Hey truckers, come here as early as possible and park on the street. You cant go in before 6:45am. They will come to you around 6am and assign you a door. If youre one of the first trucks in line its easy to park. But if youre in the back of the line, good luck docking. Its really hard to park with trucks already at the doors. Very limited space with a low wall in front of you that many trucks hit. Be careful. Bathrooms are inside the warehouse. Shoes required, no jewelry/watches allowed. If you have the entire trailer to unload and have a big variety of produce, get ready to be there for a while. It takes time for lumpers to break down,count, and inspect produce. About $175 for entire trailer. They stop receiving around noon. If you come after noon, chances are you have to wait until next day.

Its a tight spot with trucks on either door. Its in busy place with lots of traffic and lights. Sign in, they call or come out and give you a door. Lumper was $200 because they had to restack some pallets of corn.

Parking on the street. Get there early really helps 6 a.m. . Tight parking. In and out

I arrived early. U cannot come onto the property until after 6am. U park on the street, after 6am someone will come knock on ur truck and give u a door number to get into. The driver check in door is by door 10. They was fast to unload n they have a lumper fee. Employees are friendly. Also it is alil tight to back in, but not to bad.

Call me is a pain in the ass if you want to load it yourself they hate it if they unload it they take their time park on the street they come and get you just about 6 615 and give you a door and if youre one of the first ones youre good to go if youre down the line or around the corner youre screwed very very tight to get an 18-wheeler and not to mention back into a door there is a big concrete wall right in the way another 1623 would be great but you dont have it so you make do and like I said if youre early youre able to get in there quickly overnight parking is on the street so good luck

This place got me in and out within the hr and the guys were very helpful in explaining procedures and layout.

How much stupid can be this lumper guy on this facility!! unbelieveble!! 3 pallets were unloaded in 4 minutes and to pay lumper around hour and a half

Hate places where they schedule you appointment but in reality its a first come first serve basis. Didnt took longe to be unloaded but the place is quite busy in the morning. Expensive lumpers.

Delivery opens after 6am park your truck outside the guy comes to your truck between 5:45-6:00 am.. tight spot to back in..
