Glenn was able to get spots up that I did not think would come up. The scheduling process was very easy and thorough. I used a Groupon and the carpets look brand new! Very happy with my service!

I was not happy with the service and ask that a portion or all of my money be returned. My carpet is still damp after 24 hours. The water was not properly taken out of carpet. The worst experience we have ever had.

DO. NOT. USE. quoted me $95 dollars for the one carpet + any pet stains, stain guard etc. They charged me $170.00 !!!!!!!!I called to ask what happened and they were so rude and told me it was my responsibility to tell them how much the quote was for. Awful, awful, awful, awful experience
