The Shadow Man is the best in the biz......Ive had numerous cars in the past tinted before but none of them to this level. Flawless cuts, no bubbles, no slop! I would give a 4.5 if allowed but everything looks great no bubble or anything. Was disappointed in that they said they weren’t able to do my windshield due to it being “too tight”. I would like to see them use a towel or something over the rear deck of a sedan so it doesn’t get soaked and the speakers don’t get ruined. My deck was beyond soaked and speaker did have a rattle (assuming due to being damped) but it went away after like 2 days. But besides those two things windows look fantastic!

Third Vehicle tinted by The Shadow Man. The first two were back when he was doing mobile tinting. The quality and finish of the tint on each of those vehicles was as good or better than anyone elses vehicle on the road. Mind you: cut by hand, and completed in my apartments garage.This time around I ran out to the shop on HWY 33. I was immediately greeted with a warm and energetic front end manager, Kierra. She was not part of the process the first go around, but definitely a value add. Super clear communicator who made scheduling a BREEZE! (Although they were booked out over a month. A side effect of being the greatest at what you do.) Bill Popped out to grab the keys and she clearly explained what percentage I wanted each section of the trucks windows tinted to.Bill handed the keys to J.D. who is another piece of the experience who was not there for the first two. Together Bill and J.D. tag teamed my truck and made SUPER QUICK work of it. Between then two of them and the machine that PERFECTLY cuts the film for each window for your specific make model and cab/glass options they are very efficient. The finished product is immaculate. As expected, perfect lines and little to-no evaporation to wait on as the application was so clean in their shop. (We all know some is inevitable and will disappear within the week in sunlight!)Thank you Bill, J.D., and Kierra for a great experience! No doubt I will be back with #4 when it comes that time.

Very friendly receptionist. Got my 2021 Ram back and there were no bubbles or streaks and very clean cut tint. Looks great and at a great price! VET friendly business that gives vet discounts too! Highly recommend. Thx will be back with another vehicle soon!

Bill actually put a dog shaped silhouette that he had cut out from window tint on our vans rear window. It turned out awesome! I asked him to do something unheard of, and he made it happen, and exceeded my expectations!

I’m sure they do good work but.....Had an appointment scheduled, called once or twice to ask some quick questions and was rushed off the phone and spoken to in a very unprofessional way by the front desk lady.Not sure if there just too busy, but if that’s the case they need to hire more front desk people so that customers don’t need to deal with two cranky phone calls that in my case were a month apart.

I was recommended to go here which would have been more convenient for me considering it was close but I called and got the answering machine and never got a call back. Bought a vehicle recently from Kearns in Johnson Creek and wanted my front 2 windows to match the rear ones. Phil at Kearns was able to hook me up with The Shadow Man who they use at their dealership as part of the deal. The shadow man has tinted two of my vehicles. A very reasonably affordable price for the awesome work he does, I dont even bother looking elsewhere. I love the way my car looks now!
