repaired and restored both devices to operative status. I would highly recommend CPR!

I got a piece of a charger stuck in my I-phone 11 charging port. I really didnt want to pay 200.00 to get a new phone through my insurance. I decided to give CPR Cell Phone Repair in West Chester a call. I called them, thinking they were closed due to the new state rules. The gentleman answered, and told me he was open. Upon arriving, he placed gloves on his hands, and wiped my phone down. He told me exactly what was going on with my phone, and said Give me a few minutes. Within three minutes, the piece was removed from my phone and I was able to charge it again. The cost originally was 25.00, but he was kind enough to let it slide, since people were struggling in this economy. His name is Nate, and he did a wonderful job. His store is clean, vibrant, and stocked. His ability to fix, and then tell me exactly what he was doing really calmed me. I recommend this place for all types of repairs. I will be back!

CPR was recommended to me by a few co-workers when the in call volume was barely audible on my Galaxy S8s ear speaker. Thought I was going to need a new phone for sure. Gave the guys at CPR a call and they told me to come right in. Within minutes, they cleaned up the speaker for me at no charge and now the phone sounds brand new. Recently dropped by new Moto Z4 two feet and shattered the screen. CPR provides same day (1.5 hr) repairs and saved me the expense of buying a new phone and the frustration of waiting for it. I had a second phone that I dropped while on the charge and thought had a broken charge port...The Tech determined it was a software glitch, and reset my phone, fixing the problem for free. The person in line before me had another minor issue that the tech also fixed for free. Couldnt be nicer! I would definitely use them again!

Great customer service. Went there to get a new battery for my iPhone because it didn’t seem to be holding a charge. He showed me on my phone that the battery was showing 90% capacity and didn’t warrant a change. I kind of balked at that because the phone would not hold a charge for more than six hours even with minimal usage. So he connected the phone to a program that shows some other parameters and found the number of charges was way over what it should have been, so he agreed to change out the battery. Anyway, the price was very fair and the phone is back to normal. I was impressed with their thoroughness and knowledge.

These guys were great! Very knowledgeable and able to quickly (1.5hrs) replace my phone battery. Much cheaper ($80) than buying a new phone ($$$+). I normally enjoy a DYI, but getting these phone open is a bear, and it was great to have these guys just take care of it. Big fan and would absolutely recommend and return!
