Although in the past under old ownership there were some flaws, my recent visit with the new owners showed me a whole new experience.My clothes came cleaned in a high quality and all of the employees in the store i interacted with were very kind and helpful.I highly recommend doing your dry cleaning on a regular basis here

Very Poor customer service experience I was very inconvenienced and they did not handle the matter with any common sense.Now I have a new job to go to on Monday and they were unable to complete ANY of my order when 90% of it could have been cleaned if they didn’t want to clean one item that would have been fine.Avoid this place people here do not care about your experience.First time I ever posted about ANY business

Let me start out by saying that I wish I did not have to write this review. In fact I have been holding off on writing it for the past 4 weeks. That is how long it took the supervisor Raj to call me back (4 weeks and 7 calls from me asking to speak to someone who could help me). I had a suit and a silk blouse dry cleaned and on pick up noticed that instead of a small stain close to the collar my blouse now had a hole. I noticed this right at pick-up but the person behind the counter (who was very nice) said they could not help me and would have a supervisor call me. As mentioned above I had to call Parkway Cleaners 7 times to finally be put in touch with a supervisor named Raj. Unfortunately Raj was of no help at all and the phone call was clearly rushed trying to get me off the phone. He told me as soon as I hand over my garments they would use any harsh chemical to get the stain out. If the fabric gets destroyed doing it- bad luck. I then inquired if he could at least reimburse me for the top (as I mentioned a rather expensive silk top from Europe). He said the best he could do was to reimburse me for the money spent on dry cleaning the top ($9.11). So basically they were not only unprofessional enough to destroy the item I gave to them to dry clean but they also have zero understanding of good customers service. Not once did anybody apologize to me for how long it took them to get back to me or for ruining the top. Like I said this is the first bad review I have written in my life and I usually shrug things like this off. I am so disappointed in Parkway Cleaners and the way they handled this.

I went to Parkway Cleaners and the morning manager of the Gay St store was extremely helpful. I went in to get a red stain out of my WHITE dress and I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up the next morning. No issues or inconveniences. Quick service and friendly people. Thanks Cole for the great experience, Ill definitely be back. You have gained a lifetime customer!

Told me it would be ready on Tuesday at 5. They were closed Tuesday at 2 through Friday at 8. Never using them again.

If you go onto Parkways website, under the Coupons tab, you will find a coupon for $10 off your first order as a new customer. This prompted me to sign up as a new customer and use their services. When I went to pick up my clothes, first, they were lost and it took a good 15 minutes to find them. Then, I presented this coupon to the employee. After another 10 minutes of the employee trying to enter the coupon into the system, I was told that a manager was not there to activate the coupon and I was asked to use the coupon next time I came in. So, I bring my clothes in for a second time, present the employee with my coupon, the employee takes another 10-15 minutes to try and enter the coupon, then proceeds to tell me that it will not work because they do not accept these coupons. So youre putting coupons on your website that you dont even accept.....Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Beware...they will not honor coupons you can print on off their OWN website.

Parkway advertises same day cleaning & next day pick up, however the cigarette stinky hippie woman with glasses tells me that’s not available after 9am? Are you kidding me. I stopped going to Parkway cleaners in the Parkway shopping center because this hippie woman makes your new clothing stink like cigarettes, never could find my items, & clearly was always behind. DO NOT GO HERE, FRAUDS! Smell like 🚬 🚬🚬🚬

Just a bad store all around. First time I went to drop my suit off there I show up a half hour before closing time and the idiot at the desk kept pointing to the closed sign, not realizing that the hours of operation was right next to it.Second timeI went and drop some clothes off from the beach and they called me back and told me to come pick them up because the clothes were too damp. The lady was insanely rude.Third and final time I went there and I only went back because it is across the street from my house. They actually took my clothes this time however the lady kept her TV show on her cell phone the entire time (volume 10) while I was trying to have a conversation with her.Just pure ignorant people and a poorly run store. Definitely will not be back.

Parkway cleaners advertises the open Monday-Saturday at 7:00AM. I went on a Thursday at 7:00AM and no one was there, I even waited another 25 minutes and still no one was there to open. I later called and explained why I was disappointed I was. The woman I talked with was unapologetic of the situation and told me the opener was fired. She was also rude and pretended she couldnt hear me on the phone. Making a second trip there that same morning, I asked the kid working the front if he can give me a discount for the inconveniences that I had experienced that morning. He asked the woman in the back and I overheard her complaining to him I dont have time for this! in a nasty voice. My husband came back the following Saturday to pick up the clothes I had dropped off and just as I experienced they were not open at the time their sign advertises. Needless to say, our family with never be using PArkway clearners again!

They do a good job

I had two pairs of pants a d one shirt dry cleaned and it was $20.01. I have had dry cleaning done at many other competitors and they never charged any where near what the crooks at parkway charged. First and last time for me at this over priced dry cleaners

Worse place to work. Always loses customers belongings and makes up excuses for why it was lost. Owners and management dont care about customers nor their belongings.

Not open at times they are supposed to be. Store and google say 7:00am, 30 minutes later still not open... never use

Service is poooor!! They forget to crease my pants on a Regular basis. Starch or heavy starch is non existent.
