I had a really terrible red stain from wine and food dye that I tried to clean myself (and I think made it worse). I had zero hope that Mike would get it all out and was expecting damage control. After performing a literal miracle he got all the color out and the carpet looking like new.

I had dark pink what seemed to be acrylic craft paint from my daughters art project leak on my light cream upholstery. Called Mike at Gem Ultrasonic. It was dried on like cement...he tried a lot of different solvents and heat to remove it and it wouldnt budge. Mike is very knowledgeable when it comes to stains, but we had no idea what this paint was. It took a few tries, and then Mike found a solution that completely dissolved the paint. He then cleaned the spot. You cant even tell where the spot was because it is completely gone! Would highly recommend Gem Ultrasonic...it was a fantastic job!
